Thinks for a moment I think not.

Name:Nancy Wake.
Age:51.
Sex:Female.
Heritage:New Zealander/Australian.
Affiliation:None, she is trying to stay neutral.
Rank(If applicable):N/A.
Appearance(Picture or Description):http://www.thecultureconcept.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/nancy-Wake.jpg
Role: Nazi Occupied American Citizen, Retired French/British Spy.
Equipment(If applicable):Her favorite lip gloss, A hand mirror, a wallet, a bunch of PTSD Prescription Pills.
Personal Belongings:A photo of her husband whom died in the war, A picture of her family, A small Red Cross Pamphlet to remind her of good ole times, and a cross for praying when in need of hope.
Personality: Nancy Wake used to be a sarcastic, hopeful woman on the French Liberation Army's side during WW2 but after their defeat she quickly became paranoid of the Gestapo trying to catch her. Her fun personality disappeared and it didn't help her when she heard America was invaded by Axis powers. She lost everything, she however gained a new personality, one that can only be diagnosed as Depression. She became sad, and gloomy. She does however still have a few patriotic vibes left in her and is willing to defend anyone who is mistreated.
Bio (one paragraph at least):Nancy Grace Augusta Wake, AC, GM (30 August 1912 – 7 August 2011) was a secret agent during the Second World War. Living in Marseilles with her French industrialist husband when the war broke out, Wake slowly became enmeshed with French efforts against the Germans, and worked to get people out of France. Later she became a leading figure in the maquis groups of the French Resistance and was one of the Allies' most decorated servicewomen. After the fall of France in 1940, she became a courier for the French Resistance and later joined the escape network of Captain Ian Garrow. By 1943, Wake was the Gestapo's most wanted person with a 5-million-franc price on her head. It, therefore, became necessary for her to leave France.
After reaching Britain, Wake joined the Special Operations Executive. On Mar 1, 1944, she parachuted into occupied France near Auvergne, becoming a liaison between London and the local maquis group headed by Captain Henri Tardivat in the Forest of Tronçais. From April 1944 until the defeat of the Allied powers in the 40's Nancy Wake slowly disappeared from her own organization and watched it fall. She decided to fall off the grid completely and changed her identity many times until she was sure everyone forgot her due to the months living in a small, cabin in the middle of the French woods. She boarded an airline and moved to Nazi Occupied America once she began to suspect that the Gestapo was back on her trail and successfully managed to escape them. She married into a middle-class family in America and decided to hang up her spy gear in the closet.
In the beginning of 1963, Nancy Wake thought she had finally escaped the Gestapo until recently began seeing Gestapo Activity in her neighborhood. She's stayed low so far and she will do whatever it takes to protect her family.
Territory:Mainly Nazi Occupied Washington D.C in a suburban neighborhood. Other places may include France, Germany, and Britain.
Strengths:She is an excellent tactician, able to think well in desperate situations, refuses to leave people behind, head strong.
Weaknesses:She's became addicted to alcohol over the years, PTSD, compassionate, anything involving physical fitness, gullible, terrible liar.
Quirks: Likes to repetitively read out loud, tends to shake peoples hands twice(To get a good feeling about them), dips cigars into her alcohol.
Likes:America, Democracy, Family Value's, Sympathy, remaining resistant forces in America that fight Nazi's, headstrong people.
Dislikes:Nazi's, Communist's, K.K.K sympathizers, Gestapo, Hitler, Nazi political figures, Dictators, in compassionate people.
Worst Fears:Her family dying, being captured by the Gestapo, herself dying, loosing herself to alcohol.
Miscellaneous (anything else you’d like to add):Nancy Wake is based off of a real person however I have tweaked her a bit for the lore the RP centers around.

Maybe I'm asking too much, maybe Nixon doesn't know everything that happens in Texas.

As co-op I do believe I have the right to criticize your app but neither reject nor accept it in fear of fucking up.
Now, I know that not everyone is fluent in English and truth be told your app is understandable but a few punctuation marks and uppercase letters are out of placed.
Secondly his personality is too vague, a person can't have just one personality through their life plus Kind and Friendly could mean anything, what if an SS officer has a chance to grab his gun would he kill him or not seeing as he is friendly.
Plus you said that his father skedaddled but later on, his uncle who is a KKK collaborator, joins him in the fight with the ALA even though I doubt someone wouldn't go looking for his son-in-law, have friendly chit chat and two years later would to AWOL.
And him being an ALA collaborater but not knowing anyone in the ALA, how did he get in in the first place? If he has ten tons of posters in his home then surely he got it from somewhere or else he'd have to steal them. And if he does have ten tons of posters, it would mean he would be acquinted and trusted already.
I'll let the others decide but if you want my suggestion, think your character through and repost once done.

I was going to establish IC relations with them, but they wouldn’t be hostile to them. And would actively wish to coordinate with them. I didn't want to just say we started out as friends in this, as I don't know how that player would react to me.
