Personality: Serilda, in her personal life, is nothing but a cold and cynical person. Through her years serving the Coalition, and rising to the rank she has today, she has learnt to be extremely pessimistic about any person, or people. The position of the Consul only attracts the most psychotic people who believe they were destined to achieve that role as the 'de facto' leader of the Coalition. Therefore, if assessed, she would be easily diagnosed as a psychopath. Serilda has a lack of empathy, an extreme grandiose feeling of self-worth, cynical nature and lack of personal feeling and understanding. Part of that is because of the environment of the Coalition and her family dilemma, in which she was thrusted into the politics of power since a very young age. What is especially interesting about her personality, is her paranoia, that has arisen from her position. She routinely analyses the people she works with, and regularly suspects them of conspiring against her, as would anyone in her place.
Force Sensitive: N
Skills/Powers: Authority over the National Security Forces of the Coalition. The National Security Forces of the Coalition, or the NSFC for short, is a group of well-armed elite forces dedicated to the protection and servitude of the Consul of the Coalition. Consul Raineheart established this branch of the military for the 'protection of Coalition assests', as quoted by the Consul herself. Her real reasoning, however, was much more cunning. The NSFC is to re-enforce her position as the Consul to any possible internal rivals, as all members of the NSFC are zealot followers of Consul Raineheart, and nobody else. However, their main issue lie in their lacking numbers and lack of heavy-duty firepower. In the case of a coup, they may attempt to hold-out in favour of the Consul, but they cannot match the man-power of the formal military.
Weaponry: On her person, all the time, Serilda has a ELG-3A Blaster and Lethal Pills.
Ship (If you have one):(Image)
Official ship of the Consul. It's 70 meters long and 50 meters wide, with a a height of 15 meters. It has a state-of-the-art luxury bar and lounge, fitted with its' own amenities and basic resources (including life support). Most importantly, the starship is armed with four laser cannons and the capabilities to transport 20 individuals, both military or otherwise.
Biography: Born on the year 145 ABY, a year after the assassination of the Empress of the Fel Empire and a year before the intervention of the Galactic Alliance and the Jedi Council. Serilda's father was the leader of the largest private prison holdings in the entire ex-Fel Empire. With the collapse of order in the Empire, and therefore the lack of justice, Serilda's father: Canton, armed several factions. Her youth was littered with stories of death and devastation, as her father would re-tell the stories of the day at the dinner table. He himself was not fighting, but he had direct contacts to those on the ground, whom he was sponsoring through Credit's and man-power. Fortunately enough, the Raineheart Family allied with the correct factions that were victorious in the civil war. This era not only expanded the Family's power in the new Coalition, but it drived Serilda's disdain for the Galactic Alliance and for the Jedi Council. She believed it was an interference into the sovereign borders of the ex-Empire as the war began to settle and she matured. Serilda was only 18 when the war finally ceased, but she was disgusted by the terms decided upon by their leader's. The de-militarisation, in her eyes, was a sign of defeat and servitude to the Galactic Alliance and the Jedi Council. Using her inherited privilege, Serilda oversaw the arming and training of thousands of convicts under her command, it violated the treaty already established.
It was not only her, but she was inspired by the other resistance to the intergalactic terms, as she described as a 'Jedi conspiracy'. This spurred her expansion of the prisoner army, that was shaping up to have stronger capabilities compared to many other prisoner regiments enforced by the Coalition. One of the greatest turning points in her life was on a night in 168 ABY, when she received a video-message from her father, calling for the dismantling of her prisoner forces. He was oblivious to the army she had created on her own, hence, when Canton discovered he immediately demanded for his disbandment. Canton cited many threats it faced to the business, especially with the Galactic Alliance. The Raineheart Family had extensive trade with both sides, but mostly with the Coalition. The fear of losing capital was not a factor for Serilda, who was driven by ideological motives. That night she ordered a bounty hunter to eliminate her rivals to the position of head of house. Almost simultaneously, her Mother, Father and Brother were assassinated. Serilda rose to power and seized all of the family assests. This was welcomed by the elites of the Coalition, who had suspicions that the private prison corporation was trading with the Alliance. Serilda cut all ties with the Alliance and continued to pursue who militaristic agenda.
Her military prowess soon began to set an example for many in the bureaucracy, and Serilda made strides in climbing the ladder. Her position in the political life was already substantial high, due to the inheritance of the prison industry. She single-handedly controlled a super-majority of the prisoners fighting in the 'Great Patriotic War' (as she coined it) and used this authority to slowly make her ascendancy to the Consulate. In an effort to assassinate possible threats, she'd have her forces 'discover' the dead body of a General on the battlefield, accompanied with a realistic story. In the midst of war, the bureaucracy of the Coalition was looking for a new potential candidate for the Consul. There was a growing war-weariness and dissatisfaction with the current leadership that could not be ignored. Serilda Rainheart, a young-ish female (39 years old), a devout Coalitionist and military leader was the leading option. She was selected as the new Consul in 184 ABY. It was her personal endeavour to institute anti-Jedi propaganda and attempt to establish a cult of personality around her image, as she was the first female leader of the Coalition. Although she is aware that it's really a big internal game, she is also attempting to create foundations with her personality with the people. She, of course, is depicted as a far more friendlier, yet stern, mother figure for the entire Coalition to unite behind. That brings us to today.

Notes:
Very interesting app.
I do just want to make clear that the Consul has been a ceremonial position for its entire existence. As such, Serilda would not have had much of a hand in the actual administration of the Coalition. The Consul basically serves as a the de jure head of the government, while in reality being more similar to the Pope in a way, a moral figure in the Coalition.

So, would she be able to order the use of propaganda? Or control a loyalist fighting squad?

Oh propaganda is basically all the Consul does. The Consul is the public face of the Coalition Government, which is nominally democratic.
And yes, I could imagine that the Consul would have a guard force of some kind.
I am meaning just that the larger, more important actions of Government are out of the hands of the Tribunal and the Consul. Each Admiral, General, and Commissar has their own fiefdom really in the Coalition.

Rhinocera wrote:KaminoOnboard the Cataclysm
Grand Admiral Derek Krassus stood, looking out from the bridge of the Pellaeon class star destroyer that he had elected to take to Kamino. Typically, he would have been aboard his flagship, the Ascension, but he wanted to keep his visit to the monsoon ridden world quiet. With the Ascension currently in orbit over Fondor, the center of Krassus’ operation, no one would look to find him at Kamino. With the cutthroat politics within the coalition, the less the rest of the galaxy knew, the safer Krassus would be.
Krassus was here for a reason, however, not to remain out of sight. The Kaminoans, being the galaxy’s premier cloners, were a valuable asset. Krassus was here to oversee the delivery of the current batch of clone soldiers, as clones made up the vast majority of Krassus’ storm trooper force. The Kaminoans, while not initially welcoming to the occupation, had warmed to the idea once the revelation that they were to be graciously compensated became known. Not only were the Kaminoans exclusive in their dealings, limiting to Krassus and those he approved of, but they were also among the best paid cloners in existence. After all, quality product wasn’t something that could be forced out of them, so the remaining option was to make their cooperation financially lucrative. As a man with considerable resources at his disposal, Krassus elected to take the aforementioned path to cooperation. Wars, after all, are won by soldiers, and the Kaminoans produced some of the best money could buy.
Despite his presence at Kamino, however, Krassus wasn’t entirely focused on the present affairs. Instead, his mind was on the Carida Concordant and it’s imminet resigning. Having been present at the treaty’s original signing, Krassus saw little reason to be present, personally, for its reaffirmation. The benefits were obvious for both parties, and unless rogue factions within the Alliance and/or coalition actively moved to derail the signing, the treaty would be renewed. Krassus, however, did deem the event important enough to dispatch a representative, an admiral who’s loyalty was beyond doubt, or as close to that as one could find within the ranks of the coalition.
Crucible Station
Admiral Ryan Mathis had served with Krassus for decades, having been an officer onboard Krassus’ first command, the Relentless. He had served with Krassus in some capacity since then, now acting as the Grand Admiral’s trusted 2nd in command. Now, onboard the Relentless (the 2nd of the two Imperious class star destroyers within Grand Admiral Krassus’ fleet, not the destroyer upon which he had first served with Krassus), he had arrived at the Crucible, prepared to act as Krassus’ emissary to the proceedings of the resigning of the Carida Concordat.
The plan was simple, ensure the agreement remains intact. The coalition and alliance had waged war before, and neither side had come out on top. With neither side appearing to have acquired decisive superiority over the past ten years, the same result was likely to repeat itself for now. That was something that could not happen. This peace was not permanent, the very nature of it would bring upon an outbreak of war. However, that time had not come.
As Mathis entered orbit, he saw several vessels. Krast’s Exultation was unmistakable, the most identifiable, as well as one of, if not the most formidable single warship currently in existence. Her presence was no surprise. An opportunity to assert her authority within the Coalition by a show of prestige and power was something that she would not let pass. The flagship of Commisar Shakhar, another individual with considerable clout within the coalition. The logistics mastermind behind much of the machinations that help hold the coalition’s tenuous existence together. Both were influential, though in his own opinion Krast was the more prominent of the two, as well as the most dangerous. The other prominent vessel that was present was an MC160 battlecruiser, a formidable ship in its own right. The Alliance representative no doubt.
Mathis sat aboard the shuttle as it descended towards the Crucible station, having cleared his . The mission, and make no mistake it was a mission, was to ensure these proceedings didn’t implode. He was here because Krassus knew he could trust him not to betray his interests. He was also here because he was a capable man, not one to be trifled with. While he didn’t hold the influence that Krassus, Krast, or Shakhar did, he was still formidable in his own right. If things went wrong however, with this collection of characters, it wouldn’t be to difficult to wind up dead.
As he stepped off his shuttle, he saw the Coalition power players. Approaching them, he stood by them. Not relaxed, but not stiff in his posture. Saluting the Grand Admiral, in accordance with typical military protocol. Despite not being her direct subordinate, he was still ranked under her. Her rank afforded her that respect. It also afforded her the right to speak first, so he remained silent.

- Mandalore and colonizers? No, no, and no. Also, kindergarten? Mandalorians don't really...have kindergarten, it's schooling based around the clan system.
- Alliance forces on Mandalore? No. That simply wouldn't really be the case, especially in any form wherein they would have the power to burn down a family home. The fact that there is no further mention of his family, or of anything Mandalorian, or really of anything in the way of the culture, is furthermore disturbing. He essentially, according towards this biography, is not acting at all like a Mandalorian nor is Mandalore being portrayed as it is.
Could you please not copy-and-paste a planet's name as a cheap way to get around rules, especially not one that is so well-known and one that has such deep roots in terms of lore, culture, and people? It's not better, in my opinion.
