I don't think it would work like that
1 you have to go along with w/the second part of that line or you're making false statements to the patient
2-3 both could work fine, but would be a chilling effect kind of thing, not gonna stop someone who really wants one, but for someone on the fence getting a thousand page liability and a waiver that says you can't say stop would probably knock them to the other side of the fence
And even 3 would be questionable if it could be waived

I’ve been wondering how political figures launch lawsuits. Is Johnson suing himself, or hiring an attorney and finding someone that will sue?
On a related note, how would all these lawsuits (Wilson, Johnson, etc. play out in the IC? Will a player RP a federal judge or will it just be simulated?
