Kinda my point too. They're so irrelevant in Mississippi that I don't even see a Progressive candidate doing that, to be honest. It's still going to be strict Democrat/Republican territory, and I add "Democrat" loosely.

Many are establishment government workers, or live in rural areas. This is assuming the Progs could also get enough resources in such a state to reach such a scattered electorate. There is no way the national party would risk contributing to the success of Williams.
