I should have the time to do a full review, now.
1. Something of a question as to his reputation, here. Is he viewed as being pro-business, or problematically pro-union? The commentary on the hearing in general is somewhat difficult to discern, with the noted issue being the moderacy of his views, what would the composition of the vote on his confirmation be?
2. Given that Wegman's is a family owned and operated business, I would recommend simply changing this to a nondescript high-ranking position in the company.
3. A district is needed. I would recommend the 25th, and changing the vote total to something along the lines of a 48-47 margin, to account for other votes.
4. More details would be preferable, though this is acceptable. The question would come again to his stance on unions, with a fiscally conservative voting record, whether he would support right-to-work legislation, and the like.
5. I would recommend narrowing this margin of victory significantly to a plurality victory, again leaving space for other votes, perhaps 47-46 or 48-46.

Oh yeah, forgot about that. Well, I’m still figuring stuff out, and I bet there will still be some support in North Carolina for it.

NC produces twice as much tobacco as the next state. While significant declines have occurred in North Carolina, it still employs tens of thousands of people and contribute massively to the economy of NC.

Yeah, sorry. I’m trying to figure stuff out now. I’ll check my stuff better in the future, although I don’t think I can change it now. I’ll just say that the legislators couldn’t come up with a decision for the bill. Do you think that would be alright?
