I’m excited to conquer these nearby elf retreats.

I don't believe you can directly manage the sites your fort owns. I think the biggest benefit is that you get immigrants that travel to these sites, and you can request for them to come to your fortress.
Not sure though, I don't have the soldiers to occupy anything.

Correction: you can request historical figures at the site to come to your fort. I can see this becoming very handy, especially if you suffer (for any reason) a large amount of FUN.

Bio: Zacarías was born in Copiapó, Chile to miner and a high-school teacher. Growing up he always had a fascination with the night sky and would stay up to gaze at the stars. He dreamed he could study the stars and wished to be a astronomer. His parents had managed stored up enough money so Zacarías could go to a university but, someone had stolen his father's bank information and stole all of the money. Despite the police's best efforts, they were not able to find the thief and Zacarías and his family were left with nothing. Zacarías choose not to give up on his dream and with help from a long time friend of the family. He got a job and was saving up the money till a education reform made it possible for him to attend a university. Before the incident, Zacarías was preparing for his first day of school when the unexpected happened.

Power: Gravitational Slingshot

Zacarías’s power allows him to generate a gravitational field around him with him as the center. He can pull objects and even parts from the environment within the field and then “throw” them at targets. The object has to make at least three orbits around Zacarías to gain the enough momentum before he releases his hold on it and lets it fly. The heavier the object the more orbits the object has to make and while he can control how fast a object can orbit him. The faster he makes a object finish a orbit, the chances of him losing his grip on a object increases and it leaving his gravity in the wrong direction or time. Plus, he can not control a object’s orientation in his field, relying on the orbit's speed to straighten it out and hoping it is not going to hit him if long enough.

The max range for his field is three feet and he can only pull objects that are 2x his weight. Zacarías can hold on to several objects in his field but, can only release one at a time. More so, he can only pull on objects in his field and can not exert force on anything in his field. That and objects in his field remain the same not affected by his field unless he pulls on them. Fast objects or fast living beings coming at him can not be pulled by him and can get in close to hit them. A fired bullet for example will not be affected and hit Zacarías dead on. Zacarías could use the objects in his field as barriers but, anything in his field has to be in motion and he can't lower the speed enough for any object to be used as a proper shield. Lastly, only objects Zacarías pulls are affected by his field, otherwise they stay where there are.


Skills: Bilingual, knowing spanish and english, Star Nut, Knows alot about star constellations and can easily find them in the night sky and Observant, he can notice details that others have missed.
