Also short and simple explanation of why Alex and Elias are just gone now. Elias is dead, stabbed to death and then burned into ash along with the rest of his followers. Alex is badly wounded and crawling away into the night, likely to either die on the floor or to escape Gotham an never return.

Calendar Man could have received an invite but that would be dependent on what he could contribute to Oswald's illegal drug operation. So. What can Calendar Man bring to the table?
