I'm sorry about Mary, but I never intended her or Sydney to be a part of the story, so I am trying my best to juggle her.

And as for Batgirl, I thought it best to keep the entire "secret underground base" thing kind of casual, no big declarations, just a slice of life for a villain while the hero is unconscious. We never get to see what happens while the hero is incapacitated, you know?

Interesting post Bycrest, although why would I take my wallet on a top secret, possibly deadly mission?

Also, did you take the ornately decorated cherry wood puzzle box or the pretty smooth and plain box that looks a lot less like a puzzle? As that would be an important detail to add to make sure you got the right one as my character bought one this morning to use as a decoy. (And don't say you took both as your post specifies "the box" meaning just one.)
