Kinda wish he could get Clayface arrested, like a regular superhero. But this is an RP so I’d only be able to do that if Nordie agreed.

I actually would not mind if she’s arrested, it would give her a reason to hold a grudge against the Batfam and also would make her a more serious villain when/if Bane breaks her out of jail — if that’s his plan. I’ll reply tomorrow.

To be fair, Batman will be a lot older also. If Dick was adopted at the age of 8 in his app, and is 28 now, and Bruce starts being Batman at 25, then you're putting him at about 47. Need to add in those couple of years solo. Personally I prefer him being twelve like in all-star Batman and Robin, which if we fiddle slightly with then I'd place Bruce at 43.

If Bruce is 43, then 15-year old Damian (like it says in his app) would have been born when Batman was around 28. That sounds too early in Batman’s career for him to have developed a relationship with or even have met Talia. If Bats is 47 then Damian would have been born when Bruce was 32, which makes a lot more sense.

Tim and Babs are leading for favourite hero, Harley and Merrymaker for favourite villain. A variety of favourite moments from the more dramatic to the more human, which is nice. Cooper the dog is ahead for funniest character, the docks sequence for best fight, and Damian's injury is the most shocking moment so far.

@Greater Meme Land I'm not the one who can approve or deny apps but that seems like a pretty powerful character. I'd tone the powers down, perhaps take off his ability to predict the future, and restrict those shadow powers to the short range. I'd also change his ability to become any animal, if you really want that power maybe restrict it so his forms are just the four you listed in the app. Also how quickly can he regenerate after being hurt?

The apps are great! I somewhat agree that some powers might be too powerful for a Gotham RP, seeing as how most heroes/villains are mostly just average joes with gear and skills instead of powers. Regardless, these are great vampire apps and I love the characters!

She’s not like Sandman! She still has normal human anatomy, even in her clay form. A giant pike through the chest would definitely kill her. And we wouldn’t want that.

Harvey became a legendary detective in the GCPD at a young age, his big break being when he cracked a case that incriminated a big mob boss. The young cop’s mission became to take down the mob in Gotham City. However, as Harvey started interacting more with the mob, he found himself seduced by the Mafia money. He’s largely responsible for the rampant corruption in the GCPD, which Commissioner Gordon has tried to tackle. Harvey started closely dealing with Carmine Falcone, allowing the mob boss’s criminal empire to grow while Harvey earned himself decent money, and he even gained more fame in the GCPD because Falcone gave him leads on several cases as payment for Harvey’s corruption. Bullock quickly rose in the ranks at the GCPD, although many officers despised his ruthless nature. Soon, Harvey got a younger partner by the name of James Gordon. Harvey initially despised Gordon’s boy-scout nature, juxtaposed with his own rule breaking. But the two men grew to have a respect for one another; Harvey admired Jim for his bravery and ingenuity, and Jim held Harvey in high regards for his detective skills.

Ever since Jim was chosen by the mayor to be Commisioner instead of Harvey, Officer Bullock has been quite jealous of the new Commissioner, his former friend. Of course, Harvey was soon promoted to Chief of Police for his countless successes in cases, largely due to Falcone feeding him information. Still, Harvey feels that Jim robbed him of his fame as Gotham’s best cop. While Jim is a civilian officer as the Commissioner, Harvey still is a boots-on-ground cop. He has not had a great relationship with Batman like Gordon has, since Batman doesn’t trust Harvey, but Chief Bullock and Red Robin share a very special relationship since they’ve often encountered each other on cases. While Robin regards Harvey as a good friend, Harvey can easily betray him if offered enough money. These days, as the Chief of Police, Harvey has tried to be good cop in day-to-day life, although he still pays a blind eye to some crimes if he’s paid enough. While the corruption in the GCPD these days isn’t orchestrated by him, he doesn’t care enough to tackle it. However, he certainly was responsible for the creation of the culture in the GCPD to play slave to Falcone and the mob.

Powers/Weapons/Tech:
- No superpowers
- Carries around a GLOCK 19 handgun.
- He’s very fast despite his age, being very physically fit from all of his encounters with dangerous criminals
- Excellent detective skills for a cop

Weaknesses: Offered enough money, he’ll do anything for you. He’s a tough nut to crack, although he gets intimidated when he’s unarmed and forced to fight hand-to-hand.

Okay, Meme Land, I love all the time and effort you put into your apps, it really shows and I appreciate all the enthusiasm but I also have several major issues.

First, new players to this RP are only allowed one character. You can have more characters once I see how you rp but starting out, just one. I'm assuming you want Jakob but it's your call.

As Yaana and Tam mentioned, your characters are way OP. He can't be a spellcaster. Magic users in this storyline are inherently OP and I would be extremely leery of adding one even without any additional powers. Of all the spells that you listed, the only ones that I would allow, and only as physical manifestations of his vampiric power and not spells, would be the blood talon and shadow manipulation. And both as only short-range weapons and only attached to his form. And I need a weakness for the shadow. An easy weakness would be that the shadow can't exist in bright light or under any circumstance where a normal shadow couldn't exist.

Also, like Yaana said, limit yourself to those four animal forms, no more.

Also, I need more weaknesses. Waiting for the sun to rise or waiting for Jakob to get hungry really doesn't help a hero in the middle of a fight at night. I need at least three concrete weaknesses that an opponent would be able to exploit in a fight. For instance, instead of having Jakob just be vulnerable to sunlight, have him vulnerable to UV light. That would be one exploitable weakness. Also, sunlight isn't much of a hindrance when all it does is make him human considering that he's still a world-class martial artist and carries weapons. If he's gonna be affected by sunlight, make it hurt. Causes him pain, burns him, injures him. That should go for all three weaknesses that you come up with. Also, get rid of his ability to predict the future. He can make people forgot but only as a form of mesmerism and he needs to be looking at them directly and for them to be still in order to do this. Other than that, no other psychic abilities.

Edit- Also, no blood amulet. If he's afraid of going hungry, let him carry a candy bar or in his case, a blood bag.

I really like the idea of having a vampire in this story, I think it can add a lot, but there also has to be a lot of limits in order to keep it fair. I hope you understand.
