One thing that is yet to be done, which I would like to see someone do, is play a canon character but without the 'canon history', so to speak. Like introduce the villain as if they are new on the scene. Personally I think Hush (if we did a retcon) would be perfect for this for example as he could try and take Bruce's place in his absence.

But Bane would work also, if Haedros is open. It's up to you but I think the idea of introducing Bane, but nobody knows about him, his weaknesses, and how strong he is, could be really interesting to see play out. Maybe he could 'break' someone else, or do it to Batman for the first time in the story.

That would actually be incredibly interesting. If bane were to suddenly show up, with no knowledge of him present. To the average viewer, he would be a normal man. And as for what version I’m using, it’s basically a combination of the animated and comic bane. The one who broke the bat

Yeah Bane should be a completely new, non-established villain. I personally like how he was portrayed as a masked terrorist in The Dark Knight Rises, except it would be cool if he didn’t have any link to the League of Assassins and had other motivations instead.

They offered to make her “pretty” by conducting an experimental procedure on her. She agreed.

The operation gave her the power to adopt any form, her normal form becoming a clay state. She could shapeshift at will. However, the procedure made her a worse person. The KOBRA scientists tried to goad her into joining them, attempting to persuade her into aiding them in their struggle to establish a utopian world order led by KOBRA. But she refused, taking on a different look and escaping from the facility. She has started using her powers to her advantage, doing the usual criminal activities: robbing banks, kidnapping important people, etc. She’s more of a B-grade villain who has simpler goals, although she has the potential to be a heavy hitter. She works well with other villains who have more leadership qualities than her.

Powers/Weapons/Tech:
She can shapeshift into any human form at will, although this isn’t perfect because the form she takes is based on a vision she sees in her head, which may not 100% accurately represent a person.
Weaknesses: She lacks ingenuity, and isn’t much of a leader. Her fighting skills are poor; she’s a coward who relies more on changing her look to escape from situations. However, if forced to, she can shapeshift into a muscly person and hold her own in a fight, but she’d prefer to run away.

So, I've been thinking about Bane and Batman. What makes Bane so fearsome isn't just his strength but the fact that he's also a supreme strategist, it's his ability to use other heroes and villains as his pawns. It would be great that instead of bringing his own henchpeople, he recruited the League of Smiles and other Gotham villains to further his plans.

As for Bats, would love it if he just didn't arrive and take down Bane on his own but was forced to recruit a new team to stop the threat. With Tim, Babs and Alfred presumably out of the way and unable to help, the new team could consist of the Assailant, White Snake, Deputy, Carrie, Steph, Control Freak and even The Question and Cooper. People (and a demon dog ) that you wouldn't expect to be on a Batman team but because of the extreme situation, Batman needs them.
