Ok posted. And Yanna playing Bats has me feeling really excited.

Shameless plug but I've actually done it before here in a RP that had a few other people from this thread in (Sterk was Moon Knight, PF was OP, and Bycrest was the Riddler again) - assuming anyone actually cares that much about it and wants to see if I have the acting chops to pull off the Batman.

Without even looking at the link I know that you would be great for it.

I do agree with Tricolours though.

Although if he is to comeback I would prefer Batman to be a sometimes character in the RP, say that he comes back when there is dangerous trouble but returns to the Justice League. That way there wouldn't be Batman coming in and defeating every villain during every plot, keeping him as a last resort character should a villain get too powerful.

Whoever does play Batman, I think it's way too early to bring him back now.

1. Batman won't come back just to bust some third-rate villains who are trying to rob a bank, a museum, ect. If an alien in Gotham starts eating people, that might be a different story, but that hasn't happened yet, and it might not ever.
2. If Batman comes back, the Joker will probably come back. Batman probably knows this. And there would have to be a handpicked Joker player, too.
3. The whole point of the RP is to get rid of Batman. It wouldn't make sense for him to come back once a week or so, even if the Bat-Family quickly falls apart due to infighting (which might happen).

It also might be interesting to have the Bat-Family shatter for good, or least for a long time. That way, the GCPD would have to rely on newer heroes, while the former members of the Bat-Family would have to reckon with the fact that they've "failed" Batman.

Just my opinion, though.

I agree completely don't worry. We're a long way from when it would be best to introduce him. It needs to be at the climax where the villains are at their height and succeeding with their evil schemes.
2. That is a stumbling block. We don't have to instantly bring the Joker in as you can say he spends time planning once Batman is back to keep him out slightly longer, but I'm sure people would like to see him. I'd be interested in trying him if I did not get Batman. *gasp* we should do auditions!
3. Personally I'm not a big fan of the whole factions set-up we have anyway but I'd like to see the Bat-Family split up too, makes everything more fractured, puts greater pressure on the GCPD, and there's a vacuum for the villains to fill as the heroes struggle to handle the number of villains without working together.

In Damian’s defense, he just got shot at by automatic weapons and two bullets got him, so he wouldn’t be able to engage in hand to hand combat, and frankly who gives a shit about non brutal violence when injured
