I'm going to think on a second character now. The talk of brainwashing gave me the idea for a character with hypnotic/mind controlling powers but I need them to not be OP. Was thinking they could start as a hero and then start to become a villain as they realise how much they like the power/profits from evil.

Interesting post Bycrest, although why would I take my wallet on a top secret, possibly deadly mission?

Also, did you take the ornately decorated cherry wood puzzle box or the pretty smooth and plain box that looks a lot less like a puzzle? As that would be an important detail to add to make sure you got the right one as my character bought one this morning to use as a decoy. (And don't say you took both as your post specifies "the box" meaning just one.)

It was really more of a joke than anything, I'll edit it out. But I had the Echo and Query actually search Merrymaker so it would stand that they took the actually box, I just forgot the specific details of it.

Also, I am a big guy when it comes to hypno characters (I like the idea/concept of them). To not make them OP, I advise having them not affect people with strong /intelligent minds (like Batman), as well as possibly a time limit or a person under control limit.

Okay, seriously, we need to settle this. Does Riddler have the real box or not? If they performed a thorough search, it would stand the reason they would have found the real box or both boxes if Tam has a fake. Maybe Tam hid the real box but I need a plausible explanation of how he could have done it.

My personal thoughts are that I'd prefer Merry to still have the real box because it offers a further complication to the Riddler which keeps the story interesting and gives Merry a reason to stay involved with the Riddler.

We'll have to see how this one goes! They'll probably be independent and want to go their own way.

The way I figured it was that since Penguin didn't get the case, he would go after Riddler and keep Merrymaker onboard to fight for him.

Permit me to observe that having Opening Posts made by a dead nation is a really shitty first impression for new players. Also we can't update the OP Roster now (Granted that really wasn't an issue before on the basis that it was rarely updated anyways) BUT still...

Because that's...necessary...how? Threads doing really get deleted, to be honest, and if the applications are linked properly in the Roster there's not that big of a need. I just think it's rather weird with the thread first impressions.
