Yeah pretty much all of the Illiac Bay except for the Direnni Tower/Balfiera are accessible in ESO.

Not necessarily true. The only time ES has visited Hammerfell proper was in Daggerfall and ESO. In the case of former, it was only part of the province - not all of it - and in case of the latter, that was several centuries prior to even the earliest ES game, thus rendering geography unreliable. Besides, Bethesda has been known to retcon lore before. They retconned an important plot point from Oblivion to shoehorn the break-up of the Empire in Skyrim, after all. I really wouldn't be surprised if they did it again.

I think it'd be interesting if they built a new tower in the middle of Hammerfell or something, but I don't know why they would. If TES 6 is going to be soon after Skyrim, then the Redguards would probably have more on their minds then building a tower.

Actually, need we a Tower at all? Would the Altmer have to build another after the devastating destruction of Crystal-Like-Law before there was a game set in Summerset? Need we a tower for games in Elsweyr, Argonia, and Hammerfell? I think the Redguards are too busy seafaring to build a tower in the middle of the desert anyway.

Why not an ancient tower that rises out of the Desert emitting necromantic energies awakening an army of Dwemer or something?

I was all on board until the 'undead Dwemer' part. Maybe a sleeping army of Dwemer automatons instead? You awaken the army and give it to one of the major factions so they can pursue their goals: Thalmor, Empire, Redguards, or even yourself. Thalmor use it to destroy the Empire and invade Hammerfell, Empire uses it to destroy the Thalmor and re-conquer Hammerfell, Redguards use it to assert their independence from both, and you can personally use it to conquer all of Tamriel. Alternatively you could even destroy the army to prevent it's usage by anyone.

It'd be like a mixture of the endings of Daggerfall and Fallout: New Vegas, where the faction you choose to help decides the future of the region. Only one ending would be canon though, obviously. Unless they pull another Dragonbreak like Daggerfall.

Hammerfell would have a nice variety of dungeons. Yokudan ruins, Nedic ruins, Dwemer stuff, Orc-y stuff, etc. Throw in High Rock and you get Breton catacombs and Ayleid ruins as well!

Yeah, Hanmerfell or Hammerfell + High Rock sound pretty cool. Word has it that they are building a new engine for the game, so I can see them easily pulling it off

It's definitely intended for next gen at least, so that is highly likely.

Are they really creating a new one or are they just supping up their current engine like they did last time?

I recall that a few years ago they said they didn't have the tech yet to do with TES6 what they wanted to do with it - reason to believe it'll be a new engine, at least, combined with it likely being next-gen.

Although this is Bethesda, it may well just be a beefed up version of their current engine, ha.

Hey look. I'm not dead just quite yet, I just lowkey forgot that I was part of this. And I'm sorry for that. I'm less busy IRL now, so I should be around a tiny bit more.
But yes, Elder Scrolls 6 confirmed and I hope we go somewhere new despite what was shown in the little announcement trailer.

Also for the folks at the bandit attack on the road to Anvil... Do we want to skip forward to Anvil? Since it's been a few days since anything has happened concerning all that.

What/should there be a new person?

The lack of Bosmer Robin Hood expies disturbs me. I shall rectify this. Somebody has to be the slightly naive but charming guy.
