Why are people tagging the IC??

Also for the IC, should the characters already be at the banquet for our opening posts? Or are they just arriving at Collective city?

To be honest, I'm not quite sure, but I tagged the IC for a later post.

Would be cool if Eclius swooped in on a drone or a helicopter or something and decimated the Secret Service and SWAT while barely leaving our heroes alive, would make Kyra's escape more dramatic and cinematic.
