No, it does not.
Some of the players do have Discord Accounts however and can be reached through those.

Well now that you mention it, a lingering question I have is if Achisia started the war and lost why does it remain as a state? Or is it under occupation by the alliance. Secondly, is Kartara inhabited by humans or orcs? Part of me assumes Humans but I dont want to assume. Also if the Blight is consumed by a plague that kills from within, how does one venture in and how can there be monsters and creatures roaming it? And lastly, is the Karakian Steppe geographically like Mordor of sorts or is it mostly vast open fields?
Sorry if its a lot, im just very vested into the world is all.

Three of those I can't answer since I don't know much about Kartara or the nature of the Blight (besides the Age of Abhorrence being a bad time for literally everyone). As for Achysia (new spelling introduced) it isn't a state anymore and was/is occupied (currently an uprising is in process).
Character Application
Name: The Last Admiral (first name not known to most, those with experience with the Achysian Navy or the Achysian nobility would know his last name is Mavrakis)
Age: Around 50
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Race:Human
Appearance:The Last Admiral's face is unknown to practically everyone besides people who know him extremely well and most of those, besides General de Velira, is dead. But what can be seen about him is that he has blonde hair that reaches the shoulders, pale skin, is about 5'11, and has an athletic figure to be expected of someone of his profession. When it comes to clothes he still wears the clothing that symbolizes his rank in the navy and his status in society which includes his ceremonial mask which he is never seen without.
Position/Status/Affiliation: Admiral of the Achysian Navy, head of House Mavrakis, allied with General de Velira
Skills/Powers//Magic: The Last Admiral is well known for being a very talented illusionist and he does have some ability with wind magic. When it comes to his martial abilities he is skilled with a rapier and naval combat but where he excels is with boarding actions and logistics.
His fleet:
11 Dromons (200 men crew each, 2 Mages each)
3 Heavy Dromons (300 men crew each, 4 Mages each except the Flagship which has 5) (the flagship, the Flame Untarnished, the Pure Light and the Enduring Gift
4 scout galleys (60 men crew each, 1 Mage each)
Total Manpower: 3340, composed of various races but primarily human
36 Achysian Mages
1 Maiden of the Eternal Flame
Equipment: A rapier, his traditional mask, maps of the seas, the equipment expected to actually do his job
Personality: Even before the war the Last Admiral was a quiet man and even during conversations he could come across as terse but all of that covers up a man who is truly a fanatic, something no one could really see in him until he revealed it. He is absolute in his dedication to Achysia and its laws and is possessed with the determination to fight to the very end, for the war will never end so long as he is alive. However, despite being a fanatic, he is a pragmatic one and is willing to overlook certain things if just barely so long as it prevents him from not making any more enemies.
Moral Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Biography: House Mavrakis was a House of moderate prestige, pedigree, and rank in the Achysian court whose claim to fame rests upon two pillars, a fine tradition of providing officers to the Achysian Navy and the fact they are descended from freed slaves that ascended into the nobility with generations of hard work and service.
As for Admiral Mavrakis he was and is very much a solitary man, in fact when it came to the Achysian court he could easily be described as "completely divorced" and he was rarely ever seen there besides for ceremonial purposes but it was also known in court that he was an ally of General de Velira due to a historical friendship between House Mavrakis and House de Velira. When it came to his personal family he had a wife who gave him two sons and a daughter. Of the sons, one went missing during the war, the other died during one of the largest naval battles of the war after he went down with his ship. Similarly his wife, a ship captain in her own right, died in that battle. The only one who didn’t die during the war or went missing was his daughter but she died at sea of an illness while serving as the captain of the Last Admiral’s flagship.
Come the war he served with distinction and displayed his talents for boarding actions, doing such things when other people thought it to be impossible. When the war ended the remaining senior officers in the largest gathering of the fleet in port were ordered to stand down and most were inclined to go along with the surrender but the normally silent Admiral Mavrakis stood and stated a single line that declared what he would do and stunned all in the room.
To admit defeat is to blaspheme against the Emperor.
As if that was a signal, soldiers, sailors, and mages that either agreed with him or were just simply loyal to him seized as much of the Achysian Navy as they could and, under his leadership, they staged a breakout and made for open sea. Upon his departure he had a simple proclamation "the war will never end, not while I live" and thus he leads the remnants of the Achysian Navy from his flagship the Flame Untarnished, the crews, due to attrition, being a mix of native Achysians and former slaves freed during his raids. Since the end of the war Admiral Mavrakis acquired a title given to him by both the crews of his ships and the native born Achysians on the mainland: The Last Admiral, for he was truly the last admiral of the Achysian Navy because, for all intents and purposes, his fleet is the Achysian Navy in their eyes, or, at the very least, its continuation. Overall while he does command a strong force, his enemies tend to think of him as an over glorified pirate, which, to be fair, he does indulge in a lot of piracy targeted at Calaria and Anselm but woe to anyone who underestimates him. For the Last Admiral this is war, and it is a war he intends to win. Notably whenever he frees slaves he offers them a choice, transport to Achysia when he can and they can hide among the Achysians he has contacts with, magical or otherwise, or they can join his crew and continue the war, he is absolutely clear to each and everyone of them though: if he can help it, they will never be enslaved again.
Goals: To win the War of the Seven Nations.
Theme Song: Warlords of the Sea
RP Sample:
Did you read the Rules?: Yup.
Miscellaneous: As Thrace knows, all my characters besides Felicity and Rosaria have at least one secret.
