Actually, fuck, Konrad can't adopt anyone cuz he very much ded by now so Mireille can't join into the fugged half-sibling Triumvirate and make it a quartett.

Damn, Lisbeth can't adopt her either. She too be officially ded...tho maybe money can grease some bureaucratic gears.

Position/Status/Affiliation: Physician and Member of a Merchant House in the Most Serene Republics of Calaria, also a secret poisoner.

Skills/Powers//Magic:

Poisoner, Herbalist, and Potioneer - Pietro Zen is an expert on making and using poisons from various herbs and minerals, including those of a magical nature. He is also relatively skilled in making healing compounds from mystic herbs as well as mundane ones, although considering the availability of healing magic to his social class, the latter is less important than the former. And yes, he can make antidotes to his poisons.

Basic Surgeon - Pietro Zen is capable of basic surgical procedures, as well as properly cleaning and disinfecting his surgical tools.

Pugilist and Knife Fighter - Pietro Zen knows the basic aspects of unarmed combat, including punches, kicks, and grapples. As a further layer of self-defense, he knows how to use knives of all lengths, and prefers to use them with poison.

- 1x Set of Surgical Equipment.
- 1x Box of Medicines containing 5x bottles of Potions and Herbal Compounds.

Personality: Pietro is haugthy and self-centered except where his mother and sister are concerned, and complacent about his place in life. He does not think of himself as bad or good, and is blase about the very idea of morality in general. Nevertheless, he makes sure not to be too disrespectful even to his social inferiors - They could not help but be born into their inferiority, after all. As for his knowedge of poisoning, he sees it as a necessary defense for when hired guards, words, and fists fail. All in all, an arrogant man who nevertheless has precautions for when his arrogance fails.

Moral Alignment: True Neutral

Biography: Pietro was born as the third child and second son of House Zen, the 'spare' to the heir of the family. From an early age, he was fascinated with plants and medicine, which his father encouraged, or rather twisted, into an interest in poisons - His elder brother did need the support, after all, due to the fractious nature of Calarian politics. Pietro also learned the art of unarmed combat and knife-work, just in case he needed to defend himself from those who took umbrage at his choice of vocation. All in all, Pietro was happy, especially as his mother and sister, kindly women fit for a better place than Calaria, gave him the affection that his father and elder brother did not.

In time, he, his mother and sister were sent to the colonial expedition to the Kartaran Island as part of a plan to establish the Zen Family's presence in the largest settlement there. And for two years, they prospered, with Pietro doing almost nothing except make potions, do surgery on people who weren't worth spending healing magic on, and occssionally poison someone who went against his family's interests while warding off any such attempts on their own. And in time, he became quite good at it and in making antidotes, although he kept it as secret as possible.

Then one day, the basement of his laboratory began to flood, ruining precious herbs and compounds. He managed to get to a higher floor, only to realize that the rest of the city was flooding, and he had to get his mother and sister out. He succeeded, and with several armed guards, the group managed to make it all the way to the ships in the settlement's harbor - It was their hope that they can get back to Calaria and recoup their losses. But that was not to be the case, as Anselmnian privateers were attacking their refugee fleet, engaging the warships in an effort to get to the civilian transports.

Knowing their fate if they were ever captured, Pietro gave his mother and sister a satchel of poison, telling them to take it if they were ever enslaved. Then he and his remaining armed guards went to the deck in order to try and do their part in trying to repel the assault...

anyway, this app looks really good to me! don't take this as an automatic acceptance though, thrace has the final word as i'm not nearly as familiar with the lore as he is, so he can spot details that i might have missed. but you've passed preliminary checks, is what i'm saying!
