For the rest, I'd just like to mention some things.

• It would be great if you could edit everything into your original app post or into a new post, the whole editing into a quoted app can be a bit confusing - just copy paste the app into a new post so that I can link it to the list of accepted characters in the IC.
• The Karaki overall are not a very magical race. They have fewer mages that most other races, so that is something that you should keep in mind. Gormar's magic skills would be one of the factors strengthening his position as a leader, mages in general are very prized by the Karaki - most mages end up as shamans with significant power.
  Because of that, you'll have to decide what type of magic he will be using. Sorry if the system is too confusing, but the whole black magic/white magic is one way of classifying magic, by the intent and purpose of spells. The other way is by how the magic works. There is Ancient Magic, which is the wild, old and untamed form of magic, generally very powerful, but also very unstable, as it's controlled by thoughts. It requires a lot of mental training to be used at its full power, because even a stray thought can hijack a spell. Ancient Magic is generally used by the Loroi/Elves, and some Karaki shamans probably also use a form of it - a less powerful and more wild form perhaps since the Karaki are, like I said, due to their temper as a race not suited overall to using magic. Then there is the Magic of the Oath, named like this because the mage has to perform a specific ritual. This magic was created by an ancient human civilization and it basically binds magic to the will of the magician through the use of spells, chants, and words. It's very precise, magic follows exactly what you tell her to, but as a consequence it also lacks the raw power of ancient magic, but it can be far more versatile, and it requires less training - more memorizing though. Both of them require mana and can create similar spells however, and it's not like one is more powerful than the other - their advantages and disadvantages kinda balance each other. In a war, the Magic of the Oath generally wins though - simply because it's easier to wield more mages using it and since those mages can work together easily.
  
  You can choose any for Gormar, but it will affect his past. Training to use ancient magic would have affected his temper and personality, while using the Magic of the Oath would have required him to come into contact with humans or with a Karaki mage who learned it from humans themselves.

Personality: Doomfang is fair but harsh. He is a typical Karaki, violent in battle, but a very skilled leader off the battlefield as well. His most endearing quality is his leadership and charisma. Many of the Kez Karad would gladly die for him.
Moral Alignment: Lawful Evil
Biography: The newest leader of the Kez Karad, Gormar Doomfang became the leader after his father was killed during a dispute with another Horde. Seeing this, Gormar vowed to end the infighting among the Karaki. He was trained by his father's best mages in the arts of black magic in the Magic of the Oath Again, being the son of the Horde chieftain meant that his father gave him instruction in the art of war. Perhaps his greatest quality is his charisma. A naturally gifted speaker, Doomfang also has benefited from years of tutelage from his father, who was equally gifted. (News Flash: His father taught him pretty much everything he knows)

All these skills were put to good use once his father was killed. Gormar was thrust into the leadership of a Horde that threatened to collapse into a terrible war. He united the people with his speaking ability, and soon commanded the loyalty of the masses. He used this popularity to secure his place as Horde leader and to keep the Kez Karad together.

Now faced with the problem of how to lead his Horde, Gormar believes there is only one logical path. He believes that the infighting among the Karaki Hordes will be their undoing. To resolve this, he will set out to bring all of the Karaki Hordes under the heel of the Kez Karad. From there, the world beyond.

Goals: His immediate goal is to unite the Karaki under the banner of the Kez Karad. He especially wishes vengeance against the Horde that killed his father, the Vre Malza. After that, he wishes to show the rest of the worlds the true power of the Karaki.

Today is the day, Chancellor Frederick Kasel thought. Today is the day where we begin our just fight in Nova Capile and bring the corrupt Royalists to their knees. Klaus doesn't know it yet, but today is the beginning of the end.

He took a deep breath and stepped into his war room. Right away, he heard the voices of his generals arguing among themselves.

"There is only one course of action," Major General Heinrich Krüger sneered. "The first order of business must be to relieve the pressure on Gravines. From there, we will expand out with our forces and drive the Royalist scum into the swords of their enemies! Only then will we achieve victory."

"Yes, yes. A fantastic plan Heinrich, Brigadier General Gerhard Leimann countered. "Except for one thing. The troops that the Royalists can bring to bear against us will make an offensive impossible. I agree that the first priority should be to relieve Gravines. But after the border is secured we must fight a defensive war while the other factions exhaust themselves."

Krüger started to respond but was cut off by the Chancellor.

"I believe that Mr. Leimann is on to something here. But, in the spirit of democracy we shall call a vote. All in favor of an offensive?"

Of the 14 officers in the room, 7 of them raised their hands.

"And all in favor of a defensive war?"

Again, 7 hands shot up.

Kasel shook his head.

"Once again it is up to me to break the tie. Defense it shall be. Now on to the next order of the day. How goes the mobilization."

Lieutenant General Lukas Werner stepped up. "Army Group Werner is completely ready to deploy sir! That is 250,000 troops ready to be deployed. In a week we can have another army group to deploy and another two ready in a month or so."

Chancellor Kasel smiled.

"Splendid. And what of the naval side of things?"

The only naval officer in the room, Admiral Dieter Wagner, stood up and recounted his report.

"Sir, we have the 1st Fleet ready for action. In another month we can have the 2nd Fleet on the move and the 4th Fleet nearly ready."

At this, Kasel broke out into his trademark grin. Everything was going well. The gears of war were finally moving along, and the Royalists would learn to fear the Bavarian troops.

He took a deep breath, and spoke.

"Return to your troops. General Werner, you and your men will be loading onto the 1st Fleet, which will be commanded by Admiral Wagner. You will sail to Nova Capile. From there you will unload at Gravines, and relieve the pressure there. Am I understood?"

Both officers snapped off a crisp salute and spoke in unison.

"Yes sir!"

At this, they all filed out of the room, leaving the Chancellor alone. Today will be remembered as a glorious day for all Luxembourg-Bavaria, he thought to himself. He walked over to his desk and typed up a letter to the French.

We have been made aware of the struggle in Nova Capile. As a fellow socialist republic, we can sympathize with your cause. Luxembourg-Bavaria feels the pain of your struggle. We too, were the underdogs in the civil war that birthed our country. As such, we are compelled to aid you in any and all ways possible.

Personally, I believe that your cause is just and that you need help to survive. The people of my country believe the same. We are behind you 100% of the way, from the beginning to the end, whatever that end may be.

The Bavarian Armed Forces number 850,000 regular troops. Additionally, as we posses nearly all of Central Europe, it is possible to conscript another 100,000-150,000 troops, if they are needed. I am offering your nation the full support of this army, as well as any economic aid you may require. As of now, we have a large force en route to Gravines, in anticipation of your acceptance.

Miscellaneous: Doomfang's last name comes from his legendary axe of the same name, which has been wielded by the leader of the Kez Karad as long as anyone can remember.

Doomfang - The legendary battleaxe of the Kez Karad, Doomfang has been passed down from leader to leader. It has wards on it that make it nearly impossible to break and that allow it to cut through most armors like butter. The legends say that if anyone other than the Horde leader wields the axe, some terrible curse will be called down upon them

The Horn of Kez Karad - Another item of the Horde leader, the Horn of Kez Karad is made for war. When it is blown in battle, the warriors of the Kez Karad are filled with conviction and their energy is restored to a certain degree. It also helps raise morale on the battlefield.

I personally don't think these are powerful enough to be considered relics but if you guys think so I will make relic apps for each.

Accepted yeah, my bad.

And yeah, now that I've noticed it those two wouldn't count as relics, they can just be an enchanted weapon and an artifact.

I'd also recommend staying away from relics away, with the lore as incomplete as it is they are a challenge to play even for more experienced players.

Position/Status/Affiliation: One of the Bearers of the Eternal Flame of Achisia, a noblewoman of Achisia, head of the mostly dead House de Marlon (by default)
Skills/Powers//Magic: Suffice to say, as befitting a someone that is frequently confused for a berserker cultist of wrath she has a lot of magic of the offensive kind, such as using fire magic to great effect (another thing that gets her confused for a cultist of wrath), she also knows ice and earth black magic and uses both as needed but primarily she uses enhancement magic of the kind to strengthen her blows, not like it is needed much given her almost supernatural strength, and speed, relying on her own strength, enhanced by the Eternal Flame that she carries and her own magic, to stand against most foes. Like Solomon she also has the power of magical barrier creation but she hasn't been seen using it much since the end of the war. Beyond that she is a skilled combatant with most weapons, preferring heavier weapons, and generally uses a shield well but hasn't used it as much these days.
Equipment: A giant battle axe, plate armor denoting her status as one of the Bearers (including having a still burning piece of the Eternal Flame in it), and a giant shield. (for the armor and shield's appearance look at her image)

Okay in seriousness yes she is insane and kills a lot, taking an unnatural glee in the act of slaughter, killing with a smile on her face. She doesn’t often express rage in her slaughters, often implying that she keeps it under the surface or simply that her wrath is something that is slowly built up. She is a maniac, indulging in blood and death on a large scale, so much so that if one got close to her they could smell the iron, however she has her quiet moments and it is at their own peril should anyone underestimate her because of what she seems to be, she, is at times, able to display surprising patience and cunning as she waits for the right time. But when she kills there is no mercy in her. Her motives that drive her is unknown to all. However she expresses a closeness to the surviving de Veliras and is very protective of them.

Moral Alignment: Insane
Biography:Born into the nobility of Achisia she was a childhood friend of the now deceased Ezekiel de Velira and something of a sister to Illania de Velira and Solomon de Velira, instead of just childhood friends thanks to her older age, and why she is lovingly referred to as Ney by the de Velira siblings as it is a nickname only they referred to her with. Much like Ezekiel and Solomon she entered the war at a young age, as did her own elder brothers, and was stricken by grief when the Ezekiel fell in battle like his siblings were, and like them taking to the field while wearing black to show their mourning. Later in the war she was proclaimed as one of the Bearers of the Eternal Flame, one of those commanded by the Emperor to bear the Flame into war against the so called Knights of Light for Achisia.

We bear the light of Achisia that comes from the Eternal Flame against the false light our enemies carry within them. We all know their light is truly darkness, truly the shadows, pretending to be light and so the Eternal Flame shall banish it all away with its radiance - An unknown Bearer of the Eternal Flame to the Paladin Lidia during the war, said Bearer was killed in the following battle with the Paladin.

As a Bearer of the Eternal Flame she was described as a very taciturn woman, never indulging in battle taunts or speeches and fighting with a cold detachment, and acting as a strong vanguard, an unbreakable fortress against all while using a mace and heavy shield to great effect, if she decided to stand her ground and hold she would hold, earning her the nickname "Maiden of Steel" and was revered as a distant protector. However all of that is in the past given her current character. But before we get there it should be mentioned beyond various battles she participated in she was noted for leading the purge of her entire family after they were collectively found guilty of treason. Everyone in her family was put to the sword under her leadership with the children only being spared by the intervention of General Augustine de Velira who used practically all of his influence to spare them. House de Marlon is nearly completely dead but she didn't react or say much about it at the time besides "I did my duty." She started using a different mace from the one she used the entire war after the fact for reasons she never elaborated upon.

She was reported as killed in the capital, slain by the twin sister of Alexis at the entrance to the Palace, but her survival had been found out three weeks after the fall of the capital of Achisia where she butchered a village in Duivene in a fit of madness before disappearing from public sight, for a time anyway and she does not stay underground for long and every time she makes a reappearance another atrocity is added to her name.

She has been hunted for since the end of the war and has been declared dead no less than 6 times only to come back with another destroyed village and frequently she goes underground simply to divert the people hunting for her. Based off of the testimony of survivors of destroyed villages or troop garrisons she has been seen all over Fallen Achisia, the Ecclesiarchy, and Xerena and occasionally in Duivene killing hundreds but never being found by soldiers sent to those locations to hunt for her… if those soldiers came back at all and all nations has standing orders that she is to be killed on sight, especially in Duivene seeing as she has tried to attack the nation several times before being driven off, frequently retreating when she would hear that Alexis was en route to end her, to the consternation of the Princess. What has been said though is that she is completely insane, a stark raving mad berserker who butchers all before her while muttering oaths her victims will never understand or laughing in glee as the blood splatters her. The piece of the Eternal Flame in her armor is still burning with its light, continuing to remind all of the light of Achisia even if it is carried by an insane daughter of the nation into the slaughter and that light promises death to those who stand against her.

Well hmm, I'm not sure what to say. We don't have a single unifying plot anyway, so people can do nearly anything. I've been personally trying to get more Elvish characters into this roleplay for a while, but that would be very difficult considering that I still haven't managed to properly write down the lore for our elves, the Loroi.

As for like positions that haven't been filled yet..the knightly orders of the Holy Scriptures are kinda empty, as is the Faith's Judgement. We have only Kindness and Chastity in the Cult of Virtues, everything else is free, and as for the Cult of Sins, Wrath is the only one that might be freed up. There is also the possibility of perhaps having two Archbishops for a Sin, like we do with Lust, but such a situation would require each Archbishop to represent a different aspect of that sin or virtue, which might be overly complicated.

There are also the Seven Heroes and the Seven Traitors, with several free spots on each side, but that would require a short lore session from me and a lot of secrecy, since there are things related to them that I haven't yet revealed in the IC.

But you can really do anything you'd like, the possibilities are nearly endless xD
