Well, the nature of that superiority is left to what fluff the player illustrates; my forces' Advanced Arms are mostly drones, along with Railgun-based Assault Rifles.

Not a bad idea- definitely something a corporation would produce and then sell to the state, though. I mean, I could let you do state factories since that is your thing, but they'll be pretty inefficient in comparison. You're better off subcontracting to the Clan, really.
