I might be rebooting my Knights of Steel RP. Basically Titanfall with mech combat and such on the ground. Closest thing I can do for Sci-Fi.

Here's my updated version of the Knights of Steel Reboot. I would highly appreciate any feedback on it!

Backstory

The year is 2119, and humanity has expanded its reach far beyond planet Earth. Thanks to the development of technology that allowed spacecrafts to travel just a mere 1% under the speed of light in the year 2067, humans have been able to explore solar systems light years away from their own. By the year 2079, humans had set up their first colony on the planet Eden. The planet's ecosystem being almost to Earth, making it an ideal place to begin in this new age of colonialism. The planet consisted of one giant landmass, known as Terra, that was surrounded by a vast ocean occasionally dotted with small islands of little significance. Terra was divided into five main regions:

The Athens Region, the largest of the regions, was located in the center of Terra and was by far the most diverse in terms of resources. The ecosystem ranged from forests, mountains, and grasslands, making it the ideal place for the bulk of the population. Most major economic businesses are based here, as were the places of government and education. The only disadvantage the region has is a lack of access to the ocean, but trade with other regions made this issue practically irrelevant. It's regional capital as well as the capital for the entire colony was Atlas, a massive urban city that showed the best and the worth humanity had to offer.

The Olympus Region, the second largest region, was located in the Southern region of Terra and held a likewise impressive economy. Unlike the Athens Region, Olympus had a handful of sea ports available to them, providing enough food and resources from the sea to make up for their lack of agricultural lands as most of the region was extremely mountainous and rocky. Several research facilities are located here, providing even more ways for the colonists to adapt to whatever Eden threw at them. It's regional capital was Atlantia, similar in both size and behavior of Atlas.

The Apollo Region was located on the Northeastern portion of the continent, and was infamous for its desert environment similar to Northern Africa back on Earth. However, the region was rich with fossil fuel resources, which most human vehicles used to operate save for the Knights which ran on miniature nuclear reactor cores. Almost the entire region's economy is based of the extraction of the fossil fuels, however there is a relatively busy tourist population that comes to enjoy the enjoyable beaches that the region has to offer. Its regional capital was Troy, one of the few major cities in the region due to its proximity to fresh water.

The Amazon Region was located in the Southwestern portion of Terra, its most notable quality being the jungle like environment on the mainland and a series of islands just of its coast. The wildlife here was especially hard to deal with, as a wide range of carnivorous animals and even plants were quick to devour any unsuspecting victim who wandered too far into the depths of the jungle. Exotic fruits and vegetables are grown here, and the tourist economy is booming in the region. Its regional was Roma, the city's skyscrapers being the only things tall enough to be seen amidst the tall jungle forests.

The smallest and perhaps most unforgiving of the regions was the region of Gaia, located on a peninsula that reached to the very North of the continent. Based on how far North one went, the environment turned from frigid forests to flat frozen tundras inhabited by only a few creatures who were capable of surviving the areas extreme temperatures. An abundance of timber from the forest and rare materials such as diamonds and gold in the mountains was the only thing that made living in the region worthwhile, and its inhabitants quickly became renown as tough individuals capable of taking on any challenge. Its regional capital was located on the very southern portion of its border, known as Neptune.

Due to the considerable distance between Earth, these colonists were essentially on their own and had to rely on themselves. This wouldn't be much of an issue, however, as the planet was filled to the brim with untapped resources that were up for grabs to whoever was willing to work for them. To aid them in this, the colonists brought with them the massive semi-autonomous machines known as Knights with them. These Knights were immensely powerful and durable, serving the colonists as both working tools and protection from the local wildlife of Eden. They proved extremely useful to the colonists, and soon Eden had become prosperous due to the wealth of resources the planet held. In control of these machines were people known as Pilots. These Pilots were men and women of incredible intelligence, agility, and strength who were trained to handle the rigorous demand that was controlling a Knight, effectively making them the special forces of Eden's militias.

Within a handful of generations, the citizens of Eden began to feel less and less connected to their Earthly origin, and soon calls of independence rang from across the planet after the citizens began to feel like they were being cheated out of the wealth that Eden provided. The United Earth Council, or the UEC, was not willing to allow this to happen. Eden was too valuable to let lose, and by the year 2116, the UEC sent in an expeditionary force to subdue to colonists.

This proved to do the exact opposite, however, as the citizens of Eden saw this as an act of invasion of their homeland. Protests rang out from across the planet, and soon the spark for conflict was provided after UEC forces opened fire upon an unruly mob in the Eden capital of Atlas in the year 2117. This incident, which led to the deaths of several innocent protestors, would be known as the Atlas Incident. UEC leadership refused to punish those responsible, which was the final straw for the colonists. A war for independence had begun as the colonists formed a resistance known as The Frontiersmen.

Two years after the Atlas Incident, the conflict continued on with The Frontiersmen controlling the Northern hemisphere while the UEC controlled the Southern part. A stalemate had been reached, as The Frontiersmen couldn't match the military prowess of the UEC and the UEC were limited in both numbers and resources due to the immense distance between Earth and Eden. However, they weren't the only players involved in the conflict. Independent groups emerged from the conflict, some favoring the UEC, some favoring The Frontiersmen, and others choosing to pave their own path in the chaotic world.

The fate of Eden rests in the hands of those with those talented enough to stand above the rest. Will that be you, Pilot?

Introduction

Hello, and welcome to Knights of Steel. This RP is a mix of Character, Faction, and Worldbuilding. This RP is heavily based on the game series TItanfall, developed by Respawn, and thus borrows a lot of the concepts from their games. For those interested in joining, you will have the option of joining the UEC, The Frontiersmen, or any other factions that have been caught in the conflict as one of the elite individuals known as Pilots. You'll have your own Knight which you can equip with whatever fits you best, within reason of course.

While this is mainly an RP based around characters, it will also heavily revolve around the various factions as they battle for control of Eden. You are encouraged to suggest anything you feel would be good for the RP, whether it be Knights, weapons, cities, factions, or anything else that tickles your fancy. While it's not required, it would be helpful to watch this video, which goes over the lore of Titanfall, which this RP is heavily based upon.

As something to note, while this is futuristic, technology is still limited. Some things to note:

  • Most weaponry is still traditional ballistic that would be similar to what is found today, although ion and plasma weaponry are available to organizations that can afford them
  • Communication and travel from Earth and Eden still takes a significant amount of time, specifically five years
  • While semi-autonomous AI is prevalent, there are no androids, synths, etc
  • Due to the level of skill needed to control a Knight in combat, Pilots are fairly rare among each faction and should be seen as highly valuable assets to use in tandem with regular ground troops
  • Pilots will possess a much wider arrary of weaponry and gadgets than a regular ground troop, such as jump jets, cloaking, holograms, etc
  • Knights are divided into three classes and are all capable of handling a variety of weaponry
-Wolverines, which have lightly armored chassis that sacrifices protection for enhanced mobility
-Bears, which have heavily armored chassis that provide thick layers of protection at the cost of mobility
-Wolves, which have the standard armor chassis that provides a fair share of protection while not sacrificing too much mobility
  • The UEC will have the most advanced technology while The Frontiersmen will have the least advanced, although both the Frontiersmen as well as any other organization are free to scavenge and steal whatever they can from the UEC

Rules

1. OP and Co-OPs words are law. We’re here to make everything works smoothly here, and any unneeded rudeness or arguing can result in you being kicked out of the RP.
2. Try to familiarize yourself with the lore to some extent before making an application.
3. Follow all of the site’s rules, keep things PG-13 and be as kind to others as possible.
4. Follow standard RP etiquette (no godmodding, metagaming, etc.).
5. Try to keep your grammar at an acceptable level. While I’m not going to have your works be double spaced with at least five sources in MLA format, I do expect that you can write in a manner that is easy for the rest of us to understand.
6. At bare minimum a paragraph consisting of at least five sentences is required for posts. If you have to respond to someone, try and add some additional details. One-liners just look bad for both the writer and the RP as a whole.
7. Multiple characters are allowed as long as you are capable of managing the amount of interaction involved.
8. Staying active is required for anyone with characters that are currently interacting with other players’ characters. Unless it has previously noted, after 48 hours characters are free game for other players to control in order to advance the RP.
9. Try to plan ahead for PvP fights and such in order to avoid an unending fight. It’s fine to have a fight drag out for a bit in order to make it more dramatic or whatnot, but nobody wants to read a page full of swings and misses.
10. Keep any issues you have with others private either between you and the offended party or myself and the Co-OPs.
11. I will try my best to keep players active with some type of role within the RP, but on the same token I can't hold your hand the entire time. If you have your character all out alone in the wilderness and choose to remain out of the conflict, don't expect many people, if any, to interact with you.
12. Please delete any parenthesis within your applications, as if I see any I'm immediately turning away applications until they are fixed.
13. And most importantly, have fun! That’s the reason we spend hours typing away, is it not? :p

Pilot Application

NS Name: New Finnish Republic
Pilot Name: Austin Bowman
Sex: Male
Age: 24
Place of Origin: Atlas, Athens Region
Faction: The Frontiersmen
Appearance (Pictured, if possible): With Helmet Without Helmet
Equipment: Lantac M8 Carbine, EMP grenades, Jump pack, and Takashi .45 Caliber Handgun
Personality: Light hearted, sarcastic, talkative, and easy-going
Skills: Impressive amount of speed and agility as well as split-second reflexes that allows Austin to quickly make his way around the battlefield
Weaknesses: Lacks great physical strength when compared to other pilots and lacks any skill with long-ranged weaponry
Bio: Raised in the crime-ridden heart of downtown Atlas, Austin learned very quickly what it took to stay alive in even the worst of situations. Forced to find ways to help bring money to his poverty-stricken family, he joined up with a local gang and committed a series of minor crimes including robbery and muggings. For a few years, this brought much needed money to him and his family, but this lifestyle was soon cut short as he was caught by police forces at the age of 17 after a failed hit and run job on a jewelry store.

It was here where Austin was given an ultimatum: Either he served as a member of the militia, or he would be carted off the prison where he'd spend the rest of his days. It didn't take long for him to make up his mind, and soon he was sent away for basic training at a nearby training facility. It was there where his talents of staying light on his feet seemed to pay off, as he excelled in most of the physical portions of the training, save for the push up tests and rope climbing events. Still, his talents did not go unnoticed, and soon after graduating he was offered a chance to become a Pilot. While at first he declined the offer, the promise of lucrative financial rewards for his service became too much for him to pass up.

After a grueling year of training, Austin officially earned the title of a Pilot within the militia in the year 2114 and was given his Knight, which he named as "Lucky". For the next two years, he often found himself stationed in remote towns and villages located far away from the major cities. The local wildlife was too much for the local inhabitants to fend off, so Austin and other Pilots would be sent in to eliminate the hostile creatures by any means necessary.

Thanks to his quick thinking and skills as a Pilot, Austin soon found himself climbing up the chains of command, eventually reaching the rank of squadron commander with a dozen other Pilots under his command. This squadron, nicknamed the "Warhawks" by the locals, prided themselves in fast response tactics as they often were forced to travel significant distances to reach distant towns and villages that were under attack. They became very adept at understanding how to take advantage of the local terrain, using it either as means of shortcuts to targets or to push corner wildlife into areas where they could be dealt with easier.

However, after the events of the Atlas Incident, Austin and the Warhawks were forced to make a decision. The UEC had ordered all militia members to aid their attempts at squashing so-called terrorist organizations on the colony, but it was clear for these Pilots exactly who the threat was. Thanks to a few connections he had from his time within the militia, Austin and his squadron were able to link up with the resistance group known as the Frontiersmen. Given their abilities in rapid offensives as well as knowledge of the terrain, the squadron soon found themselves being a special force unit within the organization.

Two years into the conflict, Austin and his Warhawks continue to battle UEC forces and anyone who dares to support them. He's experienced plenty of fighting in that time, both within his Knight and out of it. While his nonchalant attitude has continued over the conflict, he secretly is concerned about whether or not the Frontiersmen really are capable of taking down the UEC.

Faction Application

NS Name: New Finnish Republic
Faction Name: The Frontiersmen
Leader(s): Admiral John Latio and President Anna Halman
Headquarters Location: Atlas, Athens Region
Uniform (If applicable): Combat Uniforms
Size: Total fighting force of roughly 350,000 with an estimated 9,000 active Pilots
Role in conflict: Fighting against UEC and UEC-aligned forces in a bid for independence
Brief Overview of Faction: The Frontiersmen are made up mostly of former militia members who decided to fight against the UEC forces they see as hostile invaders. However, a good number of civilian volunteers have found their way within its ranks, and even a few UEC members that decided to support Eden's bid for independence. While they are severely lacking in terms of both manpower and resources compared to the UEC, they make up for it with their knowledge of the land as well as receiving intelligence support from regular civilians who favor their cause.

Nations *DO NOT REMOVE, TRACKING PURPOSES*

NS Name: New Finnish Republic
Faction Name: United Earth Council (UEC)
Leader(s): Admiral Lukas Salsberg and General Edward Filmore
Headquarters Location: Atlantia, Olympus Region
Uniform (If applicable): Standard Uniforms and Combat Uniforms
Size: 610,000 men and women distributed among the ground forces and space fleet, with roughly 17,000 active pilots
Role in conflict: Eliminating the Frontiersmen and any other organization that is actively rebelling against the UEC
Brief Overview of Faction: The UEC forces had been originally sent in as a strategy to quell the unrest on Eden, but after the events of the Atlas Incident, the UEC has now shifted its focuses to battling resistance forces such as the Frontiersmen. While their technology and sheer numbers completely outmatch the Frontiersmen, lack of reinforcements as well as having to rely on local support has caused significant issues for the task force. Their main objective is to capture the resistance leadership in an attempt to force a surrender from the group they see as terrorists, but have thus far been unsuccessful in their attempts.

THE ELDER SCROLLS: THE STORMCROWN INTERREGNUM

The gates of Oblivion opened, Dagon's demonic hordes pouring forth. Emperor Uriel Septim, the Seventh of this name, was slain underneath the vast network of sewers underneath the Septim Empire's seat of power, his sons similarly slain by agents of the hated Mythic Dawn in the streets of the Imperial City. By grace of the Divines, one heir was left, however, miraculously surviving the destruction of the city of Kvatch at the hands of the Daedric invaders. It was this last, missing heir, then, that would save all of Tamriel from certain destruction - at the Temple of the One, Saint Martin called upon Akatosh, pleading for the Dragon-God of time to save the world from its imminent destruction at the hand of Mehrunes Dagon. His calls were answered, and the Amulet of Kings was shattered, Akatosh himself manifesting in the form of a mighty, fiery dragon through Martin the martyr, banishing the Daedric Prince of Destruction from the face of Nirn, and renewing the ancient covenant forged so long ago with Saint Alessia the Slave-Queen.

Mehrunes the Razor, however, would perhaps have the last laugh. The Ruby Throne sat empty, with no heir left to rightfully claim their dominion over the Empire, and the provinces began taking advantage of the Empire's weakened state at the onset of the Fourth Era. In distant Summerset, a political fringe group known as the Thalmor gain more and more support among the populace, seeking to oust the Empire from their homeland. The An-Xileel of Black Marsh similarly lead their homeland out of the Empire, separating all ties with it, while simultaneously launching an assault on Morrowind, in chaos following the eruption of Red Mountain, managing to cripple the Great House Telvanni, before being pushed back by the crab-warriors of Redoran whom seize control of the province, ousting House Hlaalu from power, effectively establishing autonomy for the homeland of the Dunmer. In the western reaches, the Bretons of High Rock and Redguard of Hammerfell gathered their forces and joined arms once again, again sacking the city of Orsinium, leaving the Orcish people but refugees without a home to ever rturn to.

Cyrodiil's Heartland is similarly in chaos. High Chancellor Ocato, leader of the Elder Council, sought to keep the Empire together - but he has been slain by assassins unknown. The Elder Council, fractured by infighting, has now named a new Emperor, a Nibenese witch-warrior known as Thules I, and to some as Thules the Gibbering. He is well-liked enough by the Nibenese, for he is one of their own blood and land, and the Elder Council, for he is easily manipulated, but despised by the Colovians, with petty warlords seeking to claim the Ruby Throne for themselves, and likewise hated by many others, Thules the Gibbering being named a depraved, decadent and perverted mage. It is of no surprise, then, that while the Empire teeters on the brink of destruction, tales of warlords rising throughout Cyrodiil arrive, seeking to dispose of Thules the Gibbering, and to claim the Empire for themselves - and indeed, to reinstate Cyrodiil's absolute dominion over all of Tamriel once again...

It's looking good so far. You're able to play as a warlord, correct?

Certainly - although nothing too major. This is the time period in which the Imperial City was seized with only a thousand(!) men, after all!

My Rp, Depths of Space now has a character application for those who don't like making nations. It's currently pretty bare bones and will be tweaked in the days and weeks to come.
The Tagali Federation- An FT Nation made up of dozens of species.

Looks like there is a new version for this thread. Nice to see my name is still there, thanks for keeping me there.

What is Free Will Good For?

It is midday in hot, and humid San Francisco as the fog leaves, and the rains end for the day people go about Market street shopping. Robert Atkins is visiting, and seeking to make an impression to the members of the faithful later in the speakers that day. The overseers have blessed today he could feel it, but for now several members of planetary security were on guard duty. The man next to him was probably fifty years old, and a veteran of the Amero-Japanese war he had a way of telling. Councilor Robert spoke up "Tell me what is you see my boy?" the question causing a confused look to appear on Nelson's face.

The man spoke up "I see people going about their day on market street?" the answer clearly wasn't what Robert was looking for, but he smiled for now was a time for a lesson. "I see more than that, I see a world in which the basic needs of man are met, and children know nothing of hunger, fear, or the misery of a city besieged on all sides in a war". Robert took his hand, and guided Nelson "I see a world where cripples can live to old age instead of being lined up by doctors determining whether or not they will be worth feeding". Continuing with his hand "I see no piles of dead bodies or crews taking down the victims of lynch mobs from the town oak trees or the carnage of war nor do I see families pleading for mercy on both sides as soldiers line up entire areas for execution." The two walked a look before Robert turned to Nelson "my boy thanks to the gods the horrors of the old world are gone here, and elsewhere, but we must not grow content".

Taking out a piece of cloth from his pocket Nelson knew immediately he was referring to the colors rebellion. Disgruntled old men, and women from the old world trying to play war, and settle their old world obligations, and blood feuds at the cost of millions of lives. "These idiots have one thing in common along with everyone here right now in Market street...free will". This answer wasn't the one Nelson was expecting "free will?" to which Robert somberly replied "yes, free will which is the one thing I see here amongst everyone...the power to end worlds in the name of personal choice...its an abomination which comes not from the overseers, but from the Rift, and its masters". The two men continued walking as the sun pierced overhead thanks to the last of the cloud cover moving.

"Free will is an abberation in the grand order, and it allows humans the deception to commit heinous acts under the assumption they chose to. Did you know humanity is the only species in the universe to have a concept of committing rape?". This piqued Nelson's interest since he had heard that the other species in the mandate were horrified at learning some of the things human had done in their history, but rape was foreign to them. "It was introduced to our race collectively by the trauma the fallen goddess Tiamat imparted when she made the first Rav by killing one of the first human men in such a horrifying way his soul couldn't go to the afterlife, and was cursed to wander the earth. Every Rav created since is a reminder of this horrible legacy, and this is why we must destroy them, but because of free will doing so is practically impossible...so now as a result you have all these monsters running around".

Nelson responded "So what do you propose we do?" The answer was simple "We have to destroy free will as monsters are only symptoms of a much greater problem. A corruption within us that in an instant the overseers permitting of course could be taken care of. Imagine a world in the hands of the overseers directly...no choice to bring ruin to the paradise we have now...its only right for the children alive today". An alarm rang, and Nelsons protection duty was over, and as the two men parted they both knew this conversation wasn't really over.

THE ELDER SCROLLS: THE GIBBERING'S FOLLY

IC

"For when Men bound, to the Doom Drum's sound,
You'll learn what the Corpse-God wrought."

- The Folly of Man

OP: Yours truly
Co-ops: None (yet!)

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read this! As should be fairly obvious, this is a roleplay set within the Elder Scrolls universe - although in a time period that isn't featured in any of the games, which should hopefully make for a fun setting to explore! As plenty of you are probably aware, I'm a huge fan of the universe, so here we are!

This RP takes place during the period known as the Stormcrown Interregnum, a period wherein warlords vie for control of Cyrodiil, the Imperial City, and the Ruby Throne - and through that the title of Emperor. Set in the year 16 of the Fourth Era, similarly sixteen years after the events of Oblivion, and 184 years before those of Skyrim, it's a very chaotic time period, which should allow for plenty of adventure throughout the setting, although my intention is to focus it primarily on Cyrodiil (Oblivion deserves love, too!). This is a character-based roleplay, although there's certainly room for more powerful individuals around (within reason - please check with the OP and/or Co-OPs, first!).

In this post, below here, you'll find various links to resources that may be of use, as well as the roleplay's rules, and finally the application form you'll use to create your character. In the post below that, you'll find descriptions as to what is going on in every province of Tamriel in 4E16.

These are some websites and other assorted resources that may be of great use - put into a convenient and tidy list for your enjoyment!
  • The Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages has a host of articles that are all of great use - from pages that simply presents the lore of the games (with sources, so you know where certain information comes from!) with more accuracy than the wikia pages do, to detailed guides of in-game quests and the things that happen therein. There are also lists with, for example, all names of characters in the setting, sorted by race, the game they were featured in, and gender.
  • The Imperial Library contains every(!) single lorebook that can be found in-game, without any editing. There is also various other information available on the website, such as posts made by the writers and developers of the games further detailing certain elements of the lore that may serve as inspiration for you.
  • The Complete Map of Fourth Era Tamriel, made by Lady Nerevar. This is the map we'll be using as the 'canon' map for this roleplay. It's been made by combining the map that came with the TES Anthology bundle with the geography and maps of the Elder Scrolls Online and information taken from both lorebooks and the two novels that were released to make it match the map of Tamriel during the Fourth Era as best as possible! Keep in mind that there's one slight difference here - Hammerfell, Valenwood, and Elsweyr are all still a part of the Empire during this roleplay, as the Aldmeri Dominion hasn't risen yet during this time period.
  • A map of Tamriel. This one is simpler than the one above, and a bit smaller. Easy to use to get a quick and good overview of the general layout of the continent!
  • Tamriel Maps has interactive, in-game maps available, online.

Before we move onto the application form, first - the rules. These will be enforced by the OP and his designated Co-OPs (if there are any) as listed in this post, above. Breaking them may result in warnings or, following several infractions and/or a very severe infraction, a kick/ban from the roleplay and its thread(s) itself. Follow them!
  • Follow the website's rules. This is simple. They go for the entire website - which includes the thread(s) for this RP!
  • Please follow standard roleplay etiquette. Don't godmod, metagame, powergame, and so forth. Please familiarize yourself with these terms and make sure you're not doing any of them!
  • Don't plagiarize. It really shouldn't be said, but - write your own posts, don't take someone else's writing and change it up a little. It shouldn't have to be said, but alas.
  • When writing, do your best to use correct English grammar and spelling. Mistakes happen - many of us aren't native English speakers, after all, and even then! - but do your best to make them as few and as little as possible. It makes posts more enjoyable to read for everyone!
  • Your posts should preferably be at least two paragraphs long - as an example of how long a paragraph should be, you can take a look at the first three paragraphs of this post that act as an introduction to the RP!

Other than that, there are also a few rules you should keep in mind when creating your character(s):
  • Player characters shouldn't be related to any important canon characters - minor ones are accepted, but preferably even then it is a distant relation. The world of the Elder Scrolls is far larger in size than it is shown in the games, after all, so there's more than enough people around so that you don't have to be related to everyone in town. Neat!
  • This mostly ties into the 'no powergaming' rule, but to make it explicit - player characters shouldn't be a dragonborn. A key point during the RP's timeframe is that the Dragonborn Emperors are dead. With no dragons flying around to mark the end of times, there similarly is no need for one. This'll be extended towards 'shouting' - the only ones that know how to do this are the Greybeards. Similarly, no achieving CHIM or anything of the likes!
  • Player characters should only be of one of the ten races that are playable in-game, and their various subcultures or species (such as the different Khajiit breeds, or Colovians/Nibanese for Imperials). All of these have interesting, fleshed-out backgrounds, traits, and cultures, and should allow for more than enough variety in character creation over the races that can't be played that we know much less of in comparison.
  • Player characters generally shouldn't start out with 'overpowered' equipment.
  • Similarly, player characters shouldn't start out in positions that are 'too' important. An Imperial Legion captain is fine - there are many of these. A count or a jarl? Less so, as these are very fixed - for the former an exception could perhaps be made if it were High Rock (since the homeland of the Bretons is filled to the brim with nobility!)

And at last, there we are - the application form! Before creating your character, please give the post below this one a read, first, and keep the rules in mind. Enjoy!
