Bio: The second son of Arashi Shingen, the right hand man of the 2nd Raikage, Ujiyasu was a child of privilege and badly spoiled, growing up during a time of relative peace and prosperity for the Land of Lightning. He never expected to be put in a leadership role for his clan, rather letting his brother Yukimura take the position as heir.

Ujiyasu would fail his first attempt at the Chunin exam badly embarrassing his family, he would be cut off and made to fend for himself traveling around the Land of Lightning alone for a year only returning at the outbreak of a war between the Lands of Lightning and Mist.

The naval forces of the Land of Mist made a counterattack by the Land of Lightning impossible, and greatly disrupted the trade which made Kumogakure and the Arashi clan rich. Additionally raiding parties sent by Kirigakure wrecked havoc along the coast, especially the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. It was during this time that Ujiyusa reconciled with his family and became an official Chunin, forging a blade known as “Green Destiny” he and his brother Yukimura became twin lights in those dark times using the Flying Thunder God Technique to travel quickly between clashes with the Mist Ninja, enabling an effective defense for the first time.

In the waning days of the war, an army led by Ujiyusa and Yukimura clashed with all Seven Ninja Swordsmen and a massive army of the Mist. Heroes were made and lost in a battle which lasted 3 days, and in the end 4 of the swordsmen were dead, Green Destiny was broken and Yukimura was mortally wounded. The war ended the next week with a peace treaty being signed, but Ujiyusa’s father would die of a broken heart with the loss of his eldest son, Ujiyusa became the new head of the Clan.

The Arashi clan recovered under the now much wiser leadership of Ujiyusa, with Ukiyusa himself becoming a trusted friend and advisor to the aging Raikage. He would become one of the leading Jonin in the village, sent on difficult missions and to supervise the massive building and economic revitalization projects of the Raikage in the post-war era. A trusted party elder, administrator and diplomat, the consider martial talents of Ujiyusa have been used less and less meaning he is no longer in his prime. Countless battles have made him nearly crippled, he is forced to use chakra to boost his physical abilities during combat and during other times he must used a cane (Which is Chakra Infused.)

With the current Raikage near retirement Arashi Ujiyasu is expected to assume the position as the Fourth Raikage in the near future. He seeks to bring the Hidden Villages closer together in a time where war seems all the more likely.

Clan History: A clan of maser smiths, they forge the weapons and equipment for Kumogakure and their products can be found all over the world. Upon beginning ninja training all members of the clan are also required to learn to forge and in order to achieve the rank of Chunin must forge a weapon capable of channeling chakra.

They are not the oldest clan, or the one with the strongest members, but they are the richest and absolutely vital to the economy of Kumogakure. Their is always a member of the Kumogakure clan on the advisory council to the Raikage.

I honestly could create a jonin if it's needed and have them teacha team of three so as not to break the continuity for team Kurhoshi (team Aikawa?) would actually love to do that too.

I think it is. Neros I think is gone, as well as Atria and I do not know who is left honestly.

Maybe we could try a reboot? Restructure things to be less dependent on teams? I think part of the issue is locking everyone into a team for interaction and people were waiting for all of their teammates to post before they did or something.

But I think this is about dead, or on life support.
