I appreciate the thinking outside of the box, but I'm not going to be able to accept him as a child of Nyarlathotep. Lovecraftian creations are not cannon in this universe, and my parallel to them wouldn't operate in a way that could explain this bio.

In addition, the powers might need some clarification/ more explanation for me to determine whether or not Nathan would fit in with the rest of the power levels.

Elizabeth was born to a psychologist father and nurse mother in Richmond. Growing up she had a mostly normal childhood until the age of 16 when she was visiting her dad's work one day. Waiting for her father to get done with a meeting she slipped out of his office and wandered around a bit before finding the lab room. Inside she was faced with several chemicals and some machinery. Being a tad nosey she got closer and accidentally hit a switch that activated the experiment. In seconds the chemicals started to drain, being turned into gases although she didn't know that, and the room started to fill with a pink fog. Then came a wave of radiation emitted from the machinery she had seen. Elizabeth passed out.

Waking up a few hours later in a hospital bed her father, looking worried, explained to her what had happened. He had been working with a group called ARGUS on a chemical cocktail that would give a person powers over people's emotions. However, the cocktail Elizabeth had been exposed to was only part of the full one and gave her powers only relating to love and intimacy.

From that day she has been trained on her powers and has been honing them until finally receiving her invite to the academy.

-His antler growths are a bizarre biological cross between bone and fungal growth.

Drawbacks and Limitations: His antlers have to break skin to deliver the toxin. Growths are easily broken by metas with enhanced strength.

The first meta born into a poor family, Erwan turned to supervillainy after the initial awakening of his power in high school. A boy of scrawny physique and low social standing, he was less than popular and suffered the kind of social harassment that many do in those years of their life. One could argue that the bullying Erwan went through was minor- at least, it certainly didn’t warrant an antler-covered punch directed into the throat of [REDACTED], which lead to bleeding and death after [REDACTED] hours. Post-mortem examination by Argus staff gave the current knowledge of his biotoxin, as well as the nature of his antlers due to a piece having broken off.

Erwan fled the scene before the arrival of paramedics, and later reemerged as the supervillain Cerf Teuer (Translates to ‘Killer Deer’). He found a measure of success in low-level crimes, occasionally making his way into more prominent crimes by way of earning membership in various supervillain gangs. He shuffled around through various teams, finally being arrested in the [REDACTED] heist. He was imprisoned in Site 3, where he would later be one of the numerous villains controlled by Mastermind. In the ensuing fight, he was taken out of action by one of the students of the Novum Saeculum academy, and later surrendered during the mass depowerment.

Skills: Safecracking, Close combat, among others.
Flaws: He's kind of a loser. I mean, his name is literally 'killer deer'.

Powers:
-Selective telepathy. Eli can read the minds of other sentient beings within an absolutely massive radius, possibly around 6 million square miles at most (the equivalent to being able to see every mind within the borders of Russia). The downside is that the telepathy has a severe limitation. She can only read the primary, conscious thoughts of someone, and only if they are thinking of the same general topic that she is. Possible topics can be as broad as ‘porn’ or as narrowed as ‘nuclear launch codes for this specific bunker’. Eli becomes aware of the location of her targets as well.
-Brain Siphon. Once Eli selects a specific person in her topic of choice, she can begin to jack into their mind and steal their thoughts, memories, emotions, etc, but only those related to the topic she’s chosen. It is impossible to switch topics once the siphoning has begun. The ‘download’ of mental information takes longer the farther away the target is. One that is within touching range would be instant, but one that is at the very edge of her range could take a full day to complete.

Eli Francis was a rebellious sort from birth- but a soft-hearted one, unable to bring herself to seriously harm others. At least not physically. With emotional harm via stolen thoughts, she wreaked havoc in the hell known as high school. She’d been given away to an orphanage by her birth parents, likely being an accidental pregnancy that they didn’t choose to abort. So, without any kind of parental guidance in her life, and none choosing to adopt her, she stayed in the orphanage until she became a legal adult able to strike out on her own. Shoplifting was her first taste of crime, made easy with her metahuman powers.

Her first outing as a proper supervillain was with a local gang, wherein she met the minor french villain Cerf Teuer, beginning an odd partnership and friendship. The two of them stuck together as Cerf Teuer was shuffled through various villain gangs. Many swaps occured when others sought to make use of Eli’s powers. Cerf Teuer followed along, calling himself a ‘bodyguard’. Under the alias Synchro, Eli found great success serving as a safecracker and information gatherer for whatever teams she joined. In the [REDACTED] heist, she was arrested and imprisoned in Site 3 along with her comrade. She was controlled by Mastermind in the Greenland incident, but was taken out of action in the ensuing fight. Eli later surrendered during the mass depowerment.

Skills: Extortion, Photographic Memory, Anything else she's stolen from other's minds
Flaws: Makes daddy kink jokes in public. Also kind of a loser due to being hipster trash, and associating with Cerf Teuer.

Psychic Shield Nathan is highly resistant to psychic attacks

Slow Regeneration: Nathan is able to slowly regenerate from wounds or large cuts. Regrowing limbs and appendages would take time along with large wounds

Drawbacks and Limitations: Nathan can only keep his madness form for approximately 5 minutes before quickly transforming back and entering a delirious state. Along with that, being in his true form, he will experience all the pain he has received while in that state as well as not differentiating between friend or foe. Nathan is also blind and relies on echolocation to figure out the distance, so he is not suitable for stealth missions. People would know his presence because of his constant "tsk tsk" noise. Despite his average build, Nathan is not athletic at all and can run out of stamina easily. He has daily bouts of guilt where he does nothing for 30 minutes and just look off into space. Nathan can get sidetracked easily due to the numbing voice in his head and his constant battle to fight it off. Nathan can get picked off from a long range.

Nathan's madness manipulation also takes approximately 5 minutes to take effect

Personality: Nathan is an outgoing and friendly person, but don't let that fool you the things he says may not match his tone at all. He is also an optimistic pessimist, putting his standards low enough that it would be met within his expectations and if it passes his standards, he'd be pleasantly surprised.

Bio: Nathan was born to two loving parents. He was happy and content with his life. Originally, Nathan would have been a normal kid, but there was one problem. His two parents were in a cult. The cult warped the two parent's definition of love and continuously beat and degrade Nathan. Nathan didn't hold it against his parents at first since he believed that they were indoctrinated by the cult to do something that they probably would never do. However, a person can last so long before he finally breaks. It was during the normal routine of bashing Nathan when Nathan closed his eyes and felt a voice inside his head. "Just let go, Nathan...you've had enough of thissss" And so he did. The next minute, he was blind but could feel warm liquid around him. The police arrived and saw pieces of his dead parents and unfortunately had to tell Nathan the news. Nathan was permanently blind and his parents were dead. This news broke Nathan, but he still retained some parts of his sanity. It was then, that Nathan received his madness powers along with the voice in his head becoming louder to the point that Nathan could have a full-on conversation with it. Nathan's custody was transferred to his uncle, who wasn't a part of the cult but an owner of a library. The police never knew what killed Nathan's parents and neither did the cult. Nathan had a better time with his uncle than with his parents(obviously) as his uncle bonded with him more and tried to ease his guilt. His uncle would read out loud books to him and teach Nathan how to read braille. He tried to practice out his newfound powers against small-time criminals. Nathan wrote down these experiences of his powers in his journal. His uncle secretly read it and decided to enlist Nathan into the Academy so he could be with people similar to him.

Ghost edit: Darius has superhuman eyes to the nth degree, I have to put a limit on it, but he can essentially see further and in better detail (helps with long range shots). Noticing small things like slight changes in body language and complexion wouldn't be out of the ordinary for him, because at distances he's accustomed to shooting at these would equate to minute shifts in position or an adjustment of aim from his enemy.

I'll be able to post when I get home around 5:30. I'm at work and operating from my phone. This is gonna be interesting.

Hey. I'm back from my trip. What did I miss?

Honestly, not that much.

We hit a little slow spell, but after a small assembly with the entire class, a small group of students got in trouble, and they're about to start their first class.
