Biography:

Born in a wealthy family and three elder siblings, even from a young age she was brought up with good futures ahead. Alissa was the fourth and youngest child out of four siblings, her father was a rich American businessman, while her stepmother was a former B-class celebrity-turned-Instagram influencer. Not a bad thing, all things considered. But not all were good things for her. The living situation in the new house wasn't terribly well, since her eldest stepbrother hated her and sort of bullied her around. Her stepmother was uncaring as a whole, and her father was busy. It was at this time that she developed her shadow-based powers. She became really good at using it, though when she was 10 it was a basic set of powers.

At school, she was judged mixed. On one hand, she's beautiful and rich, but on the other hand, she was a bit arrogant and rather unfriendly. In time, she developed close circle of friends. But those friends turned out to piggybacking on her richness. Her paranoia and distrust grew higher by this point. It's like everyone is out for her. A change in a day when she accidentally tripped her eldest stepbrother through the use of her Shadow Marionette, where he fell and was hospitalized. At the same time, her father found out that her wife cheated on him. A messy divorce ensued, and her father took her to Bali. She got training in the use of firearms, while she has little interest in martial arts. It was at this time that she started using her powers for bad things. Robbery, store break-ins, small stuffs. She is still trying to finds her right place.

In time, as she grew up, went to high school, college, found fake friends again and again, it turned her more violent. Such days were ended violently when she accidentally killed a few of her friends through the control of a police officer. It was a shoplifting attempt gone wrong. A small-time crime turned big. She was arrested and made into headlines, even her father was disappointed at her. Kings Family came by and freed her, under the condition that she enrolled in their academy.

She accepted it, perhaps to also learns of her place.

Okay, I finished editing my original application, here is what I changed:

Primary Ability: Mental Projection/Illusion- Cordell can create projections of sounds, smells, people, and items in reality using the power of his mind. The projections can be of anything but have to have been seen, smelled, or heard before. Any attempts to physically interact with an object or figure created by the illusion phase right through it as though it were a ghost. The illusions can be controlled by Cordell, or, when using a smell or sound-based illusion, be left to go on its own after being set.

I also added one more thing to the "Other Abilities" section:

Multilingual- (natural skill not a superpower) a large interest in languages made Corell goes out his way to learn new ones. Currently, he speaks English, Latin (and by extent the Romance languages), and Arabic.

If it is still not accepted I have a few more ideas for villains that would be acceptable.

Lukas uses this to his advantage, conducting it though his sword to increase it’s cutting ability tenfold,increase the blades durability, allowing it to block massive hits without shattering. He can do the same with his armor, plus spirit can be used in projectile attacks such as his spirit orb attack, in which he throws a ball made of energy at his oppenent.
Other Abilities: Lukas can enhance and manipulate his armor and it’s abilities. He has four different go to forms
Aegis: This form has majorly increased physical defense. It’s completely resistant to most attacks, even shrugging off bomb blasts Witt ease. The armor also decreases speed to achieve this.
Excalibur: This form saturates his armor and sword with spirit, majorly increasing his attack capabilities, and allowing him to shoot energy projectiles from his sword. Because of how much spirit it takes to use this form, it exhausts him more than Aegis and Pegasus
Pegasus: This form decreases the bulk on his armor, as well as the friction in the joints of the armor, allowing him to move at higher speeds, increasing his movement and evasive capabilities.
Archangel: The Archangel form is essentially a combination of all the armor forms, enhancing the strong points of each armor, and negating the weaknesses. This form takes massive amounts of spirit, exhausting him more than any other armor form.

Personality: Lukas is a strong, silent man. He is incredibly patient, as has the discipline of a soldier. He’s not very social, nor does he try to be. Lukas is very driven and determined, and makes a point of being polite, and somewhat chivalrous around women. He can also be very protective of his comrades, willingly throwing himself into danger at their expense.

Biography: Born in Gorlitz, Germany, Lukas has a very normal childhood. He lived in Germany until the age of 9, when his family moved to an apartment in New York upon the death of his father. His father worked a job that had had his family on the move, going from place to place across Germany, until one day, when he left for a business trip and never returned. Before he left, Lukas’s father gave him the sword he wields in combat, the Schurkengeist, a special sword that could enhance the powers he knew his son had, even before his son did. He died on this business trip two weeks later.

Being unable to afford living in Germany without the father supporting them, and his mother having to care for 4 kids, they moved out and went to live near family in New York, where they could get back on their feet. Lukas soon discovered his power at age 11 when he got into a fist fight with another kid at school, his power triggered, and the subsequent punch left the kid in the hospital. Upon discovering he had powers, Lukas’s mother told him his fathers true occupation. His father had been an infamous villain in Germany known as The Blacksteel Crusader, and that his father had had the same powers that Lukas did now. The final “business trip” he went on was his fathers final attempt to protect his family from the Hero League, where he confronted one of the hero’s who was on the hunt for him, and died in the resulting fight.

Because he knew his son would have the same powers as him, Lukas’s father left him his power enhancing sword, and a spare set of his armor. Upon discovering his true lineage, Lukas felt as if he had to live up to and exceed his fathers reputation, a final challenge from father to son. From that point on Lukas put all the effort he could give into training to become more powerful and infamous than his father. He studied every form of melee combat he could possibly master, while also training his powers in order to become as strong as he could. By age 19, Lukas committed his first crime, an armed robbery, in order to make some money, because at the time his mother was strapped for cash. His heist succeeded, and he gave all the money to his mother, before running away with his armor and sword, taking up his fathers title. But he didn’t want to be remembered as his fathers shadow, a mere reflection of him. Instead, he repainted his armor, and took up the name “Rouge Crusader.” Upon receiving the offer to come join the Kings family, he accepted in a heartbeat, knowing this would be his first step to becoming the villain his father was, and more...
