"Oh....h-hallo. My name is Fritze Ackermann, at your service." Ackermann stuttered as Ammy discovered xer. Shoot, what should xe do now? Ackermann didn't want to seem like a creepy stalker. Xe was just curious, and there was nothing wrong with that, right?

"Amaterasu? Zhat-zhat's a beautiful name....Japanese, right? I've never been to Japan, but Herr has told me about it." Ackermann cracked a smile at Ammy, and taking her hand, politely planted a small kiss on it. "Anyvays, it's very nice to meet you, Amaterasu."

Ammy nodded.
"it is nice to meet you as well.....Fritze...?"
She said the name slowly, as if she wan't exactly sure on how to pronounce it.
Ammy also had a noticeable accent.
"Thank you."
Ammy titled her head to the left a bit and gave the woman a confused expression.
"Japanese? I come from a land called Nippon....unless....That is what Nippon is called in the future?"
The Sun Goddess looked a bit surprised when the woman kissed her hand but hidden her shock well.
"...Yes....Do you know where we are?"

The Third Wizarding War

Rick Tanner saw the various readings from the screens before him and the other operators on Janus Command. Each arcane symbol and strings of complicated numbers and formula whose meaning would be elusive to the common man are all understandable to him and the other operators, a feat all are proud of for not too long ago all of them would have had equal trouble on understanding them like most people.

Before being an operator for the Janus Gate Program he was once a flight operator for the US Air Force. His eventual tenure to being in his current occupation began when during what was suppose to be a routine flight test the flight tower radar and the pilots detected an unidentified flying object in the area. The crew in the tower and the pilots try to find the object but all attempts failed and eventually as mysteriously as it appeared the UFO disappeared. Rick denied the incident ever happening and a few others did but others told the staff what occurred.

He thought that after that small glitch in the matrix his life would return to normal but the universe seems to conspire against him. Not two days after the incident he was visited by men dressed in black suits wearing black fedora hats and wearing sunglasses asking him about the incident. Rick heard the stories about the Men in Black but he always thought that there were nothing more but a myth; just like how use to think UFO and aliens visiting Earth was all nonsense believed by gullible idiots. Needless to say he repeated his side of the story to them and them seem to be glad to have heard what he told them as they left him alone... for about two week.

After those two weeks of peace Rick would get phone calls on odd hours on both day and night, every time he picked up the phone to answer who it was he got no response from the caller. He would also see a few vehicles following him and even people. While these incidents unnerved him greatly what made him begin to fear for his life was when he found bugs planted in his home. He checked on every corner on his home as to figure out how someone broke into his home but he never figured out how they manage to get into his home.

Not even installing a surveillance system in his home helped as he would more bugs in his home and the cameras either breaking or losing power at inconvenient times, or they never catch anything at all. They did however catch the same vehicles and people that were following him going bepy his home during the day. One night when he was cleaning his gun he found that not only were the bullets missing but a few parts of the guns were gone as well, leaving him defenseless should someone break into his house. While Rick was glad that his father old hunting rifle was spared from the sabotage, it being stuffed in an old chest down in the basement, Rick truly felt that his life was endangered.

He tried to appear normal in his job but he had a feeling everyone knew that something was wrong, his mood on work only grew worse when he saw that the other members of the flight tower operators during that incident looked just as bad as him, letting him know he wasn't alone in this. The final assignment Rick had was also the second UFO encounter. Just like before a routine flight course was interrupted by the arrival of a UFO and like before the squadron of fighters wanted to intercept the craft and catch a look of it. Everything was becoming a repeat of the first incident when suddenly the craft just appeared next to the fighter craft and before anyone knew it both it and the squadron vanished. The Air Force launch an investigation over the incident but Rick knew they won't find the pilots. After he gave his testimony over the incident, this time telling the truth about it, he retired from the Air Force and fled from his old life.

Rick had a feeling that if he didn't run away he would have been killed. For two years he spent as a drifter, moving from town to town doing odd jobs to survive. He was eventually found by AEGIS and after a brief but tense standoff between him and his recruiter (at the time he thought they worked for the Men in Black) he eventually joined when the woman told him that they would offer him both answers on what happened on those two incidents and protection from the men in black. Rick never did got the answers he wanted but right now he was just glad that the only men in black he sees are the ones he works with, an irony that he is fully aware of.

Looking through the one way window he saw a circular room made of dull gray metal with large black sliding metal doors on the wall and rows of LED lights from above casting lights in the room. Standing on a stepped platform with a raised catwalk leading up towards it was a metal ring shape object with glowing runes on it, at the center was what appeared the void of outer space with white sparks coming off the tear in reality. Rick never claim to understand how the Janus gates work and honestly from what he saw with some of the other devices he has no intention on ever doing so in the future. From what he heard the gate was both an attempt to make a mechanical replica of a magic ritual and revere engineer another gate system, sometimes he had to pitch himself just to make sure his current life was indeed real and not the byproduct of some fever dream.

"Epsilon 10-04, this is Janus Command. We got reports from the Graydust infiltration and surveillance units that there are anomalous activities spotted in Wales in that reality. Permission to move the gate to that region to deploy a new taskforce to deal with the situation there over?" Rick asked in the same professional manner back in his flight operator days. Tanner was now use to the idea of magic being real, something it took the former atheist time to get use to along with many other things associated with AEGIS. Still the idea of bringing back dead animals and installing cybernetics into them and then using magic to hide their undead nature just so they can be used as spies was just weird. Sometimes he wonder if everyone in the research staff are all mad scientists all planning world domination on their free time.

The man chuckled at his joke as he awaited from a reply from the camp, yet none came. "Epsilon 10-04, this is Janus Command. We got reports from the Graydust infiltration and surveillance units that there are anomalous activities spotted in Wales in that reality. Permission to move the gate to that region to deploy a new taskforce to deal with the situation there over?" Rick said again as the other operators also began to check to see if something was wrong with the gate. With no one reply again Rick said. "Epsilon 10-04, this is Janus Command. If you can hear us please respond." Rick said once more. While he kept calm inside he was starting to worry that something happened to the camp. The other operators all found that readings on the gates were normal, the issue was coming from the camp itself.

From behind the operators the general in charge of the Janus Gate Program looked at the gate, maintaining a stoic presence in a room of repressed panic. Hammond had been in charge of the Janus program since its inception and he had seen many times when tragic incidents occurred during the program's years, incidents that jeopardizes the future of the program. Yet he weathered through the controversies because of the great discoveries the program made that benefited AEGIS greatly. He was convinced that both AEGIS'S and humanity's continual future rests on the Janus Program staying active.

Just as operator Tanner was going to try to reach the camp again they saw the eye of the gate ripple as five robbed individuals exited from the rift. Three were male and two were female. The individuals looked around the area with shock, yet that shock ended when they spotted the twin barrel anti personal gun rotating to face them and smaller doors allowing in teams of site security to enter the room.

Hammond saw the soldiers order the robbed individuals to freeze and to put down any weapons they have to which the individuals took out what look like wands out and pointed them at the soldiers, shouting out similar orders. "Turn the intercoms on." Hammond asked as he grabbed a microphone. Once the operators told him they were on he spoke. "This is general Hammond of the Janus Gate Program, you all are in a secure site that is the property of AEGIS. Lay down your arms now and place your hands calmly up on the air. There is no reason for this to escalate any further." The man said in a calm but stern manner. Showing them that he wish to resolve the situation with diplomacy.

The Aurors looked all over to find the source of the voice but they soon found the speakers. "We care little for who you are. We demand all of you to surrender now and to turn over all of your machines. This facility is now property of the Ministry of Magic. All of you will be taken in for questioning." The auror in charge of the group said. Hammond frown at the words. It would appear this group belonged to an authoritarian government and they just found the camp, no doubt they have captured everyone on the campsite and confiscated their equipment for study. Hammond turn off the mic to tell the operators to send a message to the Overseers on the situation as Hammond turn the mic back on.

"I'm afraid we will have to decline that demand sir..." the Auror introduce himself as Author Blackwood. "Blackwood. What happened to the people at the other side of the gate?" The auror was annoyed by the refusal to surrender but he still spoke. "We arrested them for trespassing on Ministry property and for murdering both students and staff of Hogwarts." The news of everyone being arrested was shocking but hearing them murdering students and staff of a school was even more. "What the hell is going on over there Anderson?" Hammond thought, refusing to believe that his old friend would just order a senseless massacre like that.

Anderson looked at the older Auror. "It can be killed by the body is enchanted to repair itself from every damage, forcing 836 to fix it's own prison. Yet we are hesitant to do that because we aren't sure what would happen if we did destroy the body. We theorize that if free it might die and dissolve because our reality would be hostile but another theory proposal is that it might survive our reality and that the prison might be suppressing some abilities we are unaware of. So far we can't determine which one is the right one do we just keep it contain to be safe." Anderson explained.

"We need to damage it to the point it can't move, then we inject the suppression drug and seal it in a containment cube we designed specifically for 836." He said as he went over and grabbed the files, going through them as he took out the papers on how to capture 836 should it escape. As he let the Auror read the reports Anderson saw the young wizard enter and tell him that a group of Aurors enter the gate. Anderson was furious to hear that a group went through the gate and while he was surprised to see that Harvebouch agreed with him that old general still chewed out the young auror. "Do you have any idea what you just done boy. You sent those men to their death!" He shouted, letting them just how severe this screw up was.

While Miranda was being healed she was regaining consciousness she was still not fully alert to her surroundings as the blow from the blow given to her by War still affected her senses and mind. But soon she regain her senses and saw that she was somewhat healed, she was going to have to live with the scars inflected by the creature but anything is better than the pain she went through.

The soldier still felt some lingering pain from her aching skin but slowly got up to see Madi set the creature on fire. "You're a witch? Shit this is the worst place for that thing to pick as it's territory." Miranda said. The creature backed away as it was lit on fire, hissing at Madi. The sludge coming from it's body being used to smother the flames as it send out tendrils towards Madi.

When the creature was trying to overpower war with its sludge, war wanted to go into his chaos mode, but not only did he not know if it would be enough to turn the tides of this battle again, his only lead to ask what the creature is was out cold and injured. Until some other people came and healed her. With nothing but not knowing what would happen to stop him, he transformed. Flames of hellfire could be seen coming up from the stone of Hogwarts castle, and it began swirling around him for a moment before going into him. His body began to glow a firey red, as well as grow. When he was done growing he was twice as big as what he already was, now an impressive 12 feet tall. On top of that his head was more draconic, along with demon wings and a dragon tail. Just then his body lit on fire with the hellfire in his body, some of which traveled to chaos eater, setting that on fire, and sizing it up. Done with his transformation, he was not only twice as powerful, but also much more durable. However knowing his time limit in this form until the deals were broken, he rushed the creature and proceeded to bisect it while lighting all of the sludge on fire with hellfire.

The Wizarding War
Madi
Hogwarts; The Great Hall

Madi took a step back and titled her head back a bit to gawk at the flaming scale covered massive thing as it swung it's massive flame covered sword at the creature, cutting into its body and causing it to become engulfed in flames.
"....Uh......That's a bit overkill?"
The black creature caught on fire and started screaming as it tried to put the fire out, rolling on the ground at one point, scuttling around the room at others.
The beast roared and then proceeded to attack the black creature again, but then the dragon appeared to be thrown off after delivering a fatal wound to the creature.
It began to laugh and rise into the air a bit, sludge tendrils breaking out of its body and pulling it up.
The creature appeared to be happy about something, Madi couldn't exactly tell what was going on inside the creature's head but she swore she could sense....Glee?
The flames were gone but now there was a interesting smell in the air - burning metal, plastic, wood, some chemicals, and flesh from the creature along with the sludge.
Before anyone could do anything, the creature then collapsed, the tendrils breaking as it hit the floor, as if it had been a puppet and the strings had been cut.
At that moment, some of the muggle soldiers showed up and were obviously confused.

Earth 99
Istanbul, Turkey
1972
"Stop that UN agent!"

Brent Adler let out a swear as the overweight man in the suit pointed at him. Adler had been sent to Turkey to stop the latest plans of the subversive organization Pantheon. From what he gathered, Apollo, a leader of Pantheon who was named after the God from Greek myth, had sent the fat man to Istanbul to steal a piece of priceless artwork, something that Apollo always lusted over. He had just been ready to confront the agent and his lackey's at the now closed museum when he accidently dropped a coin, giving away his position. As the fat man's henchmen pulled out their guns and started to open fire, Brent dove for cover behind a door that was left open and started to fire at the blue and purple clad henchmen. He had only been able to fire out five shots before he heard a click from his gun, the damn thing had run out of bullets. Suddenly, he heard the sounds of heavy footsteps rushing towards him. Adler looked up and saw a very tall, Caucasian man with a goatee, bushy blond hair, and a scar across his eye who was wearing a blue and purple sweater and blue pants rushing towards him. Before Brent could get to his feet, the tall man tackled Brent and dragged out of the room he was taking cover in and dragged him out into the main gallery.

The henchmen laughed as Adler was dragged towards the main gallery, with Adler struggling against the tall man's grasp all the way. The fat man had a huge grin plastered on his face as he said to the henchmen," Alright boys, beat the shit out of him. I will go get the painting." The henchmen let out another cackle as the fat man walked away from the area. Suddenly, the sound of a loud punch filled the air the big goon let out a yell of pain and fell down to the ground, clutching his groin. Adler suddenly sprung up to his feet, his fists raised as he said to the rest of the standing men," Alright, who wants to go next." However, before any big brawl could begin, a loud humming sound filled the gallery, causing everyone in the area to cover their ears in pain, including Adler. Suddenly, a bright flash of light filled Adler's vision and the last thing he remembered feeling before blacking out was cold, hard concrete.

L-Fel Arc
Iowa

Brent Adler woke up with a throbbing head-ache. As he recollected his senses, the first thing he noticed was that he wasn't in a Istanbul museum anymore. Instead, he was in some alleyway somewhere. As Adler got up from the cold, hard concrete, he heard the sounds of men groaning. Turning towards the source, he saw the six Pantheon minions he was about to fight, including the one whom he punched in the groin, lying on the ground. Brent then thought to himself," What the heck just happened? One minute I was in a museum, the next I am in some god-forsaken alleyway with these jokers here. It couldn't have been a fluke by one of Pantheon's gods, in fact, now that I think about it, none of them have teleportation abilities." As Brent thought out his situation, he failed to notice one of the Pantheon henchmen, a medium sized African-American man wearing sunglasses, getting up from the ground, grabbing a lead pipe from the process. Suddenly, the man let out a yell and charged towards Adler, who immediately responded by turning around and throwing a punch. The punch struck the man dead center in the face, causing him to fall onto the ground unconscious, nose bleeding. Unfortunately, the henchman's battle cry woke up the rest of the henchmen, who immediately started to get up, some gripping their heads. Adler immediately went into a martial arts position and said while beckoning the men to come forward," Alright, whose up first?" The henchmen charged at Adler all at once, yelling out swears and threats. Adler immediately started throwing punches and kicks, hitting the henchmen several times but not downing them. Suddenly, the tall, muscular man whom Adler had sacked earlier joined the fight, having regained his sense just now. The man immediately punched Adler in the gut, which caused Adler to have the wind knocked out of him. As Adler tried to catch his breath, the tall man hit him in the face, knocking Adler to the ground. The henchmen then proceeded to surround Adler and started to rain down blows on him, with Adler screaming in pain in the process.

The Third Wizarding War
Hogwarts

Carlos and his team arrived to see the smoldering remains of Entity-836 and saw the beast that was War, all of them pointing their guns at him. "Don't shoot! That thing stopped that monster to save those two and me." Miranda said as she got between them and War. Carlos looked over Miranda. "I take it you ran into our old friend." The woman nodded. "Yes sir, I would have been dead if the man who is currently a giant flaming monster didn't show up to save my ass. The girl healed me with her magic." The agent explained.

The Hispanic agent looked to the three odd balls, still having a hard time believing the giant flame monster saved her. "Thank you for saving one of my agents." He told them, sounding genuinely grateful to them. As the agents began to question who the group was Amarah looked at the puppet as smoke exudes from it's cracks, holes, and orifices. The woman was muttering in Chinese as she clenched her hands together to try and control the shaking. "What is wrong Amarah?" Dmitri asked, not like seeing their esper reaction as he can tell something terrible is about to happen. "That thing isn't dead." She said, fear tinged in her voice.

The group would hear a loud rattling and looking at the source they would see the puppet shaking violently as more smoke began to exit from every opening from the puppet. "What the fuck is happening!" Dmitri shouted as he and several agents aim their guns at the puppet. "Something is trying to get out of that puppet. Whatever was keeping it trap it is now free." The esper told the group. The puppet would keep on bellowing out more smoke as the shaking began to make its body move slightly towards them.

Throughout the castle those infected by the sludge were also shaking violently as smoke began to pour out of their bodies, the dead falling back lifelessly on the ground while the living also fell on to the ground but passed out. The smoke began to fly towards the puppet and enter its body. Suddenly the puppet stood upright, twisting its legs and breaking it to have it be the right shape to stand on its own feet. Yet despite the damages it inflicted on itself for that change the puppet was still standing, as though some force was preventing it from falling. It's arms were stretched out as though it was crucified as the lopsided head moved and straighten itself out, looking down at the party. More cracks began to emerge from the puppets as pieces of it began to break off, making more smoke to escape from the puppet.

Just as more cracks emerge on it's body the puppet would shatter as a large plume of smoke flew out of it and engulfed everyone in the great hall. The smoke traveled throughout the halls of Hogwarts, sparing not a single room in the castle. Every window and door open was its ticket to escape and any that were closed were shattered into a million pieces. The smoke rose to the air and began to blacken the skies on the grounds of Hogwarts. As the grounds grew colder and a sense of ominous dread began to invade everyone's thoughts black snow or ashes began to gently fall down to the Earth.

Once the smoke was gone from Hogwarts everyone can see what has happened outside, but for those in the Great Hall their attention was on something else. Where the puppet once known as Entity-638 stood something else has took its place. The creature's very skin seems to absorb the light around it as though it was a void. It stood on a set of triple tendril legs. It's long arms reaches towards the floor, it's elongated hands resting the stone floor as it flexed it's skeletal fingers. The torso was also incredibly thin to the point that it's ribs were visible. It's head was surrounded by a mass of wiggling and thrashing tentacles with spikes barbs. When it's face looked at the group they found only a gaping hole were a face should be. On its back shoulders and back more tentacles were connected that lay on the floor, all of them having mouths resembling those of lampreys with unblinking, lifeless, eyes staring at the group.

The creature was surprisingly taller than War but thankfully not so much as to cause internal damage to the school. As the creature turn it's head up to the ceiling it began to emit a terrible scream that everyone on the grounds heard, all hearing it in their heads. Most experience pain from the scream, some even bleeding from their nose and ears. Others began to go into seizures or mad laughing fits as the scream damaged their psyche. The creature would stop screaming and slowly turn down to look at the group.

"Disgusting." A voice in their heads would say. "Revolting. Absolutely putrid." With no other sources to explain the voice the only conclusion was that it was coming from the creature. "Your minds and souls are as wretched as your physical forms." the creature said the group. All of them feeling the revulsion and spite coming off the eldritch being. The group felt a deep chill form in their body as black snowy ash floated in the air.

"Was das Fick?"
Ackerman cocked xer ears, as xe picked up a scuffling noise nearby.

"I'm sorry, Frauleinne, just a minute." Ackerman turned and ran towards the noise. When xe got there, xe saw a couple of men beating up one guy on the ground. Xe didn't know the context, but xe did know this fight was unfair. Ackermann decided to help the man on the ground, and xe walked up to the men, socking one in the back of the head. Ackermann then proceeded to grab another and punch him in the solar plexus.

"Mm. Revolutionary, are we? Well, I can't really say I have much experience in the matter. I'll defer my judgement to you, High Revolutionary Aestus."

Cassandra couldn't really say much about Aestus. He was friendly enough, always seen beside those animals which the voices in his head insisted were cute (although he could hardly consider them appealing by any stretch of the word). The sea god was an enigma, with some long and violent past which had now pulled him into the rather underwhelming conflict of an international scientific group against the authorities. If he had truly raised a revolution against some sovereign body, was he still prone to doing so? She hoped so. Oh good glory, she hoped Aestus would be good fun. She finished washing the dishes and turned her fingertips back to normal, admiring her handiwork.

"Alright then. I'm all ready to go."

The Third Wizarding War | Avenoir and Mnemosyne

Polly was glad that Miria seemed to be recovering. The girl was unfamiliar with technology and obviously uncomfortable around humans, so seeing her acting so brave was a refreshing sight. It was a damn league better than watching Marcus go batshit insane and getting himself captured. She followed the general into his tent, accompanying her companion, waiting to be briefed. Although, the commotion coming from the portal and from the aurors seemed to indicate that something bad was either about to happen, or had already. Either way, she didn't like her odds.

Meanwhile Marcus witnessed the blazing juggernaut that was War, tearing apart the sludge monster accosting him. Thick plumes of ozzing steam rose into the air as he cleaved it into pieces, spreading ash and putrid blobs of fluid around the room. He watched as it fell, and as Madi tried to burn it to cinders. And, it seemed, it worked. The thing collapsed into a pile of molten jelly, speckled with embers and patches of blackened steam. He was thankful, at least, that he would not have to fight the thing. It was all so sudden. All so rapid.

"Uhh, Madi... if that thing's dead, do you mind explaining what's going on now?"

But it was not over. Oh no, not by any means. The thing began to smoke, releasing thick plumes from its hivelike body. His vision darkened, and he saw the strings above it. He could cut them. He could cut the marionette free of its puppeteer, or he could seal the hive with wax. Drown the swirling swarm inside in their own honey and nectar. He saw Mnemosyne, lying in a puddle of her own blood. Raising a knife above her body. Smiling at him and giving a dead, glossy gaze.

"Kill it, Marcus. Kill it and I'll give you what you want."

His fingers rose of their own accord, crackling and snapping as the joints fused into long, black wires. Streams of glue and cable shot from his hands, turning into thick ropes dragging along the floor, gathering in piles around him. The monster reared up, exploding in a blast of smoke and haze. But he hardly noticed. He could see the strings. He could cut the puppet free. And without an animator, what is a puppet but a body? He saw the creature in all its undulating glory, its fundamental connection to the themes of restraint and freedom. And he saw a means to an end. He saw a way to kill it, either by freeing it or ensnaring it.

"Heh, heh... Haha... Hahahaha, ohh, hahhhahh. Disgusting? I guess you could say that..."

He took a step forward, a crown of nightmares around his head. Something deep within him, a demented memory stirred. A memory of what he once was, imposing itself over what was real. He blinked and he saw scrawls over the walls, endless names and names and words. Mnemosyne, Avenoir, Mnemosyne, Avenoir, over and over on the floor. Shadows on the walls, eyes staring from the dark. His memories were real. His memories were the present. Did anyone else see what he saw? The distinction was unclear. Which one was real? The monster, Madi and the soldiers, or the fields of wires and rust before him?

"But you're beautiful, you know that? A puppet. Strings on your arms, on your face and in your eyes. Let me sew them shut for you, my love. Let me seal you away."

He lifted his hands and projected a beam of rope as wide as his head, spreading out like buckshot and wrapping around the monster. He pulled it toward himself, his body impossibly dense. Marcus embraced restraint, and learnt control.

"I'll trap you. Then I'll weave your arms and legs together. Then I'll put needles through your eyelids and sow your mouth shut. Won't you be a darling and let me own you?"

The Forbidden Act

Moira & Percy - Misty Peaks

What was her game?

Moira looked at Avarice as she stalked off to be alone, digesting everything that she had heard. Avarice sounded genuine in her words, yet Moira had seen what she was capable of, and this strange man seemed to do nothing but reassure her fears. Her sensibilities suggested that maybe she should hear Avarice out, and that maybe, just maybe she was telling the truth. However her more primal, her more human half suggested that Avarice was a freak of nature, and that Moira should be utterly terrified of her.

That half of her was winning.

Percy timidly looked up at his hunting partner, and said nothing to her for a good while. All she could do in the mean time was stare back at him, until finally she spoke up. "What do you think, Percy?" Percy looked perplexed for a moment. "What do I think about what, nya?" He inquired. Moira paused, looking at the ground for a second before answering. "Am... am I being too harsh on her?" Percy thought the question over for a moment, and then he walked closer to Moira, until he was directly under her sight. "I think you've got every right to be suspicious of her. I certainly don't like the idea of her walking around unchecked, nya." He replied.

Moira didn't respond for a few moments, as if she were thinking over just what to say. Finally she spoke: "I... I know... But then why do I feel so... conflicted? She seems to be so genuine in what she says..." Then it was Percy's turn to think things over a bit, and then he too spoke: "Well you're nyot wrong, but don't psychopaths learn to mimic genuine emotion? It's entirely possible that she's faking like Valerian said, nya." Moira nodded, but said nothing. "And besides, you heard what he said: she's devoured thousands of universes! She's a bigger meownster than the Deviljho!" Percy continued.

Moira knew that Percy had a point, and that Avarice was certainly a monstrosity that couldn't be allowed to stay unchecked, yet she still could not shake her uncertainty. "You're right Percy... She is a monster." Moira said, looking to where Avarice walked off. "She's caused unimaginable death and destruction... She's a horrifying mockery of life... Part of me wonders if she even has a soul?" Moira paused for a moment, not sure what to say for a while before finally speaking:
"But then... why does she seem genuinely guilty?"

Gesh, Rex, & Nali - Misty Peaks

Nali seemed to be genuinely embarrassed by her mistake. "O-oh. Sorry, I didn't realize. I-I mean I wasn't quite sure how to say that word, because I mean I'm not from your world, and I'm not well versed in your history, and if that offended you I didn't mean to, and I-" "Easy now kid, you're good." Gesh said, placing a hand on Nali's shoulder. She turned beet red and stammered out an apology. Gesh then spoke to Doug. "Well, I don't really see myself as a diplomat, so I think I'll leave the uh... extrauniversal negotiations to the Guild." He said, quietly muttering "Did I really just say that?" afterward.

After Doug returned with his odd vehicle, the three hunters were silently processing what they had just witnessed. After the man asked what had happened, Rex gave him a quick explanation on what had went down to the best of his knowledge. Gesh meanwhile was eyeing Doug's vehicle, marveling over it's design. "I know a few Guild scientists that'd love to get their hands on this thing. It looks quite a bit more advanced than what we've got." He remarked.

Moira and Percy then joined back up with the group, prompting Rex to approach them both. "Hey... I didn't get the chance to welcome you two back, so..." He said, then he pulled Moira (who was a good seven inches shorter than him) into a hug. She gladly returned it, which prompted Percy to leap up onto the two of them and join the embrace as best he could. "Welcome back. And please don't disappear again, okay?" Rex said, making Moira grin. "Yeah, I'll make a habit to not do that." She said. "Nya, me too!" Percy stated, hopping back down as Rex released Moira from the embrace.

At this point, the woman leading the agents approached the group, explaining that she's have her people watch over both Avarice and Valerian. She then addressed Moira directly, once again causing the huntress to be silent for a few moments. "I... I didn't know if I could trust her to stay cordial... I still don't... She's just so unlike anything I've ever known..." She explained, her voice filled with an uncertain tone. "I hunt dangerous creatures for a living, but what am I supposed to do about a concept? I thought that maybe he would know what to do about her, but I didn't think he'd get so violent!"

Moira sighed, her thoughts filled with many conflicting feelings. Gesh wrapped an arm around her shoulders, and pulled her closer to him. "Hey now, I'm sure you meant well, Fable. I certainly don't know what to think of her now that I know more about her, even if she did try to help us." The old hunter said. Moira didn't reply, and simply continued to dwell on her own thoughts.

Rex then spoke. "Anyway, if there's nothing else, I think we should head back to Bherna. The Wycademy, and well, probably the Guild as a whole, are probably going to want to speak with you, Moira, as well as your... Interesting acquaintances." He said, making Gesh nod. "Eeyup. We should probably get on the move. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm aching in every part of my body, and I'd like a bath, a meal and a good 12 hours of sleep." The hunter stated, earning an enthusiastic nod from Percy.

"Yes purrlease! My coat is filthy, nya." He exclaimed. Moira snapped out of her thoughts and gave a small smile. "Yeah, I feel pretty grimy, and I slept in a chair last night. I think soaking in a warm bath and sleeping in my own bed will do me a world of good right now." She said, making Gesh nod. "And you'll get that, Fable. Mark my words. I'll be sure to keep the Wycademy boys from asking too many questions." He told her, making her smile grow. "Thank you, Gesh. I really appreciate that." Moira replied, making Gesh smile as well.

Then the old hunter told Rex to light a signal flare, and then he turned to the rather sizable group. "Alright folks, listen up! We're calling in an airship to get us out of here and back to our base of operations: a village called Bherna. Unless you've got some way of returning to your own worlds, you're welcome to accompany us so that we can figure out a way of getting you back to where you belong. I will warn you though: the Hunter's Guild is probably going to want to interview you, what with you being extrauniversal visitors and all, but they won't force you to do anything." He said to them.

Suddenly there was a flash of light and the a sizzling noise as a flare fired up from a small launcher that Rex placed on the ground. The flare traveled up into the air a few dozen feet until it was high above the treeline, and then with a pop and a flash it burst into red smoke. After a few minutes, a shape appeared in the sky not far from where the group were, and a few minutes later it became more visible.

The shape was revealed to be a large airship which was flanked by two smaller ones. The ship was had a pale blue colored balloon with an insignia embroidered into it hanging over a boat-like hull. Two large spike-like drills were embedded into it's wooden frame, and two large telescopes were affixed on the prow. It was a sight for sore eyes for the hunters, but Moira looked at it curiously. "That's not a typical airship. Any idea what's up with that?" She inquired, causing Nali to grin.

"Isn't she cool?! That's the Wycademy's very own airship! They call her: The Soaratorium!" The young huntress explained with a wide grin on her face. Rex nodded and explained further. "The Soaratorium is used by the Wycademy to observe monsters from a distance, to track their movements and behavior. Things like that. Additionally, she was built to keep an eye on a newly discovered Elder Dragon called Valstrax." "Oh, I see. She's certainly a pretty airship." Moira said, causing Gesh to chuckle and grin.

"That she is, Fable. That she is. And she'll no doubt be wanting to load up the carcass of our quarry, so we're not going to be leaving immediately." He said as the Soaratorium drew closer to the group. Now that she was closer, the group could see that she was a rather sizable craft: measuring around 215 feet from stem to stern, and the balloon as even larger. The other vessels that accompanied her were slightly smaller at around 150 feet, but they were still rather large. The two smaller ships were moving closer to where the Deviljho's carcass was located, while the Soaratorium approached the group.

Several rope ladders were thrown down from the deck above, and crew members could be seen peaking over the sides of the craft curiously. Gesh waved to them, and they waved back, albeit whilst eyeing the strangers curiously. "Well, let's get going. We've got a lot to explain... Whoo-boy..." Gesh said to his hunter companions, and then they began the climb up the rope ladders to the airship.

The deck of the Soaratorium was bustling with activity as crew members were busy performing various tasks. Several still were looking over the side of the vessel and down on the strange group below them. Moira looked around the deck with curiosity and excitement, taking in her surroundings. Not 2 seconds after they arrived, a very young wyverian man dressed in a researchers outfit approached the 4 hunters, a look of confusion on his face.

"Hunters, I see you've dealt with the Deviljho. Excellent job! But... I see you've also come across... an interesting party? Can you please explain what is-" The man then seemed to process that Moira and Percy were standing in front of him, and his face changed from confusion to shock. "O-oh! Ms Ventrix! You're... you're alive! I... I must say I'm relieved!" He said. Moira gave the man a smile and a nod. "Yes, yes I certainly am. I-I'm sorry, I don't think we've met?" She replied, causing the man to nod. "Oh! Oh yes, of course. I know who you are from your file, but we haven't met before. I am Wyventurer Hymel, the captain of the Soaratorium." The man - Hymel - said.

"Ah, pleased to meet you Hymel." Moira said, earning a pleasant smile from the young wyverian. Gesh then spoke. "Yeah, now that the pleasantries are finished, I should probably explain what all is going on. For now, I'll just let you know that those people down there are going to want to come up here. Don't panic though, because they were very helpful in taking the Deviljho down." He said. From there, he explained everything that had happened to the best of his ability, and while Hymel was certainly beyond perplexed, he trusted that the hunters were correct.

As the heroes began climbing up to the Soaratorium, they would not notice that about 600 feet from them on a rocky outcropping, two figures clad in dark blue and black armor were watching them. They were each flanked by two pinkish-red winged monsters, each of which had a blue tint to their scales and red glowing eyes. After they observed the large group for a few more minutes, they decided that they had what they needed, and so they each climbed onto the backs of their monster steeds and flew off...

War just stared at the puppet. Laughing at what it said. “You obviously do not know who I am, if you did I doubt you would openly tell me that I’m weak or frail.” The horseman said in a booming voice before his time limit ran out and he reverted back to his normal form. When Marcus said he would bind it, War commanded, “don’t, I have a feeling that that is what caused the balance of this realm to be upset. It will face judgment from me and my fellow horsemen. If it’s smart enough to not fight and give up. Which I think it is.” But just in case he was wrong he readied the abyssal chain to try to catch it. “However, she” pointing at Miranda “and her friends will have to answer for her crimes as well. Not knowing about the balance is not an excuse for disrupting it. I might have saved you but that was just a by product, even if you died I would have just sent Death to retrieve you.” Then he looked at the aegis agents. “I would say you people as well but it looks like this world’s law enforcement will want to have first cracks judging from my limited exposure to its inhabitants, they don’t take well to strangers.”

Misty Peak

"I suppose I can't fault you too much for not knowing how to deal with concepts, their kind are tricky to deal with even with the right equipment and experience on how to handle them." Hex said to Moira as she cross her arms in front of her chest. "Though the presence of that conceptual hunter has added a degree of complication. But as promised we will try to keep those two manageable yo the best of our abilities." The talk on the jet wasn't so special to her nor the other agents, then having similar technologies and information on the more exotic components of the jet sucked any glamour it would have had on them.

"Wryacdemy? Did the people who named it that actually thought it was a good name?" The woman said, criticizing the choice of naming for the academy. When Rex told everyone that an airship was arriving and that this was the time for everyone to leave if they can return home. The agents all got orders to return back to their camp, all except Delta Buckler. "We can go back to our camp but our bosses wants us to record data on this village of you don't mind. Also a team of researchers will accompany us." Hex told Rex.

Soon the airship arrived and most were impressed with the craft. As the craft begin to land the researchers assigned to the new mission finally made it into the clearing. Them and the six Reavers began to climb up the rope ladders as drones carried crates and other boxes on board.

Inside the ship the group looked around as they met the elfish crew member One researcher asked if Hymel was related to Elves and if faeries existed in this world. "So tell us more on this Guild that you mentioned before. Are they your employers?" Another researcher asked

The Third Wizarding War

Back on the camp Anderson was holding his ears as he felt as though his head was about to split open from the terrible scream he and no doubt everyone heard, he won't be surprised if even the dead heard. The man felt blood on the palms of his hands and some coming down from his nostrils. As he let go of his ears he took out a napkin and began to wipe off the blood, giving it to the Auror. "Was that something that happens on your world?" Anderson had his doubt that it was but he was praying that it was.

The two would soon hear gunshots going off and people shouting out in Latin. Sensing that something went wrong Anderson rushed out and saw both soldiers and Aurors firing at everyone they saw, not even their own allies were spared from their crazed massacre. Anderson saw one soldier on a fetal position sobbing uncontrollably as another was laughing maniacally on the ground. "General!" He heard a soldier shout as they fired a gauss rifle at a crazed exosuit trooper who just ripped the arm off an Auror.

"What the hell is going on soldier!" The general shouted, trying to make his voice heard through the chaos. "I don't know sir. Some of these people went crazy once they heard that scream." Anderson soon saw another soldier aiming his rifle at him. Quickly he took out his pistol and shot at the soldier but not before a bullet went into his shoulder. "General!" Anderson put his hand up to stop the soldier from getting close. "Forget about me. Just take out everyone who has gone crazy and is killing everyone, apprehend the ones that are harmless." He ordered.

Back in Janus Command the three of the Aurors cast the killing curse on the soldiers and they were quickly shot down by the soldiers along with those still sane. Yet throughout the base a good percent of the staff went insane and have thrown the site into utter chaos. The bare was sending out distress signals for help as security staff and task force try to regain order. Hammond was rubbing his neck after an operator tried to strangle him before Tanner beat the man to unconsciousness. "Tanner I want you to get in contact with that camp now because I want to know that on Earth is going on over there." Tanner and the other operators compiled as they tried to work while the base was a war zone.

In the castle the creature looked at Marcus and the strings. Without warning the group would hear a loud boom as quick black streaks flew around in the room and the strings were cut, the cut ends having steam coming off them. The group would notice that the black snowy ash that hung on the air was absent. Looking up they found it swirling above the creature. "Never again will there be strings on me." the being boasted.

When War claim that it not know who he was it replied with. Your identity is irrelevant. You have my gratitude on releasing me from my prison but it doesn't mean I will swear my life to you nor obey every word you say." the entity said. When War told Marcus not bind it the horseman would hear the creature laugh. "It would appear that despite looking like these animals you are much more intelligent than them. A shame their kind never truly learn from their mistakes or stupidity. Warn him all you want Infernal but humans will rarely listen to reason."

When War told the creature to surrender or else he and the other horsemen will be forced to stop it the creature let out a hiss. "I will only obey your obtrusive laws once I have retribution on the wretched beasts that trapped in that miserable prison and tried to use me as a mere servant and experiment. " the group's mind was feeling the contempt and loathing towards humanity, barely hiding how it feels towards the species.

The agents were focused on the creature but their attention went away from it whennWar said they will be facing charges as well. "Are you kidding me. You are going to arrest us now with this thing on the loose?" Miranda complained. "Look whatever balance your talking about we did nothing to it. If you want to blame anything blame those rifts, they brought things from our world to here. We just came to bring those things back before someone here gets killed." Miranda explained. When he mention how the people in this world don't take well to strangers Amarah was reminded of the fight back on the Great Hall and be hit by the spell. "Look can we first deal with that thing before we focus on the law?" Miranda said as she and the other agents rather not think on what the law enforcement of this world will do to them.

The Third Wizarding War

Miria certainly was feeling better, somewhat relieved by Polly's assurance that she'd be fine. It wasn't all the reassurance in the world, but just hearing from someone that she'd be fine was enough to give her some strength; with that, a newly-invigorated Miria followed Polly and the General, steeling herself as best as she could, as she resolved to tough things out until they could get the hell out of their conundrum. She was still scared and confused, but she didn't want to sit around and do nothing while the others fought their way out of a war zone.

She shuffled into the tent behind Polly, crossing her arms and standing quietly behind her while the General spoke. She had nothing she felt could contribute to the planning at the moment, even with as motivated as she had become to help with the mission, and so while Polly and the Man spoke, Miria found herself as more of a third wheel, as she waited to move out and regroup with Madi and Marcus.

And then...chaos broke out. The muffled sounds of yelling and fighting outside caught Miria's ear very quickly - as did the eruption of gunfire. The loud booming outside evoked quite a response from the girl, as Miria nearly jumped into the air, hissing and scrambling over by the General's table as he ran outside. She hunkered down, lowering herself towards the group, continuing to growl and stare at the entrance to the tent, and sticking close behind Polly. She didn't know if they could run from whatever had just come to the camp this time, and despite her goosebumps and threatened growling and hissing, her fight-or-flight response was telling her to prepare herself, as she quickly reached into her pockets, grabbing her dagger.

The Forbidden Act | Avarice

Avarice didn't spend long dwelling on her sadness. She spent a single moment of emotional singularity coming to terms with her misery; for without guilt, fear, pain or anger, her feelings extended no further than a shallow downtrodden mood. Why wasn't she good enough? Trying so hard to save lives, doing so much to help - and still not being enough. She could make up for it, though. Make up for the trillions, given enough time. That was it. If she could simply stay on the right path, be a good person, save lives until she'd saved more than she'd killed, then she'd have to be a good person! Her face lit up for a moment at the prospect. Yes. She'd be a real person. Not a hero, not a concept nor a legend. Nothing as concrete as that; but a living, breathing organism. There was nothing in the world she desired more then to fit in. To have the acceptance of others. She smiled at Cicero and thanked him with words she barely understood, standing up and walking back to the main group as her conflicted feelings distilled themselves into a quiet, unbreakable resolve. To be good. To protect. To help others.

She looked up as a flare spun into the sky, trailing blinding phosphorlike colours. Minutes later, a ship arrived, beautiful and adorned with the chaotic constructions of imperfect minds. It bore reiterating again; she loved imperfection. She admired it. Perseverance in the face of uncertainty, the natural anomalies of life. To her, everything was a given equation. To them, on the other hand, nothing could be certain. She smiled and tried to imagine such an exciting, honourable existence. Lacking in physical strength as they were, they more than made up for it in their mental fortitude and sheer courage. Rope ladders fell from the sky and she grabbed onto the handles, pulling herself up and-

"Umm... can... can somebody help me get on the ship? My arms are too weak."

And on the other end of the spectrum emerged Valerian, adorned with gifts of esoteric weaponry and concentrated fire. September stepped back and admired his choices, nodding approvingly at his apparent preference for sleek looking blades. He drew a long straight sword from his belt, the side of the weapon glowing with blurry symbolry and tapering to a fine, reality-breakingly sharp point.

"Yeah. That's the Scimitar of Jorrubah. Don't ask me who named it, it's not even a proper scimitar. It's one of a kind you know? So don't go breaking it. Then again, it'd literally take the power of an entire galaxy to so much as scratch the thing so uhh... go wild, I guess."

Phobos stood stoic as ever behind the agent, hands in his pockets and dark sunglasses concealing his abominable stare.

"Welcome to the fold, Special Anomaly Consultant 425-D. I hope our relationship continues to pay such dividends for the two of us."

Valerian sheathed his blade and examined the rest of his kit. Glowing knives designed to sever anything from their parent; from dreams to gods to concepts. A bow which shot arrows wreathed in all consuming fire, which burnt slowly but would consume an entire being's essence given enough time and damage, destroying even the deepest-buried aspects of their existence. A staff which rattled in its case and left cracks in the air, bleeding corruption into every material it touched. He grinned and imagined how much easier it was going to be, disposing of his enemy now. Oh yeah. His arsenal had just gotten a lot bigger.

"Well, if you don't mind me asking, where to now? I kind of lost track of my prey when you guys asked me to come here. I'd be glad to spend a little time with your organisation before we go hunting, though; I'll give you time to brief a team, arm them and prepare to fight against Avarice."

The Third Wizarding War | Avenoir and Mnemosyne

Had to fight. Had to release. Had to trap, restrain, hold down and bind. Marcus' entire body was as solid as steel and as dense as lead, giving off an almost unstoppable aura. It was like all the mass in the world were concentrated into his shell at once. A being of pure immovability. As his strings were cut apart his skin was flayed, leaving endless criss-cross patterns of clean, untarnished cuts across his exposed skin. His arms were covered in a thin coating of pink blood, flowing off his skin like water but settling on the floor like oobleck. He didn't react, merely twisting his fingers back toward himself, avoiding them being utterly shredded. It was like his cables had expanded outward all at once, slicing up the room. Invisible carvings that only he could see lined the walls. Endless scratches in the walls of a prison.

"It's free, Marcus. It must be ours. It must belong to me."

He laughed, the bones in his arms cracking audibly as he drew his elbow and wrist backward, dozens of razor sharp webbings expanding from each fingertip. He dragged them on the floor behind him, leaving nearly invisible cuts in the floor as they drifted through the solid stone. He approached the monster and looked up at it. His eyes and mouth were nearly sealed by skin-coloured glue, as if his face were melting. As if he had to pull his head apart to speak.

"Don't you think you belong in a box? Haven't you heard the perfect harmonies of entrapment? I can sing them to you. I can sing you an inescapable web. Just let me free you first. Free you from life."

Marcus punctuated his last statement by lifting his arm again, the five strings on each hand floating in the air, lighter than wind. They were weightless and ethereal, only visible by the light they reflected. They passed through air and stone with equal effortless ease, like feathers that consumed and cut all that they touched. They began to gravitate toward the beast, whistling gently as they sliced through the air with perfect precision. They were slow moving, but impossible to stop.

"Be mine, forever more! My glorious, blind and silent puppet."

Polly, meanwhile, back at the AEGIS base, was a little more sane; though "a little" in this case was a rather subjective term. She felt a pressure at the edge of her mind, like fingers massaging her skull. She cursed under her breath, knowing something terrible was about to come. She immediately ripped the gasmask off her belt and slid it over her head, clutching her ears as a wave of hatred and insanity swept over her. For a moment all she could see was her own corpse, lying in a pool of fractal euphoria. Wouldn't it be nice? Wouldn't it be great, to just end herself? Yes. She was filthy. Repugnant. Disgusting. What a vile creature, worthy of nothing but nonexistence. She drew her knife and went halfway to her throat before the psionic lining in her mask kicked in, stopping her hand dead in its tracks. What was she doing? Fuck, fuck! There was a swirling fog inside her brain, meddling with her thoughts. It wanted her to start bleeding, to start bleeding others. Where was her heart? She had to check. She had to know whether she had lungs, or if they were just a-
"God damnit! Shut up, shut up, shut up!"
She was breathing now, staring down the barrel of a gun. Someone was in here with her, a rifle in their hand. Were they trying to make her bleed? Yes, good. But! If they stopped her from living, wouldn't that mean she couldn't bleed others? She practically burst every organ in the man's body with a gesture, ripping the heme out of his blood and sending dozens of tiny iron needles sticking through random points in his body. And then snap. She was there, sane, standing over the body of a dead man whose face looked like a rotten strawberry. She was holding his rifle, hand on the slide and about to load the chamber. Okay, okay. Get your bearings. Acknowledge the facts and think in dot points.

Miria is behind her. She is holding a dagger. She is mostly under control but psychologically stressed.
Polly is holding a gun. She has probably just killed a man. Some kind of psionic attack affected her. It's possible everything she's seeing isn't real.
There are men standing outside. They are holding weapons. They are fighting amongst each other. Their body language tells her that some are wild while others are still in control.
Control the situation. Take charge. Don't let yourself fall behind.

Polly's face sharpened and her finger finished loading the gun in her hand, the familiar weight of an assault rifle weighing down her body. Her breathing was ragged through the mask she wore but her eyes were firm. She was in command now. She was going to win.

"Miria. Follow me. Try not to kill anyone."

Polly stepped outside the tent, eyes and ears screaming with overwhelming stimulus. She tried to filter it out, think only about what she needed to know. A man on the right, holding a knife. Nonlethal hostile, cutting self. She reached out and pulled the knife out of his hands, catching it in her hand. To the front, twenty metres, two o'clock. A man wielding a pistol, raising it to blow her brains out. She knelt and delivered a shot to his chest, knocking the wind out of him and hopefully taking him out of commission. She could only hope an organisation as advanced as AEGIS could heal the injuries before he expired. She continued through the camp, terminating those she deemed threats and disarming those who were harming themselves. She did her best to be nonlethal but the voice in her head still spoke. It compelled her sometimes to change her mind, aim for the neck instead of the shoulder, break someone's bones instead of knocking them out. And all the while, she whispered to herself, trying not to give in to the infestation festering in her mind.

"I am Polly K. Delilah. I am in charge. I am not afraid. I am not insane. I am in control. I am a leader. I will survive this."

Misty Peaks

Cicero looked back at Avarice and noticed she could not climb onto the ship, due to her damaged arms. He stooped down and grabbed her by the waist, hoisting her onto the ship.

"There you are." He set her down onto the ground carefully. "There shouldn't be any more physical stuff you'll need to do before your arms are healed."

He turned around to take in the inside of the ship. It was quite busy-to much stimulation for him. He wanted to find a quiet place to gather his wits in.

"I have quite a lot of experience, without a doubt. From inspiring dissent, to assassinating prominent figures, to fighting on the field, I've done it all," Aestus replied to Cass with an ironically hearty laugh. Aestus typically wasn't too cocky, but like a middle-aged dad when someone brings up cooking, Aestus loved talking about his glory days with revolutionary work. It had been an important duty that claimed the lives of many innocents, but to him, it was a good thing, and he enjoyed doing it. He didn't relish in death, but rather, in his own sense of justice being served, and people being liberated from their masters. He had spent his "youth" doing so, but more recently he had been pushed into pacifism and isolation as everything settled down and a need for a revolution ended. He enjoyed talking about his old ways, but Jules did seem a little disturbed by it, so he hushed up for the time being.

"....Alright then, I guess we're all ready to go," Aestus added. He could talk to Cass about how to violently overthrow a government later, he supposed. For now, off they went.

The henchman hit in the back of the head was immediately knocked unconscious by the blow. The rest of the goons turned around and saw a lady with dreadlocks gripping one of the other men by the sweater, punching him in the solar plexus. The tall, blond man immediately let out a snarl and charged towards the woman, fist held high ready to punch the woman.

Julian took her bags and went outside to meet with the Uber driver. After talking for a few seconds, she put her bags in the trunk and sat in the front seat. The driver looked a little weirded out as he saw Aestus.

“So uh...your friend’s pretty tall and armored.”

“Oh yeah, we’re going to Iowa for..a video game convention.” she leaned in closer and whispered. ”He has Gigantism. His pituitary’s out of whack. He’s kind of self conscious of his condition.”

“Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to be rude...” the driver apologized and hopped into his seat.

Ackerman saw the assailant out of the corner xer eye. Xe released the man xe was holding, and pulled out an unsheathed sword. Xe swing it at the attacker, hoping to strike him down or at least incapacitate them for a moment.

Ammy

When the strange man appeared, Ammy merely stood back and watched as the man fought several attackers. Before she could move, Ackermann had already begun to attack the man's enemies.
Then the man began to charge for Ackermann. Not even a second later, Ammy had darted up to the man and tripped him, he was on the ground, a golden glaive near his throat- Ammy had summoned the Thunder Edge, a Glaive that channeled lightning.
"I do not want to hurt you. Stand down."
Ammy glanced over at Ackermann,
"Are you injured?"

Doug

Doug was not expecting the airship. It was massive. The pilot stared up at it and awe and turned to Gesh.
"This....This is amazing! Just think of the technologies you have....I think it's possible that your people can repair my ship!"
Before he knew it, they were aboard the airship.
""Wryacdemy? Huh. Strange name but I'll accept it. I....did hear that correctly? Dragons? Interesting...."

Madi
The Great Hall

Madi threw up a magic shield just as the thing started to scream. The shield protected her from the worst of it, but she still found herself sitting on the ruined tile floor, ears and nose bleeding. She healed herself and got back up.
Right away she began to notice things start to go downhill very very quickly. Marcus....She had no idea what was going on with him. Teachers and students, not to mention Aurors and AEGIS people were running around, trying kill each other, others were simply walking around in circles, talking to themselves or sitting on the ground, hyperventilating.
Madi merely shot a spell towards Marcus, causing him to slam against a wall and be knocked out.
"Sorry, but it's for your own good."
Still behind the shield, Madi spoke to the creature,
"What are you, and what do you want?"
She raised her hands slightly, even though she was behind the shield, it wouldn't block everything if the creature decided to attack.

The Aurors
AEGIS campsite

Harvebouch threw the general behind him and began to fire spells left and right, taking those that went mad out of their misery. Eventually, the site was cleared of the insane and the remaining sane Aurors were ordered to get inside the castle and get the survivors that were sane out.
The insane they were to put out of their misery, if there was no hope for them.
Daniel gazed bleakly on the dead that scattered the campsite before he began to heal the general.
"Normally I don't work with Muggles but it seems that we have to work together now. Is there anyway we can deal with that creature? If so, start talking, I need every bit of information I can get."

"I'm fine. Danke schön. I'm lucky to have somevone like you on my side." Ackermann smiled at Ammy. This lady sure could fight, and xe was more than impressed. "Now let's get the rest of zhese mozherfuckers." Ackermann proceeded to knock another of the men out, and elbowed another in the ribs.

"Hey, you shouldn't gang up on a dude who did nozhing to hurt you guys." Ackermann told the men.

The blond man let out a scream as he slashed across the arm with the sword. As he held his arm, which was starting to bleed from the cut, he was suddenly tripped up by a different woman. Before he got up, he had a sword pointed at his throat with the woman issuing a threat. He immediately held up his hands in surrender. Meanwhile, the man with the punched solar plexus got up and clutched his stomach. He scowled when he saw his companion being threatened by the woman with the sword and rushed up to her in a attempt to tackle her. Meanwhile, Brent started to get up from the ground, groaning and clutching his head. What he saw was two women fighting off his assilants. He immediately grabbed a garbage lid off a trash can and threw into the man who got elbowed in the ribs, knocking him out. He then charged into the battle, throwing punches and kicks left and right.

"Bloody hell," an Australian remarked, suddenly falling down into the concrete from a portal. One moment he had been up in Borneo studying the local wildlife and how global warming was affecting it, and now, he was suddenly in some sort of foreign city. For someone who had been out in the wilderness for a fair while, it was a shock to suddenly end up in what appeared to be an American city.

"What's going on here ya bogans?" He asked everyone, noticing they were locked in a rather gruesome fight. For his own safety, he kept his hand on his knife, ready to fight if need be.

The Third Wizarding War

As the strings came down the creature turn it's whole body into an ashy mist to evade the strings but as Madi knock out the wannabe puppeteer the mist reform back to the creature. It looked at Marcus and it began to send a telepathic command to Marcus. "Awaken boy." With those words and a powerful compulsion Marcus would regain consciousness. As he began to get back up however the creature pulled back it's right arm, muscles exploding forth as a vortex of ash surrounded the arm.

Before Marcus can react to the sight of it suddenly having bulging muscles on one of it's arm with throbbing veins, charging for a devastating attack on him, the entity threw it's fist towards him; the arm covered by the ash as its arm stretch out to ensure its ebony fist made contact with Marcus. As the fist finally hit Marcus not only would he hit the wall but would soon go through it as the stone wall could withstand the force extorted by the fist. Marcus would no doubt be render unconscious from the blow, if he was lucky to survive from it. Either way he was spared from feeling the burns as the dust traveled in such speeds that the friction it made with the air produced heat.

The air would retract back and return to normal as the creature turned its attention to Madi as she asked what it was and what it wanted. "You won't be able to comprehend what I am but I can give you an answer to what I want." suddenly some of the agents with the group were ripped to pieces by quick black streaks. Dmitri land on the ground screaming in pain as he left leg and right arm were severed. The man was missing some of his teeth as his lips and nose was shredded and his eyes were sliced. From his groin up to his damaged face there were many cuts on his body. Dmitri didn't realize that he lost his private parts due to the pain he was in, nor the pool of blood from both his own body and the bodies of his comrades that he lay on.

Carlos losing his left arm up to the shoulder also screamed as he held on to the gaping hole where his limb use to be. The man also had deep gashes with burns on his abdomen, chest, shoulders, and back. A few strips of his skin was hanging off him as blood oozed out from the open wounds. Amarah lay on the floor in shock as a hole was tore through her stomach, unaware that she could not move her body or that she lost control of her bladder and wet herself. Her eviscerated stomach lay close by shredded into pieces along with a shattered piece of her spine and parts of organs also caught by the attack.

Miranda was force to crawl as she lost both her legs, worse still her face was badly scratched and her eyes were torn to pieces. Her hands were also covered in scratches and most hand missing fingers. Like Carlos she too had many scratches throughout her back, shoulders, chest, and abdomen which caused her to leave behind a trail of blood as she tried to crawl away from the monster. The streaks of hyper speed ash flew around the creature as blood flew off them. "I want revenge." it told her. "And this world shall be my first instrument towards the eradication of humanity and to free myself from their wretched kind."

Back in the camp Anderson felt his wound closing. The man wish the Auror took out the bullet first but he will have to live with it for the time being. Anderson hated seeing so many under his command to die but there was no other choice, they were too dangerous for the others not gripped by whatever madness that befell them. He was glad that Polly and some spared the ones that weren't a threat to others. Their chances of recover was low but he rather keep them somewhere safe then to just murder them for not being strong enough to fight off that scream.

When the Auror asked Anderson for information on the general frown. "We're still trying to understand what it is because the thing the cult was after was a servant of an elder god and what they caught was not it. Most of my weapons were made to deal with the puppet in order to capture it, my mission was to never break it out and infact I was here to prevent that. I need to establish contact with command to let them know what is going on but in the meantime try to get everyone in that castle out or try driving it out of the castle if possible." He told the Auror. "I know fire and shotguns were effective on it back when it was a puppet but I'm not sure now."

The Forbidden Act

Phobos ponder on the question for a second until a small screen appeared on his glasses. "It would appear that Avarice is on a airship. A bit low tech compare to the jet that crashed landed but I have to admire the craftsmanship put into it. I think you will agree with me once you see it." The man said. Phobos only got the AR feature on his sunglasses mainly because he made a joke to the team who made to do it, apparently they took the joke as a challenge and did such that. Well he wasn't one to complain over a useful feature even if it was a silly feature on sunglasses.

Tone would see September walked up to him . "I'll take you to where the airship is. Right now they are still waiting for everyone to board so we still have time to reach it." She told him, ready to lead him to the airship.

The Third Wizarding War

Try not to kill anyone; right.

Miria didn't know what to think about that tip, after watching Polly essentially explode a person before them. Miria's stomach churned, though; she almost couldn't take her eyes off of the horrible sight, though once she did, she couldn't bring herself to look back at it. She winced, sucking in a quick breath, nearly screaming at the site, and the next thing she knew she was crouched by the table, staring sideways at Polly, and shaking. She'd seen dead bodies before, but nothing so visceral, done so fast, and she'd never seen anything so close. It was jarring, and for the longest moment, it was all that she could think about, until Polly's order to follow pounded into her ears.

She twitched, then lunged forward, following Polly closely once more. She didn't want to be left in the middle of that camp while everyone began to kill each other, especially with all the bullets flying around. She let her companion deal with hostiles ahead of them, though she needed to protect their rear once more, as her small dagger and fast reflexes became the only thing protecting them from being grabbed from behind. Though her knife wasn't as strong as steel, or sharp as a razor, it could certainly draw blood, and though Miria felt bad about hurting others, she wouldn't hesitate to plunge her blade into the hands of crazed personnel as they tried to reach for the two of them. She prayed that a stab was all it would take to shake them off, because if someone was tough enough to shrug it off and tackle her, then she wouldn't be strong enough to really fight them off.

Fortunately, Polly did a good job keeping everyone off of them, so she wouldn't need to use her knife just yet. For the time being, she just needed to stay close. They just needed to get out, Madi and Marcus just needed to stay safe. Miria's mind was riddled with thoughts like that, though the sight of the body in the tent still lingered, and the sight and sounds of people attacking and hurting one another all around them also roared around in her mind. It was stressing her out even more than the panic and scuffles in the castle. She wasn't used to violence on such a scale, and it was beginning to really get to her, despite her attempts to soldier on and keep herself together.
