There has been some worry over the speed of the SCP, not that it makes the character OP but just that no one can quite remember it ever moving that fast. Can ypu provide a passage stating that the character is that speedy?

Finally, please expand on what Type 1 and Type 8 Immortality means. That, and please expand on yhe doctor's skills. Give all his abilities some fluff so we can measure him better.

Type 1 Immortality is longevity; Basically, he can't get sick or age. iirc it doesn't necessarily extend to poison, though it usually does. This type definitely does not mean that one can not be killed, just that they don't die on their own. If a normal human with Type 1 Immortality were shot, they'd die just as anyone else.
Type 8 is immortality based on already being dead, i.e. being a zombie or a ghost. This usually does mean that they can't die through normal means, can't get sick, or poisoned, as they are already dead. Zombies technically don't actually count, though, as they can still be killed by brain damage. This type of Immortality usually makes it difficult to off the character, necessitating some kind of special way to do it.

"Following protocol, Dr. Hamm reminded SCP-049 that the interview was required, after which the entity became hostile and attacked Dr. Hamm" note that this is from the REWRITE, and all non class-D personal have at least something on them to subdue SCPs that they can see hostilely move towards them. I'll move it down if you really want me to.

As for the type 8, yeah I'll remove that as I didn't know it didn't really count for zombies.
Edit: After double checking the types of immortality, your thinking of type 7 for the zombies. I'll still remove the type 8 because I thought that was the undead one as well

"Following protocol, Dr. Hamm reminded SCP-049 that the interview was required, after which the entity became hostile and attacked Dr. Hamm" note that this is from the REWRITE, and all non class-D personal have at least something on them to subdue SCPs that they can see hostilely move towards them. I'll move it down if you really want me to.

As for the type 8, yeah I'll remove that as I didn't know it didn't really count for zombies.

049 never displays fast-than-eye movement. It's made very clear from the beginning that its surgeries are slow and methodical. Furthermore, D-class are never armed or armoured. That's a relic from the LolFoundation. Modern day D-class are purely test subjects who are expected not to fight back in fear of damaging the SCP object. Researchers are also expected to only have basic weapons handling knowledge. The vast majority have little to no combat experience, and thus, practically no chance of surviving a hostile SCP encounter. I think the only time this is subverted is when a researcher bludgeons a huge insect to death with a fire extinguisher; but that only serves to highlight my point about how researchers are unarmed, and not expected to handle regular weaponry.

Furthermore, attacking Dr. Hamm would barely require even human speed. It'd be very easy for someone to reach over a table, or run across a room before the other knew what was going on. It was also made abundantly clear there were no security personnel in the room. It's mentioned in the article and by the time security reaches Dr. Hamm, the surgery is already complete; which can take minutes to hours, implying there was no surveillance being conducted.

In short: Faster than eye is bull.

Tart recieved the magical foci in a church dedicated to St. Catherine, and the magic infused steel requires very little maintenance but is still fully capable of cutting cleanly through most foes. Its main function is to serve as a foci upon which Tart can unleash devastating blasts of magic at less cost than it would normally take. Much like most Magical Girl weapons, the sword can be summoned and dismissed as Tart wishes.

Brief Bio/History*: Born a peasant girl in the village of Domremy in English territory during the Hundred Years War, Jeanne was of the opinion that the Dauphine was the true heir to the throne of France, an opinion shared by the entire village. Sadly, the same could not be said of the other towns and settlements around them. At risk of being attacked, Jeanne and her sister Catherine soon found themselves surrounded not only by English and Burgundian soldiers, but also by the Witch controlling their actions. Thankfully, they were both saved by Riz Visconti, an Italian Mercenary and Magical Girl. There, Tart was offered a wish but without an idea of what she wanted, Tart could only turn down the offer.

Three years passed and in that three years, Riz kept Domremy safe under the employ of Jeanne's father. She also helped train Jeanne and Catherine in basic self-defense, skills that would prove invaluable in the days to come. Once Riz had left with Cube, English soldiers immediately attacked and successfuly sacked Domremy. Jeanne herself would have died or worse if it weren't for the actions of her little sister, Catherine who slew the offender and was then killed by other English soldiers.

Riz returned too late, and faced with such tragedy, Tart made her wish "For the Power to Bring Light to France!"

And thus began the legend of Jeanne d'Arc.

Tart is everything one would expect a Holy Maiden to be, pure, kind, humble, and pious. She would lay down her life for others without hesitation, and simply cannot find it in herself to truly hate another person. She truly believes that the power given to her is a source of good, and thus should only be used in that capacity. To do otherwise would be to insult God, and she would make for a poor Holy Maiden if she did so.

Her family and friends are precious people she keeps close to her heart, so much so that their loss is among the few things that could truly bring her to the verge of despair. This is rather dangerous considering how quickly Tart makes friends by breaking down barriers, social or otherwise, with a warm smile and sincere words that offer no deceit, only friendship.

When it comes to dreams, Tart has only one wish left. She longs for a time where she can put down her sword and return home with Catherine, the rest of her family, and Riz watching over her. Alas, the realities of this world and the burden she had willingly accepted make that impossible, and Jeanne herself knows it to be so. Still, despite herself, the young girl can't help but sometimes find herself longing for those idyllic days. After all, she may be a Saint, but within her soul is also a simple, young girl who wanted nothing to do with battlefields or courtly intrigue.

Name: The Citadel of Ricks
Origin: In a particular cluster of universes, there was this mad scientist called Rick Sanchez in each of them. This scientist was the first to invent the portal gun, which allowed him to cross universes at will. However, soon enough the various Ricks became aware of each other, and the enemies they have(hint: almost everyone). In an effort to hide themselves, a few million versions of Rick bandes together to form what they ironically hated: a government. The Citadel of Ricks it was called. Ruled by the Council of Ricks as well as the capitalistic Shadow Council, this moon sized station teleported from one universe to the next, but the day came when the walls of the multiverse began to convulse, causing the Ricks to lose their capability to travel the Multiverse at a flick of their portal guns. Stuck in a dimension ravaged by a Swarm of monsters, they now must aid the governments of the Intergalactic Alliance to ensure their own survival.

Description of Faction's Tech, Powers, & Abilities: Impossibly advanced yet rickety at the same time. While the instability of the universe prevents them from crossing the multiverse freely, they can still move within their local universe with unprecedented mobility, teleporting from one location to another at the flick of a switch. Though Ricks (and Morties) are still as frail as any other human, their technology more than makes up for it.
