Powers & Abilities: Temporal Manipulation: The Timewalker is the embodiment of time itself. As such, she can freely alter it to her own desire be it accelerate, reverse it, or stop it completely.

Temporal Travel: As implied by the name, the Timewalker has the ability to travel along the timeline in any direction at will, and can bring others along too is so desired.

Deity: The Timewalker existed before the creation of the universe, and as such possess Type 4 Immortality.

Weaknesses: Watcher: Billions of years ago, the Creators agreed on a life on nonintervention, allowing life in the new universe to go its own way without their guidance. They only step in in cases of extreme importance, such as if there is a risk of permanent damage to the universe.

Razor-thin Margin: The Temporal Razor is a powerful tool of the Timewalker's, and her abilities when not wielding it are limited compared to when it is in her hands.

Limited Influence: The three Creators are all masters of different realms, and their abilities cannot crossover into the realm of another. This safeguards against any one of them becoming too powerful. This means the Timewalker cannot alter Space, nor can she create or take Life beyond its natural interaction with Time.

Primordial Spirit: Older than creation itself, the Timewalker is of a different breed entirely than mortals are. This can cause her to give off a sense of superiority even when not intended. This also makes her very unlikely to ever take orders from anything aside from her own family.

False Mortality: Being outside of her own universe, the Timewalker's True Form is very difficult to access. Doing so could possibly unravel the fabric of time in the foreign universe she's visiting, so it is a distant final option, not to even be considered until absolutely every other alternative possibility has been exhausted.


Attack Potency: Universal (True Form, with Temporal Razor) City level (Mortal Form)
Speed: Omnipresent (free movement across time) Superhuman (when not walking through time)
Lifting Strength: Class G (True Form) Superhuman (Mortal Form)

Stamina: In her Mortal Form, the Timewalker's stamina is limited, though still extremely high, continued use of temporal manipulation, especially unaided by her Razor, becomes tiring. In her True Form, it is almost unlimited.
Range: For a melee attack: the length of the scythe. Time, however, has no range.
Intelligence: Nigh-Omniscient (the secrets of life and space will forever escape her though)

Equipment on Hand: Temporal Razor: The standard tool of the Timewalker, a large pole with a long scythe head. Its blade seamlessly cuts through time, allowing the wielder a greater control over the manipulation of the continuum. Can be summoned and banished at will.

Brief Bio/History: In the beginning, before there was a universe, there was a single being. This being, the Lifebringer, brought forth two other beings to assist it with creation. These two identical sisters were granted vast power over one part of the universe. The first was dubbed the Timewalker, for she was the living embodiment of time. The second was dubbed the Spacecrafter, for she was the living embodiment of space. The two sisters set out creating the universe, returning to their father when it was finished. With the new universe done, the Lifebringer breathed life across it, allowing it to thrive wherever it formed. Tiring from his task, the Lifebringer summoned his two daughters and together the three pledged an Oath of Noninterference for the fledgling universe. With the universe created and protected from the trio's influence, the Lifebringer tasked his daughters with its protection before falling into a deep hibernation.

For billions of years, the pair watched over the universe, only using their powers when the fate of all creation relied upon it. They spent time amongst the created, disguising themselves to observe how the mortals lived. The Timewalker was observing humans on Earth when the universe began to experience multiversal rifting. The Timewalker sought out her sister, believing she might have been the cause of the anomaly, though she was doing the same thing. When it proved that neither sister was responsible for the rifts, the pair decided that the best way to figure out the source of this new threat was to seek out their father and wake the Lifebringer.

Brief Personality Description: As a Primordial, the Timewalker is bound to the care of the universe she helped to create. Though she would like to intervene more in the lives of mortals she cares for, she is forbidden from doing so. While they might see only the cruelty of time, there is no malice in the Timewalker's motives. She does not discriminate against any being, and would actually give them more time if she had the capability to do so.

As a Mortal, Dawn works in social services. Everyday she sees people who take their time for granted, along with people who make the most of the limited allotment they get. She tries to help everyone realize that time is fleeting, and that it should be valued by living your best life instead of thrown away on simple pleasures or reckless behavior. Whenever she can change someone's life for the better, she feels that her time was well spent.

I have read the OP, understand the rules, all that jazz.

Name: Cian (See-En) Castillo (Cust-ill-oh)
Origin: RWBY
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Species: Human
Appearance: 5’11”, blonde hair, slim build, bright blue eyes which light up whenever he uses his semblance, generally wearing a long cyan coat with black combat fatigues underneath, like so: Coat, but cyan combat outfit. Accessorizes with a leather messenger bag and a bandolier of pistol magazines.
Powers & Abilities: Semblance – Can create hardlight structures as strong as steel (Though unlike steel they shatter rather than bend, so their durability leaves much to be desired) and detonate said constructions. He is capable of making up to the size of a wall by straining himself, though more commonly he simply uses his ability to augment his weapon and rain exploding swords down upon the enemy. Using the ability to detonate these constructions he can move them more or less as he wishes.
Aura – Cian possesses an aura capable of healing his wounds over time and protecting him from harm until it’s depleted
Self-sufficient – Using his semblance Cian is capable of upkeeping and maintaining his equipment with only his hands and materials to work with. This means that given gunpowder/dust and some metal he can forge his own ammunition or fix his weapon, in a case where it gets broken.
Combat – In combat Cian is skilled in martial arts, very skilled with swords and pistols, and is competent with a variety of other firearms and melee weapons. Physically he is very agile, likely quite good at gymnastics if he were asked to attempt it.
Algebra – Cian passed his required Algebra course at Atlas Academy. He was told that he would need to use it in real life, so it is now stated here.
Perception – Cian’s senses are supercharged, allowing him to perceive a chaotic battlefield accurately using sight and hearing. This is characteristic of people from the RWBY universe, as when fighting they do not need to look in a direction to know a strike is coming from it.
Weaknesses: Even with his Semblance Cian doesn’t possess the pure striking power that many of his counterparts do, especially at a range of more than a few dozen meters. His Semblance also depends upon his Aura, growing more difficult to use the lower his Aura is to the point where it is combat ineffective when depleted. Furthermore, his Semblance drains his strength to use, unlike most other Semblances. Overuse of his abilities for an extended period of time will render him useless in battle.
Attack Potency: Up to Street by detonating multiple swords (AP Building), while his sword strikes in melee are Wall level (AP Wall w/o abilities, AP Small Building w/ acceleration ability, AP Building with acceleration/explosion). At a range his pistols are Athlete level, bumping up to Wall level upon using Dust to boost their effectiveness.
Speed: Peak Human – Like most characters from the RWBY universe Cian is extremely quick and agile, racing around the battlefield and doing backflips like they are no problem at all. Combined with his abilities and weapons he rises up to Subsonic+, capable of jumping dozens of feet into the air and going from standstill to combat speeds instantly.
Lifting Strength: Above Average Human – While Cian is fit he’s not a weight-lifting athlete.
Striking Strength: Athlete – While he may not be adept at lifting objects, due to his speed and above average strength Cian still packs a punch equivalent to that of an athlete.
Durability: Building – Cian’s Aura gives him significant durability, making him deceptively hard to kill.
Stamina: Above average- can easily use abilities and even fight without tiring for extended periods of time, but quickly loses energy as he takes hits as his body tries to replenish his Aura
Range: Extended Melee/Firearm range – Cian’s pistols have the range of a regular pistol both while in pistol and hilt form, while his dual swords can either be thrown/launched a dozen meters or wielded at extended range in melee.
Intelligence: Above average - He has an excellent battlefield sense, knowing where most combatants are at all times well enough to dodge around or strike at them. He is also very knowledgeable about martial arts and blade combat, having trained for years at Atlas Academy to hone said skills. While not being gifted academically, he displays extraordinary brilliance in ballistics and object vectors.
Equipment on Hand: Cyanide Storm pistols – A pair of rapid-fire pistols with two other functions- the capability to fire the entire clip of the weapon at once with a full trigger pull, dealing additional damage while propelling him in the opposite direction, and transforming into a pair of hilts. Can still be fired while in hilt form.
Travellers pack – Contains the basics of journeying including food, a waterskin, a full flask, a map of Vale, multiple Dust vials, and ammunition.
Brief Bio/History*: Oh, hey! Do I recognize you from somewhere? No? Different multiverse? Dang, I’ll get it next time. Anyways, my name is Cian, and I’m the leader of team Caramel. Spell it out? Um, okay, I guess; C R M L. It’s named after my team, starting with yours truly. We’ve also got Rouge L’etissier, Maria Aqua, and Laura May and, in order, Wit, Brawn, and Brains. Unfortunately, I’m not sure where they all ended up- on our way to Vale we got attacked by a giant Grimm, and when we were trapped between that monster and the glowing red portal we picked the portal.

You want to know about my past? Well, we’ll start with the easy stuff. I was born in Atlas, though nobody really knows who my parents were. I was found on the doorstep of the Schnee family, and as such was promptly dropped at the nearest orphanage. It wasn’t long before I was taken in by the Castillo family, a middle-class, infertile couple in the weapons design industry. They wanted a son, and there I was, an unclaimed blank slate. Oh, don’t get me wrong, they were brilliant parents- Loving, supportive, and perhaps most of all humble. They taught me to care for everyone equally, not a very common thing in the pompous nation of Atlas. This was a unique advantage entering the Academy. Had I looked down on others I might never have met Maria, or Laura, or… well, actually, I probably would still have met Rouge, but you get my point.

CRML was the best thing to ever happen. To me, or even to Atlas, if you ask the right people. A team of regular students beating the privately-schooled, robot-like rich pupils? We pissed a lot, and I mean a lot of people off. On Atlas school grounds they couldn’t do anything, though- Ironwood isn’t a man that could be bought, and even if their kids were stuck-up little dicks to us we could handle a bit of bullying. Hell, we fight Grimm for a living- what are the students of Atlas compared to those things?

That all changed after the Vital Festival. Beacon fell, Ironwood was disgraced, the powerful people we had pissed off got bolder. It was either stay and fight every day against humans, or do some good fighting every day against the darkness. So, we left. Just packed up our things and headed out. I let my parents know beforehand, of course- they were sad to see me go, but still proud to “see me grow up and take the fight to those Grimm bastards”, as Pop put it. Once we said our goodbyes we slipped out from the beginnings of the quarantine, stowing away on a passenger liner headed to the northern coast of Vale.

Our rescue mission didn’t last very long, though. As soon as we got off of the transport this massive, skeletal Grim attacked our group. My team, in all our brilliance, managed to get stuck in a cave trapped between the Grimm and what we guessed (correctly, I might add) was a portal. There was no way we could beat that thing- it was 2 stories tall and seemingly immune to damage- so we rolled the dice and headed on through. I don't know where the rest ended up- hopefully here, somewhere. Think you could help me try and find them? Awesome, thanks.

This is still here? Doesn't look like Hawkeye still mods this, or New Neros. Hmm. Okay. I'm bored so let me get a few characters up. Seems simple enough based on the rules. Drinking game? Down a glass of your favorite elixir whenever the word 'psychic' or 'psionic' is used.

Name: Psyyga
Origin: Original Setting
Gender: Female
Age: Hundreds
Species: Mystic

Appearance: Psyyga's visage is close to what humans of earth would call a "grey". Aside from the popular depiction, she has three eyes, pink skin (opposed to grey skin), multiple arms, and a head that becomes an antennae at its top, and a small tail.

Powers & Abilities
Psionism - Psyyga is a high-level practitioner of the psychic arts, capable of multiple psychic feats. She may be physically durable, but her mind more than compensates for this. Her competency in this field has earned her the title of 'Mistress of Minds'.

Weaknesses: Psyyga is physically frail, an aspect that had to be relinquished in order to achieve her level of psionic potential (as well as her growing astral and ethereal abilities). Even if she were to try physical combat, she would require her body to be laced with psionic or astral energies. Simply put, she needs psionics or any non-physical talent she possesses.

Attack Potency: Her average AP is human/multi-human level, due to how psionics works. It isn't "mind magic", and therefore does not operate like magic. It works using the enemy's mind against them, usually. However, if she needs to bring her psionic energies into the physical dimension (i.e. energy blasts), her energy output reaches levels between continental and planetary, as her powers come from a metacosmic source, and are powerful, but very volatile without discipline.

Speed
Attack Speed: Due to psionics being sourced from a cosmic entity and being dealt from one's mind, it is hard to truly measure the speed at which psionic energy travels. Thus, Psyyga's attack speed is quite formidable.

Reaction Speed: As is her reaction speed. The psychic energy enhances her already-sharp mind (a trait Mystics and those related to them possess). Of course, she has to still have her psychic talents on. Her mind is still an amazing tool, but a significant difference remains should she try to react unpowered. Using her psychic power to enhance her reaction speed is how she makes up for her horrible durability.

Flight Speed: Her flight speed is estimated to be beyond hypersonic, at the moment.

Travel Speed: Her species' travel speed leaves much to be desired, putting their max running output at the level of an average human. Remember, she is a master mental combatant, but physically lacking in many areas. A trade-off seen in all members of her kind.

Lifting Strength: Her non-psychic lifting potential is actually below an adult human's. With psychic talents, she rises to that of the planetary level. This will put an immense strain on her mind, as she can truly feel the weight of the entire planet "crushing" her mind. More training is required to do this more often or pass the current threshold.

Striking Strength: Again, she isn't brawny. Her punches will hold the power of a human teenager. It might annoy you, perhaps even sting, but it won't put the bad guy down for the count.

Durability: While a human teen could probably kill her with their bare hands if they continue to apply blunt trauma to her body, psychically, she is as durable as a large planet, and can handle a good deal of mental or psychic-based attacks with ease. Should psychic barriers and the like not work, she'll compensate with speed. Instead, dodging enemy attacks, rather than enduring or blocking them.

Stamina: She is able to maintain peak psychic condition without tiring almost indefinitely as long as she isn't pushing her powers to the planetary level. Once she does, she will develop nosebleeds and will tire mentally until her powers vanish for a period of time.

Range: Her range is intergalactic, as the cosmic entity she received powers from is multiversal. She cannot handle the strain of touching minds beyond the intergalactic level.

Intelligence: Supergenius. Mystics and their sister species share a common ancestor. This species boasts highly complex intelligence, as it was their intellects that pushed them into their golden age before they vanished. The Psiforce only increases Psyyga's intellect.

  • Wind power: Jugemu is able to conjure up winds as powerful as 100km/h. The exact mechanism is not known, but it involves the pores of his skin.
  • Agility: Jugemu possesses a superhuman level of agility (through strategic use of his power at parts where his pores are least involved.

Weaknesses
  • Wind power: Jugemu suffers from intense trypophobia, and is grossed out by the mechanism of his own power, which makes him extremely unwilling to use it. He wears gloves to cover his hands so he doesn’t have to see his pores, but even so, the mere thought of enlarged holes on his hands nauseates him. As such, he only uses it sparingly, at parts of his body by which he is not grossed out.

    In addition, he is unable to cancel powerful winds; as such, if he creates too powerful a wind, the aftershock may backfire and injure him and the people around him very badly.

Brief Bio/History
Jugemu Itō was born to a former Human Union general who, having become pregnant, defected to the Octobrists. Her heavy magic use during pregnancy imbued Jugemu with a wind power from the moment he was born, for reasons that are yet unknown. Upon his birth, wishing to see him be blessed, Jugemu’s mother gave him an extremely long name filled with a long laundry list of blessings, much to his annoyance later on.

He joined the Octobrist military at the age of 15 and, showing great military prowess, was promoted rapidly. When the commander of his battalion was killed in action, Jugemu volunteered to take his place, a proposal to which General Nergüi agreed.

Brief Personality Description
Jugemu has ideals, and he is not afraid to stand by them, even if it means breaking rules. Despite his success as a commander, he has had no shortage of insubordination accusations levelled at him throughout his four years in the Octobrist army.

He is also very competent when it comes to governance and, particularly, with making inconvenient people disappear.

Brief Bio/History
Laurentis Venias was born to a peasant family in a Human Union territory, and joined the local police force at the age of 18. He worked his way slowly up the ranks, where his administrative prowess was acknowledged, and eventually, Venias became an officer in the CNR: the Human Union’s secret police apparatus.

He rose quickly up the ranks of the CNR, drenching his hands in the blood of countless political prisoners by the time he became Chairman of the CNR, a post he held for 16 years, until his ousting by Nargami Shiki. Throughout his tenure as a member of the Central Council, Venias became one of the most feared men in the entire Union. A common figure of speech for disappearance was “going on a golf trip with Venias”.

After the death of Chancellor Arzan Nimzel Amlin, Venias was removed from his position by Nargami Shiki, becoming a fugitive in the country he once terrorised from the top.

Brief Personality Description
Ruthless and cunning, Laurentis Venias will execute any order from his superiors without a shred of remorse or hesitation, eliminating enemies of the Union with deadly efficiency and accuracy. He does not express any remorse over the fact that he has the blood of 50,000 people on his hands.

However, Venias also possesses ambitions to become Chancellor of the Union, and ironically, is even willing to work with enemies of the Union to achieve that goal.

Brief Bio/History
Unlike many members of the Octobrists, Tadesse was not born in the Human Union; he was raised by elves, his parents having been exiled from the Union for apostasy. He was raised an intellectual, being granted an education in numerous Elvish arts; possessing no affinity for magic, however, Tadesse cannot use magic. His first language is Elvish Imruhi.

For 40 years, Tadesse was a vagabond, travelling the realm with nothing but his sword and seeing the world for what it was. He slowly came to harbour a greater and greater disdain for the Human Union, as he came to be aware of their wars against the elves who had raised him (even if this perception is rather one sided); as a result, he joined the Octobrists, and by the age of 60, had become one of its commanders.

Brief Personality Description
Tadesse takes pretty much anything with stoic calm, showing little to no sign of his inner conflicts and emotions; it is clear, however, that he stands firmly by his principles, and will quietly fight for them, even at great personal cost.

Commonly referred to as OFHJ, Otani & Fujinuma isn't a law firm, but is actually an independent investigation team disguised as one to avoid attracting the attention of the powerful authorities. Due to their small numbers and the oppressive atmosphere of the dystopian world from which they hail, OFHJ remains largely in the shadows, working to solve crimes only for the most trusted of clients.

Origin
A crapsack version of our world - in this world, the collapse of the Soviet Union led to an unbridled increase in corporate deregulation by the Western powers to exploit the newly-opened markets of the Eastern Bloc. By 2050, the world has once again entered a state of cold war, this time between the United States of America (which is ruled by a faceless conglomeration of three companies, Google, Apple, and Disney, with the president holding only de jure powers) and the People's Republic of China (which, while still communist in name, is essentially a puppet of Tencent and Alibaba).

86% of the world's nations are colonies (referred to as "protected territories") of either the USA or the PRC; the remaining few independent states, comprising former great powers like the UK and Russia, are struggling to even survive, and are likely to become vassals of either of the two superpowers at some point in time.

The presence of the eldritch in this world is, no doubt, a huge factor in causing the deviation of history, an effect that can be seen throughout the timeline of this version of the world. Though they lurk mostly in the shadows, the existence of monsters, poltergeists, and other horrific things has been well established, and there are agencies of magic wielders and specially-trained operatives dedicated to the eradication of these entities; conversely, there are cult groups that worship one or more of these creatures, some of which have become quite prominent. Mind uploading is common, and legend has it that there are at least five individuals whose consciousnesses have been put into supercomputers through the combined use of necromantic magic and mind-upload technology.

      The group's AI expert. One of Shoto Fujinuma's close friends and an original member of the OFHJ, Alice Dabengwa was born in Harare, Zimbabwe, but was sent to the USA at the age of two to live with her aunt after her parents' divorce, and thus, grew up in Los Angeles her whole life, studying computer science at USC (it was during this period that she built Beruka, the group's resident AI). She does not possess a third eye, but can still see corporeal eldritch creatures. She is also the group's driver, and while only possessing a car license, can drive pretty much any vehicle once she has had time to familiarise herself with the controls.
  • Gregory Hovhannesian (Armenian: Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյան, Grigor Hovhannesjan)
    • Age: 41 (born 16 February 2009, in Sacramento, CA, United States)

      The oldest of the group, Gregory Hovhannesian is the bespectacled legal expert of the OFHJ, and one of the "Caucasian Duo", the other being the significantly-younger Gregory Leonidze; to avoid confusion between the two, he is referred to as "Gregory H" or "H". Gregory Hovhannesian studied Law at the University of Columbia, and ran his own law firm from 2046 to 2048. He was blacklisted by the federal authorities after it was found that his parents, who were formerly citizens of the USSR, were affiliated with an underground communist organisation in the USA. When his parents were kidnapped by secret police working for Google, Gregory swore to get to the bottom of the matter and to find the ones responsible.
  • Gregory Leonidze (Georgian: გრიგოლი ლეონიძე, Grigoli Leonidze)
    • Age: 26 (born 20 April 2024, in Portland, OR, United States)
    • Height: 172cm
    • Weight: 59kg
      Gregory Leonidze is the magic and alchemy expert of the OFHJ. He studied English Renaissance Literature at UCLA, where he met Shoto Fujinuma and Alice Dabengwa, but only joined the OFHJ after his illegal alchemical material dealership was uncovered by Google operatives, thus making him a fugitive. He is one of the OFHJ's "Caucasian Duo", the other being the Armenian Gregory Hovhannesian, and is referred to as "Gregory L" or simply "L" to avoid confusion.
  • Beruka
    • Age: 10 (constructed in 2040)
      Beruka is the OFHJ's resident artificial intelligence, created by Alice Dabengwa in 2040, while she was studying computer science at the University of Southern California. She handles the security matters of the group, managing its firewalls and VPNs and helping it stay off the grid, away from the prying eyes of the multinational behemoths. Installed onto the phones of the other five, Beruka takes the appearance and mannerisms of a cranky, sleep-deprived, blue-haired Japanese schoolgirl; this is an inside joke between Alice and Shoto.
  • In addition to the main six, the OFHJ also employs two security guards, 72-year-old Patrick Nelson and 31-year-old Walter Waldheim, who also stay in the OFHJ's office building and take turns to watch the main entrance. Neither of them are actually part of the organisation, and they do not help in its investigations; however, both are aware of its true nature, and have sworn themselves to secrecy.

    At its founding, the OFHJ had another member: Toshihiro Otani, who lends his surname to the group's name. In 2049, however, he was arrested by Google, and died in their custody after much torture.

Description of Faction's Tech, Powers, & Abilities
Compared to organisations sponsored by one of the so-called Holy Trinity (i.e. Apple, Google, and Disney), the OFHJ is almost completely insignificant, possessing nothing close to the amount of resources boasted by a typical medium-sized firm dealing in eldritch dealings. What they lack in firepower, however, the OFHJ more than makes up for with its network of informants all across the USA and even in some parts of the Eastern Hemisphere. With the help of the AI Beruka, who helps grant them almost total anonymity, the OFHJ has been able to sneak into places into which it shouldn't have been allowed, granting them a repository of information not immediately available to the common citizen in this dystopian world.

When push comes to shove, however, the OFHJ is not toothless; it is allied to several small-time gangs in the area, their numbers reaching almost 100. These street gangs are better described as politically-motivated vigilante groups, procuring weapons from government sources to stockpile, in the hopes of one day overthrowing the troika of Google, Apple, and Disney. To that end, they have pledged their support to the OFHJ, and while they are not under the group, their leaders are loyal to the OFHJ.

Brief Bio/History*:

The Persecutors are a chapter of the Adeptus Astartes hailing from the Alvagaad in the Segmentum Obscurus and officially are listed as a Raven Guard successor chapter. However, other than the utilization of stealth, the Persecutors do not utilize tactics and strategies commonly employed by the Raven Guard, choosing instead to terror tactics and fear against their enemies.. The Persecutors also prefer to hunt traitors, heretics, and secessionists, putting them somewhat at odds with other chapters as they will often ignore calls from other Astartes chapters if there is no chaos infestation. However, whenever the taint of chaos is discovered, the Persecutors have been known to raze entire hive cities if it meant crushing possible heresy or treason.

The Persecutors also share a close bond with the Inquisition and will often accompany various inquisitorial retinues whenever the two forces are operated in the same system. The chapter also, at the behest of an inquisitor or in order to uncover further plots against the Imperium, will engage in brutal and sometimes fatal torture of any who are unlucky enough to become captives in any Persecutors vessels. Though members of the chapter do not enjoy this, they do see the utility of it and in the end, view the ends as more than a justification for the means. The chapter is possibly most famous for the brutal, yet efficient purging of their own homeworld of Alvagaad during the 35th millennium. The hive world rebelled against the Imperium when various criminal and secessionist elements managed to overthrow the ineffectual rule of the planetary governor, Lord Victor Lorthar, leading to his defacto trial and execution at the hands of the rebels. The rebels then set up a "free planetary government" and declared themselves free of Imperial rule within three months.

The Persecutors, who were campaigning against a small chaos warband, immediately returned to their homeworld and began deploying troops inside the various hive cities and set about a campaign of terror. Entire hab blocks mysteriously collapsed with no explanation, rebel leaders and other prominent traitors were displayed in public places, beaten and bloodied beyond recognition, various ammunition and storage depots would be raided with no quarter given to the garrisoning troops. All this before the Persecutors dedicated entire companies to the planet's surface, bring each hive into compliance by decimating the hive's population. This campaign lasted less time than the rebellions itself until the arrival of the Raven Guard and Death Eagle Chapters put a stop to it. When both chapters arrived, they were shocked to find crucifixes littering the walls of the various hive cities as well as the acrid smell of burnt flesh. When confronted about the atrocities, the Chapter Master, Maesser Gros, justified his actions with the idea of because of the swiftness and brutality of the conflict and punishment, there was no chance the population would rebel again.

He has turquoise markings on his skin, a dark blue goatee and his hair is light azure blue fire. He has light blue eyes, and stands at about 180, sporting an athletic physique.
Powers & Abilities: Cicero can shapeshift his limbs into melee weapons, or cannons to fire his own energy out of them. He has the ability of flight by forcing energy out of his palms or feet, and is a skilled hand to hand combatant, and so tends to rely on his hands more than his shapeshifting in combat. It is possible for him to possess electronics and other Adelians. He can also shapeshift into different types of melee weapons, although he rarely does. He has enhanced flight speed, strength, and durability
Weaknesses: Due to physical trauma from the explosion, Cicero can be clumsy, and he has trouble reaching even half of his physical ability currently. In fact, he went through extensive therapy on Planet Telos to regain movement in his lower body because he had formerly been partially paralyzed. He struggles with shapeshifting, and due to the explosion he experienced, Cicero is half deaf and not cannot sense attacks coming from the right auditorily, since he is deaf in his right ear. Like his son, Cicero has unconditional compassion for others, and so tends to be easily swayed into putting himself in danger for others, which can be exploited by an opponent.

Brief Bio/History*: (This is actually partially non-canon, but a headcanon based on canon evidence) Cicero was the former guardian of Adeli, and on the day of the planet’s collapse, he was escorting an evacuation ship when the mass explosion occurred, and it sent him hurtling into space. Eventually he was found by a jet pilot from Telos, and nursed back to health by a few residents of the planet. Along with his miraculous survival of the event came a slew of physical ailments that accompanied the trauma he experienced-partial paralysis and partial deafness, as well as loss of fine motor skills. He slowly regained his strength with physical therapy, and when he was well enough, set out to find his son and other remaining Adelinas. He remembered one destination they were sent to-a planet near Earth, and so he set out on a journey to find his people:
Brief Personality Description*: Like his son, the current guardian of Adeli, Cicero has unconditional compassion for others, no matter if they are his own people or not. He is also loyal, somewhat brash, and has an anxious side which causes him to worry about stuff frequently. He can come off as a bit neurotic at times as a result. Despite his abilities, his greatest weakness may be his gullibility and anxious nature which hinders him from action in crucial situations.
