Fascist Republic Of Bermuda wrote:So a couple of char apps for my faction:Name: Margit von Breitnier
Origin: Warhammer 40,000 (OC)
Gender: Female
Age: 75
Species: Human
Appearance: Juvenant Treatments are amazing things, no?
Powers & Abilities: Born commander. Amazing fencer. Has a prosthetic arm after a close call with an Ork.
Weaknesses: Has no time for the mutant or the alien, and will dismiss them and their opinions outright (even if they are technically “allied”). Suffers not the heretic to live. Underestimates “commoners” while overestimating “nobility”. Is pretty much a normal human physically, prosthetic arm notwithstanding, and regular squishy humans aren’t exactly tough.
Attack Potency: Athlete (organic fist), Street (prosthetic fist), Wall (bolt pistol), Building Level (power sword)
Speed: Athletic Human
Lifting Strength: Peak Human
Striking Strength: Athlete (organic fist), Street (prosthetic fist)
Durability: Street level
Stamina: High; she’s in excellent shape and has fought for decades.
Range: Standard melee range (fists), hundreds of meters (bolt pistol)
Intelligence: Gifted (Tactics, Strategy)
Equipment on Hand:Brief Bio/History*: Raised to a family of military aristocracy on the militaristic planet of Wulk, Margit von Breitnier was quite literally born to lead. Raised to use a saber since she could hold one, she was the best fencer from her pre-school all the way to the military academy on the jungle moon of Wulk V. This status, combined with her tactical aptitude, earned her a prestigious command as the leader of a platoon of the 4th Wulk Grenadiers. The deployment of the 4th Wulk Grenadiers against WAAAGH! Facegutta is where she earned her claim to fame. After no less than 2 decades of both sides throwing offensives at each other to little effect, she led her company (she had been promoted) on foot through a swamp the Ork forces knew Imperial vehicles could not traverse. The Orks were not expecting this, and, amongst cries of “DA ZOGGIN’ CHEATIN’ ‘UMIE GITZ!” the Ork camp’s air defenses were destroyed, and Warboss Facegutta met his end, blown to pieces by Marauder bombers. Without their Warboss, the Orks scattered, allowing the Imperial Navy to isolate and destroy most of the remainder through superior airpower. As it happens, Margit had lost her arm while assaulting the Ork camp. This netted her a promotion to Major (and a bucketful of medals) for her bravery. After the defeat of WAAAGH! Facegutta, the 4th Wulk was deployed to defend Cadia against the forces of Abaddon’s 13th Black Crusade. The 4th Wulk was decimated two year prior to the fall of Cadia, and returned to Wulk to get fresh recruits. However, with the fall of Cadia, the need for troops skyrocketed. Von Breitnier was initially assigned command of the newly-created 352nd Wulk Storm Grenadier Regiment. When other planets in the sub-sector raised their own new regiments of troops, she was granted the nominal command of the combined battlegroup until somebody of higher authority takes control, presumably when Battlegroup Coronet reached the Indomitus Crusade. With the command, she was promoted to General.
- Swagger Stick: This is important.
- Bolt Pistol: It fires rocket-assisted projectiles that explode after penetration. Always good for a BLAM.
- Power Sword: It’s a sword, but powered. Has a hazy, blue-coloured field of energy around the blade. Capable of disrupting the molecular bonds of matter when it strikes.
- Dress Uniform: Swanky, stylish, and, due to fibers woven into it, is as strong as the flak armor worn by her troops.
- Carapace Armor: For when style needs to take a backseat to protection.
Brief Personality Description*: A galavanting military aristocrat, von Breitnier believes that war is the greatest thing since the God-Emperor. She prefers to be in the thick of things, often leading her men on planned little tangents of heroic adventure... right into enemy lines. This either ends in a glorious victory or a bloody massacre, but von Breitnier never dwells on the defeats as often as the victories. Has a disdain for the "lowborn" and those who think war is hell.Name: Adel Bengtsson
Origin: Warhammer 40k (OC)
Gender: Female
Age: 43
Species: Genestealer Hybrid
Appearance: The Inquisitor.
Powers & Abilities: As a genestealer hybrid, she’s substantially stronger, tougher, and faster than a regular human. While not a psyker per se, she does have some degree of psychic resistance. She’s far more… “accepting” (in the loosest sense) of aliens and mutants than most of her peers (trust me, that’s worthy of being an ability for the Imperium of Man)
Weaknesses: Trusts nobody past a very small circle of people. The forces she travels with would probably kill her in a large number of horrific ways if they knew she was a Xenos hybrid. No conceivable way she could pass for a normal human for anything but the briefest glance.
Attack Potency: Wall (melee), Large Building (Plasma Pistol)
Speed: Peak Human sprinting speed, Subsonic reaction speed
Lifting Strength: Peak Human
Striking Strength: Street level
Durability: Street level (without power armor), Small Building Level (with armor)
Stamina: Very high; being a hybrid and being well-conditioned puts her condition slightly above peak human stamina.
Range: Standard melee range, Hundreds of meters (plasma pistol)
Intelligence: Gifted (instincts, knowledge of 40k aliens)
Equipment on Hand:Brief Bio/History*: Adel Bengtsson was born to a genestealer cult- an offshoot of the Cult of the Four-Armed Emperor- on the planet Weyland V in Hive CDXXVI. The cult had wormed itself into a position of religious prominence in the hive, into the local Ecclesiarchy. The cult preached that the Emperor was displeased with the state of the Imperium, and was sending a Great Devourer to purify the galaxy of the wicked. Naturally, this quickly attracted the attention of the Inquisition. The cult, while certainly in a good position, was rather small considering, and was relatively easily purged by a group of Sisters of Battle loaned from a nearby Shrine World and led by Ordos Xenos Lord Inquisitor Wei Yutani. Now, Adel Bengtsson’s life would have been rather short indeed, struck down for being a half-Xenos abomination by the Lord Inquisitor. But before he Lord Inquisitor could kill the baby, he was halted by a vision. The vision convinced him to take the child to be reared as an Inquisitor. This, rather obviously, led quickly to his being branded a Radical. While his position ensured his life, the same could not be said of those of willing to work with him- his resources quickly dried up, with the lone exception of one man- An Inquisitor Gongi. After a decade under Yutani’s care alone, Adel was given to Gongi as an acolyte for a “field test”. They would serve together for three decades to come, fighting the Xenos threat wherever it appeared, including halting a Traitor Knight Household on Horkos that had collaborated with the Dark Eldar. 15 years after resolving the conflict on Horkos, Inquisitor Gongi met his end. Not on the field of battle, but at a formal dinner with several other Inquisitors: a devious conspiracy to kill the little gang of Radicals. In the ensuing melee after Gongi fell, all of the other Inquisitors were torn to shreds by a panicked Adel. Lord Inquisitor Yutani rushed to cover it up, citing her as a hero for dealing with the heretical killers of Gongi and ensuring her quiet (but nonetheless incredibly controversial) promotion to Inquisitor. After this, the new Inquisitor took to keeping herself out of sight, relying instead on her most trusted acoyolates, cogitators, and servo skulls to contact the world.
- Plasma Pistol: It superheats gases into plasma to rip through armor.
- Chainsword: A chainsaw that is also a sword.
- Inquisitorial Rosette: It marks her status as a member of His Holy Inquisition. No good Inquisitor leaves home without it.
- Ignatus pattern Power Armor: It’s like armor. But powered. And for the Inquisition.
- Inquisitorial Servo Skull- Her main means of communication, since she rarely goes out for rather self-evident reasons.
Brief Personality Description*: In contrast to her far more... extroverted Ordos Hereticus counterpart, Bengtsson prefers to see her plans enacted from behind the scenes. Paranoid by nature, she really does not like being thrust into the spotlight. Perhaps ironically, she is terrified of Tyranids and psychic hive-minds in general, and will generally get as far away from said thing as possible, the result of a deep-rooted fear of being a sleeper agent.

Appearance: Taken during Fifth Containment Breach
Powers & Abilities:Weaknesses:
- Staggeringly High Resilience: For unknown reasons, SCP-682 has a resilience and regenerative capability outclassing any other life form the Foundation has witnessed, regenerating even from small samples of tissue over the period of weeks or months. The Foundation has even gone so far as to note it as 'not “alive” in a way that is currently understood'. Nothing short of throwing it into the sun or setting an atomic bomb off next it 682 will kill it, and as validly feared by Foundation researchers, even that may not kill 682.
- Feeding: The seemingly supernatural affinity to consume and digest anything, either organic or otherwise, proves to be a connection to it's capacity to regenerate anything but the harshest conditions.
- Darwinian Shapeshifting: 682's capacity to survive is also attributed to it's capacity to shapeshift portions of itself to better suit a given situation, ranging from developing bulletproof eyelids to avoid them being shot out, to adapting an ability from other 'anomalous beings' for a limited time, even changing between organic and inorganic as necessary.
Attack Potency: High 8-C
- Despite the sheer speed of his regeneration, it can only work if he's eaten enough mass to replace that which is removed. The same goes with his shapeshifting, he can only use mass to create and adaption, he cannot make one out of thin air without removing mass from elsewhere on himself. Otherwise it continues at a rather slow rate.
- His shapeshifting is somewhat of a learning exercise. In order to truly learn how to adapt to something, he must first see it in action, either through usage on something else within visual, and auditory range, or even upon himself.
- Outpacing his capability to regenerate is a good way to either nullify it or outright reverse it. As is the case with a sifficiently powerful acid being able to create a balance of damage and regeneration as to keep 682 incapacitated. It is noted, that 682 can use an acid's mass he absorbs to regenerate, though it is quickly stripped away again by said acid.
Speed: Peak Human
Lifting Strength: Superhuman Class 100
Striking Strength: Large Building Class
Durability: Solar System Level
Stamina: Extremely High: Due to an extremely rapid regenerative capability, there is almost no muscle fatigue present, and no loss of stamina, even with a recorded 87% of 682's body either destroyed or rotted away.
Range: 28 meters at base standard.
Intelligence: Extremely High: Known to be an incredibly fast learner, and is known to choose adaptions at will, showing very adept in absorbing given information.
Equipment on Hand: N/A
Brief Bio/History*: SCP-682 came into Foundation hands after an altercation in a small village within the borders of the Central African Republic (then the Central African EMpire) in late 1978. After that point 682 has remained in containment by The Foundation for the most part, only managing to escape containment six separate times. Though his most recent attempt has resulted in an outcome not even he could see happening.
Brief Personality Description*: SCP-682 is known to have an irredeemable hatred for all of humanity. Only one case of him not immediately going into a rage at the sight of a human has been recorded, and said case was another anomalous entity. Has a severe case of arrogance.

SCP foundation is an awesome series and we are willing to allow SCPs themselves as characters but not this one. His regeneation and adaptability would make it difficult if not impossible for lone characters or even some factions to deal with properly and even than his past feats with his adaptability would still cause issues for the factions that can deal with him.

Biography: Avarice was born to Tiamat, a universe created by Echo in order to destroy its rivals (universes it was jealous of). Tiamat consumed many worlds, and brought their inhabitants within itself. Avarice lived as a mere internal manifestation of Tiamat’s hunger, like an alter-ego trapped within its own psyche. She was just a consciousness at first, with no way to observe or interact with the world; but billions of years allowed her to learn how to exist, how to forge a body, how to think and act. Just as she was learning to be alive, Tiamat was destroyed, and she was ejected into a nearby universe. She spent weeks rampaging across the stars of other universes, killing indiscriminately, experimenting with matter and life in methodical and destructive ways. She learnt to be a human. How to talk. How to breathe, and how to speak. By the time she learned how to moralise, her actions had made her a sociopathic villain to several realities, filled with the dead, the eaten and the enraged.
Valerian, knowing of her actions, believed that she had killed his family; however, in truth, Echo created him and wrote these memories into him. He hunted her for months (from his perspective), chasing her and cleaning up behind her. She left messes, dead heroes, dead planets, and he saw it all. He cleaned up after every dark deed she committed. And then, she learned to empathise. Not entirely. But a tiny spark of empathy lit up inside her. And that, was when she was sent away.
Avarice has only existed for 50 days. Her original home dimension, Tiamat, was a devouring space, that consumed other universes with wild abandon. As such, Avarice was formed as the 'subconscious' of Tiamat. They existed inside Tiamat, and began as nothing more than a concept. They started off not having a body, knowing literally nothing. After a few trillion years, fluctuations accidentally gave them the ability to think. A few billion years later, they taught themselves how to learn (time inside Tiamat was entirely non-linear). It took a few trillion years of trying, but Avarice was able to learn how to observe the world around them, even without a body; becoming a being of pure quantum information, and observing the entire universe with omniscience.
A few years later though, their omniscient gaze began to fall upon sentient minds that Tiamat was consuming. Billions of people and animals fell into the hungry universe, and so Avarice spent another million years learning to physically interact with the universe. All of this so far, by the way, only occurred because of random fluctuations in spacetime. It was all by chance, not by choice. But, now Tiamat knew how to affect reality around them. So, they forced themselves into existence, creating a body in the shape of a female human that happened to fall into Tiamat. They forced themselves a little too far into existence though, permanently binding themselves to the body they'd created. But, at the same time, since they were such a physical presence, they were now immortal; since dying would require someone to remove their existence. Their sheer power of existence is where their regeneration comes from.
Avarice still didn't know even the most basic things that people take for granted though. Like how to exist. How to follow natural laws. How to only 'exist' in one moment, and not simultaneously across several thousand different time periods at the same time.
Avarice spent countless aeons inside that body. Their thoughts were what shaped reality (since they were essentially Tiamat's subconscious), and so, they had to extrapolate the laws of physics from the way the body worked. Soon thereafter, they learned how to follow the laws of physics. And thus, they became 'real'. Avarice literally didn't even know how to use their new brain, and so had to spend another few million years teaching themselves how to interface with the nerves. Then, another thousand learning to move each individual limb. Still, if a baby can do it, so can a nigh omniscient god, right?
Then, Avarice spent a couple thousand years wandering the inside of Tiamat. After a few millennia looking at rocks and weaponry, and learning all about the 'implied world' out there (and learning to socialise without ever meeting a single living person by reading books and playing games), they were tossed into the next universe upon Tiamat's death.
Their first thirty days were spent killing, eating and dissecting whatever they came across for information and food, since they hadn't learned to moralise or feel sympathy. She killed a lot of people, and earned the ire of billions. The next twenty were spent running from Valerian, who'd taken it upon himself to hunt her down and kill her (for obvious reasons). At the fifty day mark, while she and Valerian were duelling in a world where she'd thoroughly fucked the laws of physics themselves, she was sent to the mountain, and Valerian was sent to Traverse Town.
Tl;dr: Avarice is an eldritch being of pure information who's written solidly into reality, and is still learning the basics about existing. She's still to learn how to moralise, how to properly empathise, and how to have the body of a regular human. Her lack of knowledge on human anatomy is why her organs are placed so haphazardly, and why her eyes are so strange. Eventually though, she'll learn to rise beyond her 'human' limitations, and gain additional abilities relating to spacetime.

They saw life as special, and cherished every moment of it, and the two fell in love, married, and Skylar soon became pregnant. But nothing stays happy in their world for long, and on a usual drive to the city, Skylar began to go into labor early. Having lived in a farm on the outskirts of the countryside, they were caught unprepared and Skylar was forced to give birth in the outdoors. Without the proper medical equipment, Skylar passed away shortly after giving birth to her daughter, Hope. Simon, despite being a single, widowed father, proved to be a great parent, and Hope turned into the perfect daughter, as well the spitting image of her mother, and the two shared a close bond that made them each other's best friends. But there was always something...off about the family, and it was definitely because of the fact that Skylar was anchored to the world, more specifically, anchored as a wraith to her family.
She constantly visited her family, to the point she was bound to them and Simon and Hope could see her at all times, despite her being virtually invisible to everyone else. But despite the oddness of the family, nothing else was truly strange about them despite their unusual happiness and optimism...until a young Hope was stricken with hereditary cancer Simon had unknowingly passed down to her. As she laid dying on the hospital bed, a grief stricken Simon abandoned her, feeling as if he was going to responsible for being the death of his daughter, less than ten years after his wife died, whose death he also blamed on himself. Skylar was absolutely infuriated, and convinced Simon to go back to stand by his daughter's side, whether or not she died. Miraculously, Hope made a complete recovery, with her cancer going into remission before disappearing completely.
But things were never truly the same after that...because Skylar was unknowingly manipulating her family, whom she was tied to, and she loved completely. Simon and Hope didn't mind of course, finding it wonderful that Skylar was still with them. Shortly after Hope graduated, there was an incident where gangbangers attempted to kill Simon, and then kidnap and rape Hope. Skylar of course violently and horrifically murdered them, and dealt with the bodies. The family then decided to leave town after Skylar claimed "She was being watched" both by her darker side and a group she was positive knew about her existence. The family then left to travel the world, with Skylar supercharging Simon and Hope's emotions to be incredibly optimistic and happy about life, to enjoy every detail of the wonders they saw and the people they met. An unfortunate side effect was that Simon and Hope entered a romantic and consensual relationship with each other, to Skylar's approval. And it is on their journey that they happened to stop at a town called Branhwrn, unaware of the horrific murders plaguing the town.
Description of Faction's Tech, Powers, & Abilities:Simon and hope have nothing but the clothes on their back, an SUV, a tent, travel equipment, lots of food and water, and a fuckton of currency to be used in their travels across the world. While they are very healthy and in shape, they are hardly superhuman, and very pacifist in nature. Skylar on the other hand, is a Wraith, and possesses a variety of powers, but only when she is nearby her family. If Simon or Hope are in danger, she can use these abilities to their fullest and most lethal extent, but she can rarely use them by herself for most reasons, and several abilities overlap each other. These are all the abilities she can use, but it is unlikely she will use most of them, as she has no reason to. If anything is off, ask Naval Monte about it, I got my information about wraith abilities from him)
Moliate:The ability to change her corpus. AKA, how she looks as a wraith.
Inhabit:The ability to manipulate and control technology. Small things mainly, such as lights, toasters, and fans, but when endangered can effect larger devices such as guns and cars. (I think
Puppetry: The ability to posses a living person. She uses this almost exclusively on her family in order to be in the real world, but she would also use it on anybody threatening her family. Those are the only two circumstances she wishes to use this ability. She can use this to heal her family from wounds and disease, to create temporary anchors, and to effect the anchors of other specters to help them regain their humanity.
Outrage:The ability to be a poltergeist, basically.
Embody:She can make her presence in the Skinlands(Our world) known, and can interact with the living while looking as a human, and essentially having the form of one. She uses this to walk alongside her family to be appear human.
Keening:The power to manipulate emotion through sounds. She uses this almost exclusively to sing and make Simon and Hope happpy.
Phantasm: The power to manipulate dreams and create illusions.
Lifeweb:It allows Skylar to watch over and strengthen her Anchors(Simon and Hope) and connect then, allowing them to easily see and hear at her virtually all times. It can also effect the Anchors of other wraiths.
Flux:The power to affect the structure and reaction of living matter in the world of the living.
Pandemonium:It's basically Outrage but more along the lines of Hauntings instead of Poltergeist-ism.

I wish to apply this App for Secrets of the Raven, and if there is anything wrong with it that needs to be changed and/or corrected, please let me know.
Firstly, "Origin" refers to the verse they are from (i.e. Pokemon, Undertale, Marvel, Original/OC, etc), not their backstory. But, it is nice that you typed out a backstory.
Second, I want to make it clear that there shouldn't be any 4th wall breaking; I'm not sure how Embody works, but if by Our World, you mean that it can allow 4th wall breaks, then that will have to be removed.
Aside from that, everything looks good.

Jraden wrote:My bad. I corrected it and put Gnosis into their origin, as that's the world they appear in. So they basically live in the same world as Secrets Of The Raven. And I have no intention of fourth wall breaking.
