Mythos: Filipino, with a couple twists and additions
Powers / Abilities / Domains / Gear: Shapeshifting, sort of--during the day she looks like any other woman, but at night she'll shift into a form that is better suited to hunting. Her favorite forms to take for this purpose are canine, porcine, and avian--all large, black, and with glowing red eyes. The bird form is capable of flying low without flapping its wings or making any sound. She can also take a more humanoid form--thin enough to hide itself behind a bamboo post, with backwards feet--often seen crawling a la Saeki Kayako. All of these forms possess long, prehensile tongues. During the night, she also gains superhuman strength, speed, and agility. She can eat absolutely anything, even indigestible or toxic materials, and despite the fact that she can be seen eating almost constantly, she never seems to gain any weight. She's capable of throwing her voice. She also heals quickly from most conventional wounds--the ways to stop her are with garlic, salt and religious artifacts/weapon, a whip made from a stingray's tail, and decapitation.
When it comes to 'gear'... she has four human servants that do her bidding. They are armed with conventional weaponry, for the defense of their mistress--not that she often needs it.

Mythical Origin: She's an aswang. I can't find any real origins for them, except origins for the
legend.
Personality:
In all seriousness, though, she's strong-willed and hedonistic. Her biggest source of pleasure is found in eating, even beyond physical passion--though she doesn't mind that at all. Food is at the center of her life--when she's happy, she indulges herself by eating. When she's sad, she comforts herself by eating. Her appetite has no boundaries at all, and she'll eat absolutely anything--though her favorite food is human flesh, and in that her favorite is small children or even those as yet unborn. To that end, she can be completely inconsiderate and even malicious in pursuit of her desires. However, that's not to say that she can't form relationships with others--if they can keep from being eaten long enough.
She's quite a calm person, unshakable in most situations--the thing that upsets her most is being unable to feed her near-endless hunger. She's generally cheerful unless she's denied sustenance, in which case she can become extremely angry and violent. She's also somewhat attached to her four servants, though, due to their different nature, seeing them more like a farmer would see one of his animals--a lesser being, useful, but most likely to be eaten when that usefulness comes to an end.
