Brief history of your nation: The order stems from a planet which in its later years was ruled by a cult like group obsessed with "spheres", that be planets. It is unknown why the have this obsession but it has let to them convert theirs into their first world ship and many others followed. They are also looking for more suitable planets to convert and once they found earth they knew they'd hit the jackpot.
Primary species: Similar to regular humans although blue eyes are more common.
Description of technologies: Ring worlds, planet harvesting tech, antimatter, magnetic disruption shields, teleports, FTL travel.
Standard weaponry description: Antimatter weapons (cannons, sidearms and rockets), planet harvesting tech, railguns.
standard ship description: The genesis is a mobile planet three quarters the size of earth. It's resources have been completely exhausted and only docking bays and a few other building exist on it. It is surrounded by a ring world where most of the "crew" lives along with the habitation. Other ships are long rectangles with a pyramid shaped incline at the back for the thruster.
Goal on Earth: To harvest the Earth and eventully convert it into another world ship. The inhabits are free to join us if they like.

They'll keep to themselves and stay away from politics. But do keep in mind that Pallidans are autocratic and slightly arrogant to some extent given their advanced educations and technology.

Basically, they're high-class/noble-esque and technologically advanced people in layman terms.

It's without a doubt the UCSR's group here will try to influence local politics to a significant degree once time allows it. While we won't admit it too openly, we find the current state of Earth rather repugnant (with all the nationalism, mass inequality, poverty, etc). Unlike y'all, Earth carries special symbolic meaning to us (even if it is an alt Earth) and being humans, we see it only natural to help our own kind. We probably will still suffer from the whole "superiority complex" thing, if only because the tech and social differences are so vast.

That being said, the crew of the UNS October Revolution will still do their best to work on "mostly even" ground with their earthly counterparts.

That makes total sense actually, because the crew of the UNS October Revolution are humans after all. The Pallidans may not be entirely human, but the one noble thing they'll do before heading back home is advancing humanity's technologies. That's just enough where humanity could defend itself against extra-terrestrial threats from Earth and the other planets (terraformed Venus, Mars, and other moons in the future), make a basic warp drive jump to the nearest star system and back multiple times, and prove that it could sustain itself as a united species before the Pallidans permanently head back home - that is after refueling on quantium.

Now, my secondary long term plans will begin quite soon. The long term reform of human society is a must.

Nation's history: The history of Greece was the same as IRL, until 1985. When Premier Popov became the leader of USSR, he started to fund secret communist movements in Greece, having the KGB to plan it. The plan was then carried on 1991, with the president at that time being targeted for an assassination by a Greek communists group. The president survived, and the group was soon found out and destroyed.

The members were the interrogated, and they revealed the whole Soviet operation to the Greeks. The surviving president soon declared a purge of the radical Communist factions within Greece. The police and special force were given the permission to launch raids against suspected communists and the whole operation was supported by NATO. They soon managed to purge the radical Communist groups, though some members managed to escape to Warsaw Pact nations. This turn of event caused the Warsaw Pact to be hostile toward Greece, stationing soldiers on Bulgaria, on Bulgaria's border with Greece, and the Greeks to ask help from NATO.

NATO soon gave Greece fundings to develop the nation, especially it's military and the industry relating to it, though some of the money also went to other sectors. This allowed Greece to develop economically, as well as militarily. Standard of life, as well as prosperity improved. This spiked again when Premier Khruschev was selected to be the premier, and started espionage operations toward Greece. This combination allowed Greece to had more jobs and thus, lower youth unemployment. Greece also didn't suffer a debt crisis. Now, the current president wished to turn Greece into a cultural and economic enter of the world, as well as defending Greece from Warsaw Pact and communism, sometimes through any means necessary.

However, if you want to play it off as you just recently being able to into galactic contender, and thus is largely "undiscovered", I can roll with that too.

Hm. To be fair, I think contacting any outsiders would be pointless- Lab’s canon is that the people entering the system are using their last reserves of FTL fuel. So no reinforcements for anyone without seizing large amounts of Quantium.
