The King is giving a task to the Dragon-Kin, you could just have your char come late to the meeting.

Because in theory the idea isn't bad. Appeal to the greed of the lesser dragons, get them to help, and then quickly get away while they fight each other for the new positions.

It's all about thinking both inside and outside the box simultaneously. You must take all factors into consideration, including what you can not see... Not everyone is capable of it.

Judging from how much I fail at pretty much every strategy game I've ever tried, I'd say I'm firmly in the 'not' category. Unless it's really obvious.

I probably have some sort of record for most games of Risk failed miserably.

So yeah, my characters will just stand back and let the rest of you talk strategy... just imagine that they're nodding with interest at all the good ideas... stuff like that.

It is the board game from Hell. At least in my opinion.

That might just be because I consistently get thrashed at it.
