Primary Ability:
Large Scale Weather Manipulation - She is able to create large scale weather changes, making anything from a snowstorm to a sandstorm to a monsoon in minutes or even just lowering or raising the temperature a few degrees. It takes a while to build up, but the more powerful the weather gets the more powerful she gets. This is her most powerful ability and on its own is dangerous, but she has powers she can use in conjunction with this. If she is knocked out or killed the weather will continue as weather normally would in the situation. Her power is limited in that it is far more difficult to create a blizzard in a desert than it is in Siberia, and when creating rain the water can multiply itself but has to have a base amount to come from. Additionally, the storm provides the same disadvantages to her allies as it does to her enemies.
Other Abilities:
A Note On These Abilities: While her storms can span potentially up to hundreds of kilometres, her more precise powers have a hard limit of less than half a kilometre, with them weakening as they get closer to that limit. For her water and electricity abilities, she can only use what has been generated by her storms.
- Hydrokinesis: She is only able to utilise water that she has created with her weather abilities, and she can only use them in more broad ways. She cannot make very defined shapes with the water and to make it strike hard she has to make it build up momentum. This power also allows her to not get wet unless she wants to. She cannot turn water into ice either, unless she changes the temperature and turns her entire storm into a blizzard which is hard to do on short notice.
- Electrokinesis: She is able to draw on the available energy of her storms to manipulate the electricity. This takes a while to build up, however, and once she has used it she does not control where it goes. The more broadly she uses the power, like simply moving the electricity to a general area and unleashing it, can create powerful bolts of lighting. But more fine control, like specifying a specific person, is far less lethal and has about the strength of a taser.
- Air Manipulation: This power does not have much fine control, but she can localise great gusts of wind, and the closer it gets to her the more fine control she has. This allows her to fly and create a pseudo-force field out of wind. It can't take impacts with a lot of momentum, but it can deflect things like bullets.

Biography:
Heather was adopted to a happy family in Vancouver, with two mothers and a brother from one of her mothers' previous marriages to her "Uncle" Scott. She was raised happy and healthy, did well in school, played football, and lived a typical life for the child of a gynaecologist and a lawyer. She continued this way until she was 14, when she decided to be a typical teenage rebel, listening to loud music and not talking to her parents. She spent more time with her friends and liked to go with them out to the beaches on the weekends, soaking in the cool breezes and rocky shores . . . among other things. That is, until one weekend with her boyfriend went horribly wrong.
She was 16 then and he was her first boyfriend, the best friend of the girl who set up the weekend camping trips that brought them to the shore. They had been dating for three months but he seemed different for the past week, and it got worse on the trip. The entire time they spent in the woods with their friends he would stare at her strangely and barely spoke to her. Then when everyone went to their respective tents that night, he crawled into hers. He told her that he wanted to have sex, that she was his girlfriend and owed it to him to "put out". When Heather refused he simply grabbed her and began to kiss her, with her struggling underneath him. A wind began to pick up. He grabbed her hands and forced them above her head while fumbling to remove her shirt with one hand. A hard rain began to pour. He unclasped her bra. Thunder rumbled. He began to unbutton his pants. Suddenly a fierce gust of wind blew between him and her, ripping the tent in half with its force as he flew almost to the treetops and came crashing down, caught several metres up in a pine tree, clinging to the branch like a kitten on a motivational poster. Heather gathered up her clothes and fled into the woods to the next clearing where her friend has set up her tent. As she ran Heather realised that a sort of energy seemed to be flowing in her, there was a buzzing in her head that hadn't been there before. She could feel the wind speed and how the rain was coming down in sheets, drilling down faster with the beat of her heart. On a whim she threw out her hands and much to her surprise a blast of air echoed out and tore several small bushes straight out of the ground. That night she discovered her powers and later got her ex arrested for attempted rape. He is currently in jail.
Two years later and here she is, being recruited by the Cadet program after she became a public hero last year. Since she began to operate not a single unwanted typhoon, monsoon, tornado, hurricane, tsunami, or otherwise weather related event had happened in North America without her there to stop or weaken it. However, even with her powers she never feels truly safe, always afraid of what's around the next corner . . . or rather, who could be around the next corner.

Personality: Nev is a very quiet person most of the time, unless he's really ticked off or he has some threats or information to spill. He is very smart however, and needs to be to manipulate people like the way he does. He's also very secretive, and refuses to tell anyone about his life, except for his name and what he can do if someone were to mess with him.
Biography: Born literally in the middle of Nowhere, Oklahoma, Nev was hit with a slew of problems in his life, from being bullied for his weakness to ruining one relationship after another simply because he couldn't feel affection, which was later diagnosed as sociopathy. On top of all that, he was the most gullible person in town, countless times he'd be tricked into doing something to become popular, only to have it exposed and him humiliated. That all began to change when Nev got his first computer however, and realized his innate ability with electronics. He wanted revenge, and he was gonna get it, hacking his way into electronic after electronic, discovering and exposing secrets for the world to see. Anyone who tried to mess with him were later met with their secrets plastered all over social media, to the point where several people had committed suicide to escape the humiliation, and all Nev felt was the joy of seeing them pay. After some time, he came upon the Collection, a group who shared his views, and decided to join their cause.

Equipment: Blowtorch, wrench, pliers, crowbar, nailgun, 30-shot doubleaction revolver, zero-point energy gloves, welding goggles with heat vision, and a steel construction helmet
Primary Ability: While other heros can fly or lift buildings, Conagher's ability is his extreme human intelligence. Such power could be used for anything as he could become a cut-throat politician or a military general but instead, Conagher took interest in construction and robotic engineering. Give him enough time and materials and he could build a miniture robot army, factory plant, and a myriad of gadgets that would serve his every demand. His father did joke that Conegher would take over the world with a robot army when Conagher graduated from a Texas university with 16 PHDs in science, physics, and mechnaical enginneering.
Other Abilities: He could build robot limbs for amputated patients even though his effort is crude and inexperienced for medical practices.

Personality: Eager, imaginative, trustworthy, and stubborn
Biography: Born out of a Shakspearean tale between a lowly consturction worker and his overseer who had a PHD in military robotic engineering. His mother always believed that Conagher was destined for greatness while his father wanted him to live his own happy future. Very quickly when they realize that their son was a boy genius when Conagher read his mother's notebook detailing her math equations and was using his father's welding tools to make himself a baby cart. How overjoyed his mother was and how quickly flabbgasted his father had become when their child could recite the first 40 numbers of Pi when all the other babies were beginning their first day of preschool. Conagher's dad had to request for mental assistance in order to make sure he wasn't going insane when the 2-year-old baby Conagher successfully spotted and corrected all the architecture errors of his bluepirnts for a skyscraper.
Due to his high IQ, Conagher never experienced middle school as he attended highschool at age 6 before getting a scholarship to a engineering university when he reached 10 years old. For the next four years, he have aced all his classes with inimpeachable results. He got his 16 PHD degress on his 16th birthday and came back to Kid Valley to show his parents. He would no doubt spent some time there renovating and innovating the entire city to be the most technologly advanced in the US if it weren't for the invintation to join the Cadet program.

Personality: She is bright, fun, and flirtatious when it comes down to it, doing her best to enjoy the time she has in the free world, occasionally falling to the worries of her daily life. But, in the field, she quickly becomes the walking weapon she was built to be.
Biography: She is a genetically engineered weapon, designed to track, kill and leave no trace of their presence. To improve endurance, overall power, and response from his neurological enhancements, her limbs were replaced with advanced prosthetic counterparts. Thanks to this, even with her smaller body, she remained able to wield and handle larger weapons, while remaining more resistant to the elements. Training was harsh, cold, and left her hardened and disciplined in difficult situations. She responds well to authority, primarily acting only on orders given by superiors. Along with this, her loyalty remains unbreakable through even harsh torture, as she refused to crack after even weeks of agony.
Now she resides with a group of Heroes, growing in popularity. This is thanks to her cute, girly appearance, and bright personality.

Primary Ability: Solarian Biology, the source of most of Peter's powers. Peter's powers stem from the Olympus gene, a genetic anomaly originating in 1940s Greece and is becoming increasingly common amongst the populace. Though the Greeks have adopted a policy of test and kill young, due to the devestation the first generation of Olympians caused, the rare occurence of someone being born with the gene outside of Greece has resulted in multiple countries inviting them to act as a super soldier or something similar. Olympian abilities vary strongly from person to person, but tend to be focused around some part of the natrual world. For Peter, his powers stem from the sun. His cells create energy through miniature fusion reactions, and his biology has become that of a star given life. His natrual body temperature is close to as hot as the surface of the sun, though he is able to control it through mental focus. In addition, he is able to use these changes to perfrom numerous other abilities. The major limiting factor with these powers is that he is forced to wear his atomic harness, a device that absorbs excess energy. While this Harness prevents Peter from reaching anywhere even close to his true power, it prevents his powers from growing out of control, which would not only kill Peter, but potentially cause a nuclear blast.
Other Abilities: Flight: Peter is able to fly by being able to change his density while releasing energy as a form of thrust. It's a very basic technique though that he just discovered
Fusion Beams: Peter is able to expulse excess energy into beams similar to lasers.
Healing Factor: Peter can regenerate parts of his body, though it take immese effort for some things, like regrowing a limb. If his brain function is cut though, he dies.

PERSONAL
Personality: Cocky and Arrogant, but also loyal to a fault for people who treat him well. Peter is typically found training and focusing his abilities, trying to eventually free himself of the harness he sees as a limit to his freedom. While he does take moments to stop and flirt with some of the female members of the Cadets, as well as play pranks, he is often working himself into exhaustion to try and master his powers.
Biography: Peter was born in 2001 to Greek Immigrants in New York City, who fled their increasingly militaristic homeland in hopes of finding new life in America. Though they left behind the terror of the anti-meta Greek government, they found a whole new form of it in the United States following the September 11th attacks. Though Peter and his mother were able to live somewhat normal lives in the aftermath, Peter's father, whose family moved from Turkey to Greece only 2 generations prior, was subject to much public ridicule and attack in perhaps the most paranoid city in America. Things only grew worse when at age 4, Peter's Olympus gene activated. Suddenly, people became of the turkish man with his flaming son. Within a week, Peter was taken away for study, and his father was taken for questions. Though it was determined that Peter's father knew nothing, life was never the same for Peter. His life was owned by the U.S Meta Taskforce, otherwise known as Project Pheonix. Though they were not abusive, or outwardly cruel, Peter's day to day life became a training regiment. Every moment of the day was spent honing his abilities, focusing them to be a government weapon.
When Peter was 9, his powers became umpredictable. Though documentation of the Olympus gene was rare, it became apparent that Peter was of a new class of Olympian, one that was just emerging throughout the world. Further studying revealed the true instability of his body as he matured and entered puberty. In order to save their asset, Project Pheonix R&D developed the Atomic Harness, a device that throttled in Peter's great power to both stabilize his body and help him grow into his powers at a safe rate. Peter however experienced great pain during the first few monthes of the harness and grew to see it as an oppressor of his true potential. This attitude led him to grow arrogant, believing himself above the pitiful daily training he was submitted to. The next 7 years were mindlessly boring and infuriating for Peter, as he grew more and more rebellious.
Eventually, with Peter being unwilling to follow orders and all other projects failing, Project Pheonix was forced to shut down, and hand over all underage assets to the Cadets, whom Peter has been a part of for the past two years.
