Although she does have the advantage of getting healed from fatal injuries because someone cares about her well-being so maybe that evens it out a little.

Equipment: His enchanted sketchpad, which never runs out of pages, and his pen, which is magically binded to him, meaning it will always reappear to him. Also, a laptop, for when he needs to do some more complicated and fancy stuff.

Primary Ability: Mike has an extremely interesting ability. He can create objects and things that he draws. For example, if he's feeling hungry, he can draw a bowl of soup and there it will be. If he's in danger, he'll draw a gun. The accuracy and success rate of his drawings comes from how detailed they are. For example, a stick figure policeman will make a very thin, scrawny, and weak policeman, and might not actually appear, but a well-drawn portrait of a policeman with weapons, radios, and possibly a vehicle intact, it will create a better and more accurate policeman.

Worse or messier drawings will yield worse results, and the can become a nuisance in battle, when well-drawn creations are hard to make with all the, ya know, chaos going on. As well, he's pretty much a sitting duck while drawing, and needs someone to aggro or cover for him so he doesn't get himself killed by a stray bullet.

Personality: Mike is a very aloof, quiet person. He often has his head buried in some novel or working on some doodle, and often doesn't like talking to people. He considers himself married to his work and almost never pursues any romantic interests or even mild crushes, preferring to be distant from others. He's not asexual by any means, but just doesn't actively engage in relationships. In conversation and in public speaking, he often stutters and messes up his own words, and acts very stiff and waxy in general.

Biography:
Mike Manson was born in Portland, Oregon, to the superhero only known as The Author, an independent one who mostly kept his work within the reaches of Oregon. He loved Mike with all his heart, he was the only thing he had left, his wife had died in childbirth. But, his absences to fight crime and very carefree attitude left him slightly careless and not the most disciplinary parent.

At an early age, it was clear Mike didn't like sports or video games like other kids, he loved to draw. All day he would spend doodling, sketching, and making homemade art projects. As he grew older, his skills became more refined, and he learned several art techniques that made his drawings more rich, compelling, and beautiful. Relatives and teachers started to take notice of his ability, and introduced him to other mediums, like painting and sculpting. He became engrossed in art, as well as his second hobby of writing, doing basically nothing else. His free weekends were spent at pottery studios and museums instead of arcades and baseball diamonds. His father supported his hobby and did anything he could, as he just wanted him to be happy. Even when the negative side-effects came in. No sleep, no appetite, getting thinner and thinner, ragged and hollow. His father kept thinking he would change. But he never did. Until tenth grade, when his life changed forever.

In a fight involving a low-level superhuman gang war, The Author was mortally injured by one mutant causing an explosion, which hit a nearby jeep and caused gas fire and more explosions. The gang war was broken up, but the Author was burnt, broken, and coated in shrapnel. Despite being rushed to hospital, his heart suffered massive injury from pieces of glass in his bloodstream. On his deathbed, barely conscious, Mike by his side, The Author gifted his enchanted notebook and pen to Mike, family heirlooms passed down through the generations. He fell onto life-support and ventilator later, and eventually, passed away.

Heartbroken and destroyed, Mike soon dropped out of school and moved out into a friend's garage, where he decided to give a go at a career in arts, cartooning. Day and night, he would draw cartoons of all genres and go to any newspaper to try and sell them. He usually got his cartoons published, but rejection was common enough to take three years to move out into an apartment. He would often work until 1 or 2 AM trying to just finish that comic strip, get that hairstyle just right.

One day, he had spent all day attempting to draw a skeleton for a Halloween-themed cartoon. He kept messing up the teeth, the crack in the skull, nothing was working! In fury, he threw his pencil down and began to wish that the skeleton would just appear to him.

Needless to say, it was quite frightening when the actual skeleton showed up, warping out of the actual page.

Three hours and 206 bones in a dumpster later, he began to toy around with his sketchpad, and discovered his power of bringing drawn objects to life. He began to play around with it, finding the limits of what he could and could not do. His wildest dreams could become reality. His experiments grew stranger and stranger, and left more wind for the Cadets to catch. One day, there was a knock on his door. On the other side? The Cadets.

Supernatural Precision - Rowen has supernatural level abilities with ranged weaponry. Encompasses firearms, archery and throwing weapons. This provides him with uncanny speed and accuracy when it comes to striking targets with projectiles. Including the ability to do so consistently. His mind quickly processes the use of angles to ricochet projectiles towards targets. In long range shooting, he unconsciously and rapidly can compute factors like wind speed/direction, humidity, elevation, range and coriolis effect.

Other Abilities:

1. Enhanced Physical Fitness: Rowen is very fit. Cannot perform superhuman or even Olympic level feats. About as fit as your average special forces commando. It is easier for him to maintain this level of fitness than normal humans.
2. Enhanced Eyesight: Superb eyesight. Can see as well as a hawk. Only activates when focused.
3. Enhanced Reflexes: Reflexes are slightly faster than what non-meta humans are physically capable of.

Personality: Cheerful, friendly, relaxed, confident. Likes recreational pursuits a lot and oftentimes would rather do that than actual work. He can be a bit unscrupulous.
Biography:

It took a long time for Rowen or the meta-human community to recognize that Rowen even had superhuman abilities. Generally, he grew up thinking that he was just had a knack for hitting targets. His powers were often manifested by idly throwing stones or pickup basketball games. Though intelligent, Rowen was indifferent to academics and spent a lot of his youth being a delinquent. Mischief and sports were the only things he was really interested in. Rowen's own family were working class individuals and not really supportive of his education either. Money was tight, so Rowen often had to work odds jobs in his teenage years. This mostly involved stocking shelves at stores. Few employment opportunities after high school led Rowen to signing up with the British Army Parachute Regiment where he finally excelled.

Physical trials were easy along with the training in general. This was where Rowen learned the various combat skills he has. It was during his training in the Regiment that his powers were revealed. Instructors were amazed at his consistent pinpoint accuracy at the shooting range even without any prior firearms training. It was as if Rowen could not possibly miss. Clearly, there was no way someone had that much natural talent without metahuman abilities. Rowen himself was able to figure more of how his powers really worked. For instance, he learned concentrated aiming and focus is what activates his superhuman vision. Something that is not in effect when Rowen is idle or relaxed. His mind became capable of working out angles and geometry when making a ricochet shot.

These abilities were soon reported to the Guardians who recognized Rowen as a meta-human then offered him a place among their ranks in the Cadet Program instead of continuing on in the Regiment. After some introspection, he decided it was finally time to become ambitious. Guardian training would open up all kinds of possibilities later on. Especially if Rowen were to decided to go at it alone for the money. During his brief time in the Cadet Program Rowen has received a lot of training in honing his marksmanship abilities as well as learning of the use of different kinds of equipment.
