I like this setup.

Perhaps it'd be a good idea to limit its scope, though? Instead of an entire sector as a backdrop, why not set it in a, say, single multi-district space station or fledgling colony? Somewhere just big enough for players to do their own thing, but small enough to force them to interact.

Also, 2029 might be a bit too early.
What is within a sector? How much space?
Yugoslavia's back baby...

How the hell did this happen?
Well...we don't actually know. Just sort of happened one day.
Is it a reunited Yugoslavia in the 21st century? Is a rebel colony world in the far future? Is it a race of cyborg neo-life at war with any assimilating organisms they come across in the far far future? Who knows, who cares?
New Yugoslavia just is.

Why stick at only two? A three way battle could be interesting too.

I think I know where I'm going with this, the players all stars at a small colony in the outskirts of the sector,
build up their buissness, and expand to other planets in the sector.

Yes, but how big is a sector?

Sector is probably going to be a 5×8 hex grid, with planets scattered all over. Aiming for a combanation of PT and FT, warp engines exist, but they can only be fitted only small-medium starships, like the freighter, destroyer, and cruiser, even then- because of inferior cooling systems, the typical warp engine IC is more prone to suffer breakdowns and malfunctions related to overheating, it can even happen during travel. Good ol' guns and artillery are still being used in the future, however- advanced burst rifles with caseless rounds are becoming standard issue for the army, but for you- the average criminal. You get surplus and outdated equipment, mostly your average shotgun, assult rifle, and pistol- And maybe some body armor (more on that soon)

RP INTEREST AND FEEDBACK REQUEST
Please provide as much detail as possible.
RP's Overarching Concept:Zombie Apocalypse Survival, mini-mechanics, map
Genre/s: Zombies, Survival, Mechanics, Map
Character or Faction Based: Character
Detailed Description: The date is April 7th, 2001. In the city of Valleyfold, Missouri, citizens go about their daily lives, unaware of the coming storm.

Players select from a number of options in character creation, the age, education, and job of their characters at Day 1 of the virus. Things will go slowly at first, the main point of the story is not for the player characters to run off and go exploring the world after a zombie apocalypse, it's to survive and hold out within in the town of Valleyfold.

Characters have three main attributes that influence how the world around them, effects them. Different items they collect and use can also effect their Attributes or Skills.

(VIT): How resistant to the environment a character is. This also determines how long they can last without essentials.

(ACU): How perceptive and keen to the environment a character is. This also determines how many actions they can achieve in a day.

(AGI): How flexible and adaptive to the environment a character is. This also determines how far characters can travel in a day.

I plan to make a list of general actions people can do during a 'day'. They can also roleplay those actions for special results.

For character creation, I'm thinking something like this:

Determine your character's Age Range. Adults are the only characters that can be played. Characters ages 18-30 are considered Young Adults, 31-50 are considered Middle-Aged, 51+ are Late Adults. Skill Points (SP) are used to gain access to higher-level skills. Job Points (JP) are used to gain access to higher level jobs.

Attribute Bonus +1 AGI; +1 VIT

Determine your character's Education trees. Education trees give access to any [Skill] directly tied to that education. It's assumed your character graduated American High School, the equivalent of most nations' post-primary schooling. All characters have at least 1 level in each [Skill].

Characters can choose between three different Education trees: Arts, Sciences, Trades. The Arts develops the skills [Hide], [Paint], and [Search]. The Sciences develops the skills [Analyze], [Investigate], [Research]. The Trades develops the skills [Craft], [Plan], [Use]. Not all skills are yet known, they must be developed by the players in conjunction with the world around them.

[Hide] - Obscure an Item, Creature, Person, or Phenomena from observation. Useful to avoid detection. Must defeat an observer's [Search] skill to be effective.
[Paint] - Cover an an Item, Creature, or Person in a specific pattern or color. Useful when used for complex patterns or on complex surfaces.
[Search] - Search a general area for an Item, Creature, Person, or Phenomena. Can be used to defeat Hide. Works to also find Loot.

[Analyze] - Determine the attributes of an Item, Creature, or Phenomena.
[Investigate] - Determine the function of an Item, Creature, or Phenomena.
[Research] - Develop a new [Skill] or [Attribute] for an Item, Creature, or Phenomena.

[Craft] - Create a known Item using one or more applicable Items.
[Plan] - Create a structure or complex Item using a predesigned blueprint.
[Use] - Utilize an Item with [Skill] properties or a Complex Item.

Jobs are special roles that characters can take on when they reach a specific pre-requisite. Jobs have different levels and enable characters to complete basic tasks without needing to use a [Skill]. When creating your character, you receive 1 job point automatically. You may select a job at any base level and receive automatic qualification in the base level of any associated [Skill].

My deity RP got a lot of interest but not replies, which is understandable since everybody was probably busy around that time. My friend suggested I try again in a couple months, I got a new idea but I want to gauge interest before even attempting to put it up.

RP INTEREST AND FEEDBACK REQUEST
Please provide as much detail as possible.
RP's Overarching Concept: Players start off as a ghost (or a demon, fallen angel or fae, or whatever.) Either way, they either reside in hell or they died and they went to hell for one reason or another. If you didn't immediately get an eternal sentence, you get the chance to join the Wild Hunt. So basically instead of being in hell for your entire sentence, you get to serve out the rest of your sentence in the Hunt (which hunts rogue demons, monsters that threaten humanity and recaptures souls that have escaped punishment). If you do a thousand good deeds or win a thousand battles against the forces of darkness while with the Riders, you can earn your way into heaven and have your sentence commuted.

Genre/s: Urban fantasy
Character or Faction Based: Mostly character, but also some faction of course.
Detailed Description:

Hell. The Underworld, home of the Devil. The fiery bad place where damned souls go when they finally shuck off this mortal coil, AKA: the place where absolutely zero people want to end up.
Too bad for you, you have ended up there. Whether you killed somebody, or killed multiple people, or stole from an orphanage or hell, started a world war, you're in the bad place now, bucko. In the fire and brimstone pit along with the rest of us, you brace yourself for an eternity of torment or like so many other spirits, plot a way to one day escape.

But what if it doesn't have to be like that? What if this isn't your final destination after all, that you have a chance to get out of the dragon's pit and up into the shining gates of heaven? A merciful god doesn't like to abandon their children, even if those children are religious extremists or murderers and so there's a get out of hell free card, if you will. Of course, nothing in this world comes for free, especially not getting into heaven after a life of mortal sin. That's something you're going to have to work for, by joining the Hunt.

The Wild Hunt, you've probably heard about it in fairy tales. That galloping band of ghostly riders that rides across the night sky, their approach accompanied by the howling winds or the crack of thunder. The very same that children are warned to stay away from lest they be mowed down or kidnapped to join the troupe, or the ones that wandering escaped souls fear being sent to drag them back, that very group of assorted colorful characters. Founded by the Powers that Be with the intention of combatting dangerous forces unseen, one could almost think of them like a Suicide Squad (they're already damned and they're already dead or immortal, so no worries there) cleaning up the mess that rogue demons, spirits unwilling to go to their fate, and many other sundry monsters/supernatural threats make on our peaceful Earth. Not a lot of people were going to join voluntarily, especially not the damned who saw no need to do any favors for anyone, which is where the sweet heavenly sign-up bonus came in. Some view the Hunt as battle and party-crazed spirits, some view them as lackeys to the very powers that damned them, most view them with some form of hunger but for desperate souls, they're a welcome alternative to many of the creatively painful punishments that await them otherwise. The choice is yours, will you join? Or figure out some attempt to escape on your own, or perhaps even being opposed to the Hunt and trying to defeat them.

The RP follows the Hunt as they go around fulfilling assignments, slaying monsters and basically just causing all sorts of mayhem for the forces of darkness...but what you choose to do between those moments is fairly sandbox. This idea is rather new so it will require some fleshing out.

This is a unique and compelling concept for an RP, and I can already see some potential directions this could go.

Generally, if I'm having trouble coming up with an overarching plot or conflict, I start with laying down ground rules to get a general feel for the world, as well as get inspiration for potential plot points. Here are some questions that came to mind as I read through your proposal.

How do the ghosts work? Can they be trapped, or killed? To what extent can they interract with the living? What sort of powers/abilities do they have? What's stopping a member of The Hunt from going rogue?

What kind of mythology does this world have? Is it strictly Christian-inspired, or are there other pantheons as well? How do different divine beings view the Hunt? How involved are these beings (angels, gods, or otherwise) in the world of mortals?

You don't need to have all of the answers, but a framework for the rules of the world can help you come up with ideas for obstacles for RPers to overcome, or characters they could interact with. For example, you could have a monster who specializes in trapping wayward souls and using them as an energy source. Or you could have a ghost-obsessed human who wants to make a deal with the Hunt. Or, depending on the rules of your setting, you could have an antagonistic angel who views the Hunt as dangerous and unworthy of redemption.

You're more than welcome to incorporate as much, or as little, of these methods and ideas as you'd like. This sounds like a fascinating story idea, and I look forward to see where you take it. Hope this helps! :)

Can't answer for Ceystile, but in Scandinavia it was known as Odin's Wild Hunt, so there's certainly room for other religions. Maybe even with some pagan deities being demoted to devils when Christ took over.

It’s mainly Christian based but not exclusively, I took a bit from Celtic folklore as well (hence the fae) and many Hunt members follow other religions.
