I find it tedious and infuriating that this is the umpteenth time I've explained this to you. Germany will NOT give up those lands. We've already given you half of what should've been ours and we just were about to give you a quarter of another bit of ours. Ugh. I-I wanted to keep this a classified detail limited to the farmers and scientists and whatevers in Bavaria. Germany has been suffering a blight which had decreased our agricultural output by twenty percent. This has created several other problems and are greatly troubling our nation. We also have a dangerously high infertility rate due to a series of environmental and societal problems. We believe that by conquering the territory we've been negotiating ownership over we will be able to cultivate actually arable land and feed our people again and copulate with fertile natives.
I hope you understand my nation's needs for our conquered territories, Lebensraum, and our stubbornness. Please do not share this with anyone else.

With the South American Order pulling out of Colombia 60k of the 100k American troops would return to the United States. The remaining 40k American troops remained in Colombia to one make sure the remaining South American Order troops left and to also begin to give aid to the Colombia citizens.
