Make and model: Aquila Industries Falcon III
Appearance: "It's big, it's black and it can holds a lot of cargo, just like your mom."
Length, Width, Height: 107 x 44 x 22 m
Weapons and Shielding: The Polaris is outfitted with adjustable primatic shield emitters and several dedicated capacitors, along with several point defense modules to counter torpedoes and missiles. Its armament consists of two pulse lasers to strip away shields, four multicannons and two torpedo bays
Propulsion: 2 x Type-9 HVY sublight thrusters and a fusion-powered quantum shift drive for FTL purposes and the violating of physics for commercial purposes.
Cargo capacity: Normally around 120 tonnes, but the Polaris has been modified to carry more at the cost of most of its cabins.
Seats: Cockpit accommodates two seats, plus four optional seats for passengers. Given enough time, some of the cargo holds can be re-purposed into cabins.
Special Features: The Polaris is outfitted for hauling cargo (or passengers) over long distances, quickly - and all stealth-like if needed. Thus, it is capable of silent running for extended periods of time thanks to two heat sinks, with quantum shift heat sink launchers. Essentially, until it runs out of heat sinks, the Polaris can build up heat and shoot it into another solar system. To hide any signatures, its equipped with a suite of jammers to avoid getting caught while dumping their heat.
The quantum shift drive is a custom addition to the Polaris, originally sourced from a different vessel, allowing it to cross large distances faster than the average jump drive, but it cannot be aborted mid-jump once fixed on a destination.
