Not sure if the Systems Alliance has been reserved, but if it hasn't I would like to reserve it.

Still a WIP, but this is what I got so far.

Faction:
Leader: Prime Minister Carmen Mijeres.
Citadel Council member Y/N or N/A: Councilman Zaahir Ahsan
Brief description of diplomatic relations: The Turian Hierarchy: Relations with the Turians is warming, especially after the Reaper War as both nations were major players in the conflict. However, some animosity still remains from the First Contact War, and many Turians still view humans as over aggressive upstarts.

Asari Republics: Relations with the Asari Republics are warm, mostly due to both nations being Council states. As well as this, the similarity in Asari and Human biology and appearance has sparked a fascination with the Asari in human culture, something that is believed to be an important factor in future relations.

Salarian Union: Relations with the Salarian Union are a sense of suspicion. While the Alliance trys to remain friendly with the Salarians, the growing alliance with Clan Urdnod has led the Alliance to come at the Salarian Union with caution, and tend to support nations and races that have been harmed by the Salarians over the Salrians themselves. When push comes to shove however, the Alliance will likely help the Salarians in any war they may end up in.

The Krogans: Relations vary with the Krogan, due to their clan based society. However, relations with Clan Urdnot, one of the most powerful and influential of Krogan clans, is friendly, mostly due to the friendship between Commander Shepard and Urdnot Wrex, the current leader.

The Batarian Hegemony: The Alliance and the Hegemony have a long and storied rivalry, and the Alliance continues to engage in various Proxy Wars with the Batarians.

The Volus Protectorate: The Alliance views the Volus with indifference. While there is no animosity between the two nations and relations when they do happen are reletivly warm, the Alliance at the moment does not view any reason to engage with the Volus in any substantial way.

Illuminated Primacy: The Alliance has little reason to interact with the the Hanar, and treat relations with the Hanar with indifference. There is no animosity in the Alliance, there is just nothing the Hanar can offer Humanity.

Elcor Courts: The Alliance views the Elcor as insignificant to their aims, and treats them with indifference.

Quarian Federation: The Systems Alliance believes itself to be friendly with the Quarians, mostly due to Commander Shepards efforts to assist the Quarians in the retaking of their home world. As well as this, the Alliance is interested in the various scientific discoveries made by the Quarians, especially in the fields of Artificial Intelligence.

The Geth Consensus: The Alliance views their relations with the Geth as warming. With Commander Shepard having brought the conflict between the Quarians and the Geth to a close, and with both sides now residing on the same home world and working together, the Alliance hopes to grow relations between themselves and the Geth in the future.

Military state of readiness: Humanity, with its long history of warfare on Earth, has over time come to master many different military strategy's. In the modern era, the Systems Alliance military has come to be highly proficient in maneuver warfare, a tactic that allows them to stand against larger military's such as the Turians, despite their smaller numbers. Currently, the Alliance is frequently engaged with slavers and pirate gangs in the Attican Traverse (where the Alliance hopes to grow a larger presence) and on border regions with the Batarians, leading to an increased knowledge of counter terrorism and fighting brush fire wars.
History: Humans as a species have a long and storied history, that is rife with both bloodshed and incredible cultural diversity.
Infrastructure and Claimed Worlds: (A NOTE: I just took all of these worlds from the Wiki, from under the Earth Systems Alliance Space page.)Earth:(Free)1 Urban Area, 1 Fuel Depots, 1 Level 1 Spaceport, 2 Industrial Complexes, 3 Mining Complexes
Luna (Major mining installations)
Mars (Major Prothean Ruins)
Eden Prime: (Free) 2 Free Urban Areas, 1 Fuel Depot, 1 level 2 spaceport, 2 industrial complexes, 2 mining complexes
Benning (Major ship maintenance yards for navy)
Elysium (Large alien population)
Feros (Prothean ruins cover much of the surface, only colony is run by the ExoGeni Corp.)
Intai'sei
Silva (Infastructure has begun to be repaired, with most of the Helium-3 being mined sent to Benning.)
Terra Nova (Second largest Alliance colony, large platinum reserves)
Therum (Heavy metal mining, prothean ruins dotting the surface (most of which have been looted by miners))
Military: Dreadnoughts, 5 Free Fleet Carriers, 3 Heavy Cruisers, 10 Light Cruisers, 5 Escort Carriers, 20 Fighter Squadrons.

RP Example:
S13

STATIONS
Arcturus Station (Former seat of the Alliance Parliament, now destroyed)
Asteroid X57 (An asteroid orbiting Terra Nova and being mined to use as a space station to be used as an orbital port)
Cronos Station (The former base of operations for Cerberus, now being refitted to be used by the Systems Alliance as a major naval base.)
Gagarin Station "Jump Zero" (No set objective, was once used for scientific research for FTL travel, and then for experiments to dangerous to do closer to more heavily populated planets. There is now debate as to how Gagarin Station should be used, with some saying it should be moved closer to the population centers of Earth Luna and Mars.)
Jon Grissom Academy (A boarding school teaching students from the ages of 13 to 20, and one of the best in the Alliance. Also houses the Ascension Project, which is to teach and train young biotics, frequently for Alliance service.)
Minuteman Station (A former Cerberus station where the Lazarus Project was housed. Currently controlled by the Alliance, who are studying the Lazarus Project housed inside.)

I asked Nux via TG if the Turians had any Pros that gave military upgrades, as I'm doing my military spending now. He said armor on all medium and heavy ships, and I asked a follow up question of which armor type and if it counted towards the two upgrade slots.

Hopefully my math isn't off with this one.

Faction: The Turian Hierarchy
Leader: Vilrenis Tolin
Citadel Council member Y/N or N/A: Yes
Brief description of diplomatic relations: Relations with other Council members is steady, and warming after decades of bickering and minor infighting between the Council. The Salarians are the lowest on the list in this regard, thanks to their general inaction during the Reaper War, but they are still a preferred partner over any non-Council group.

The Turian Hierarchy continues with strong relations with their Volus protectorate, even more so then before in the aftermath of galactic devastation.

The Krogan have cemented decent relations with the Hierarchy after their assistance in the war, even if old grudges and acts (Some not so old) still hover in the air.

The same can be said about the Quarians, though the Hierarchy has pursued closer relations with the Quarians as they see them as a potential ally in the Terminus for future campaigns against the Reapers, or at the very least semi-friendly territory that could be used as a base for rotating fleets.

The Clan Tula Vorcha are an odd case, in that the Hierarchy assists them in military terms, but otherwise sees them as little more then cannon fodder for the inevitable war.

Military state of readiness: The Turian fleets and armies are always alert and ready for deployment and action, with constant naval patrols on the border of Terminus space and within the Terminus.

History: The Reaper War devastated the Turian Hierarchy. It's fleets were ruined and armies crushed, yet they held out for longer then just about anyone in a straight up fight with the Reapers, with hundreds of millions sacrificed for Palaven, including Krogan and Quarian blood, an unexpected but vital contribution that few thought would come. When the assault on Earth began though, the Turians were there, throwing the majority of their remaining strength into what was thought to be the final fight. But it wasn't.

The Reapers retreated and began taking out Mass Relays. It stunned the galaxy, and especially the Turian high command. It took some time to figure out where the Reapers had gone, but once it was known that the Reaper threat remained in the galaxy the Hierarchy set to rebuilding its military at once. The Turian people weren't adverse to hard work, but the conditions almost amounted to slavery. While most of the galaxy focused on rebuilding their worlds, the Turians were launching new dreadnoughts and cruisers, bolstering the ranks of its armies and navies.

It took almost twenty years before the military machine calmed and the Hierarchy turned to fully focusing on rebuilding the worlds of the Hierarchy, though it had to come with the commands of a new Primarch, Sicius Quamiur was not as military minded as his predecessor, but he was a great builder. Instead of trying to rebuild all Hierarchy space, his first priority was rebuilding the core worlds, those that could house the Turian population and be of use as strong defensive positions if needed.

It took decades to rebuild Palaven to its former glory, and Digeris was the second largest recipient of resources. These two worlds became the primary population centers for the Turian species, though enclaves still exist throughout the several still ruined worlds and moons, which would have been rebuilt if it weren't for a sudden rebellion. A large group of Turians on Digeris had continually lost faith in the Hierachy, a rot that formed after the Reaper War and had only continued to fester. A charismatic young Turian incited his followers into open and armed rebellion, and many feared others would follow and it would be the start of a second Unification War.

While the situation tetered on the edge, Primarch Quamiur responded with overwhelming and brutal force, Turian ground forces giving the rebels the option of surrender or total annihilation. A fair amount did take the offer, the fires of rebellion dampened seeing the might of the forces brought against them, but those who did not were wiped out. Those that surrendered were allowed to re-enter Turian society but were closely monitored by agents of the Hierarchy.

It was really just a minor set back, but Quamiur became hesitant after the event, not wanting to set off something more major, and so the last years of his service as Primarch were quite and generally uneventful.

As he stepped down after twenty-six years as Primarch, a mid-aged Turian admiral by the name of Vilrenis Tolin, was next in line. He had been born after the Reaper War but had served with distinction regardless, his record of service spotted with rapid promotions thanks to his competence and abilities, and a long string of victories against pirates and slavers once he had had his own command.

Vilrenis has always pushed the agenda of reassembling the alliance from the Reaper War and going into the Terminus and wiping out the Reapers once and for all, and over his few years as Primarch he has been working the political scene with the Council and other national leaders to try and garner support for the cause.
