Know what, go ahead. Korlus isn't a stretch for a group of inbred Vorcha to settle on. Perhaps they have even learned that cooperation is better than extermination after they have learned what has happened on their homeworld they may even stay that way.

They would be in their fifth generation but would have help from the galaxy so they will be a sucessful colony in their own right.

What would be the template that I will use for them?

Batarian Warlord sounds closer to the Vorcha than Asari or Turian.

Also, while going over this, I realized how little attention I spent on the indie factions.

Cleared out the income boosts as I had with the others and adjusted the Batarian one.. because we no longer have military barracks as a building, replaced it with a gambling den.

Tentatively interested in the Systems Alliance. Do we accept the Treaty of Farixen as still being active?

I’m assuming so, I wouldn’t see why not. However most of the Council Members took severe losses in the Battle of Earth. So they’d be seriously in need of resupply.

It has been 50 years. I imagine they would have rebuilt a decent amount of forces with the Reapers still a threat.

I imagine reconstruction of basic infrastructure on home worlds would’ve been the first concern.

With most of the major council races taken up, I think i'll be reserving the Quarians for myself this time around. Haven't played on that side of the galaxy yet.

It didn't say that the Rannoch Federation was reserved but okay, I might go for the Batarians or the Volus instead

Haven't had anyone go with the Protectorate in awhile, that should be interesting. I wonder how the relationship between the Volus and Turians is after fifty years.

Faction: The Krogan Clan Urdnot
Leader: (You Decide) Urdnot Wrex
Citadel Council member Y/N or N/A: N (but is actively petitioning!)
Brief description of diplomatic relations:
The Human Systems Alliance-Warming: Wrex’s friendship with Commander Jane Shepard has put forward some good faith agreements by both parties. The Krogan that fought alongside Humans during the Battle of Earth, and other engagements, still remember the good fights alongside new friends.
The Turian Hierarchy-Warming: The Turian were one half of the Genophage as it was inflicted upon the Krogan. The acts of the late Primarch, Victus, changed some attitudes between the longtime rivals. The heroism and tales of combat on Palaven, as well as the Miracle of Palaven, are still told by the Krogan today.
The Asari Republics-Indifferent: The Krogan have much experience with the Asari, but have received mixed messages from them. The Krogan generally consider the Asari complicit in the Genophage, although they had no formal involvement in the project itself. Tales of Asari Commandos fighting alongside the Great Warlords and Battlemasters of old are still told to Krogan children, and some Krogan have Asari bondmates. This leaves the general opinion conflicted or indifferent.
The Salarian Union-Very Cold: The Salarians have made a permanent foe of the Krogan, the upliftment and following Genophage has cemented the Salarians as a hated foe by some. The Salarian hostility towards the Genophage Cure, and the attempted subversion of it, have worsened relations.
The Batarian Hegemony-Rivals: The Batarians are antithetical to Krogan beliefs. The Krogan value Honor and Loyalty, the Batarians participate in Slavery, are Untrustworthy, and have surrounded themselves in a byzantine web of lies. The new Batarian Government may be different, but to the Krogan, they have to prove it.
Volus Protectorate-Warming: Urdnot Wrex sees great value in improving relations with the Volus. Investments could help rebuild the shattered Krogan homeworld, and Wrex acknowledges it. A considerable amount of diplomacy has been spent on improving relations.
Illuminated Primacy-Indifferent: The Hanar have been inoffensive to the Krogan. At worst most Krogan think they’re uptight and annoying.
Elcor Courts-Apathetic: The Elcor have had no major involvement in the Krogan. Most Krogan think the Elcor are strange, but have no further opinions.
Quarian Federation-Cold: While Urdnot Wrex and Tali Zorah nar Rayya were friends and allies. The Quarian themselves do not seem to consider themselves friends of the Krogan.
The Geth Consensus-Cold: The Geth have allied themselves with the Quarians, and while no formal interactions between the two Races have occured. The Geth will find the Krogan cold and unresponsive so long as they’re allies of the Quarians.
Military state of readiness: Tuchanka is an active warzone, while most major conflict has dissipated in the last 50 years. Animosity between some Clans continue.
History:
Clan Urdnot is home to the best tacticians of the Krogan, this is undisputed even by their most hated enemy, Clan Weryloc. Clan Urdnot throughout its’ history has never been a large clan, always several hundred Krogan fewer than its’ neighbors, but it has risen to prominence through the cunning and strategy of its’ Battlemasters, Warlords, and Clan Leaders. While other Krogan Clans stockpiled weapons, Urdnot builds defenses around its’ encampments. While other Clans
fight over fertile females, Urdnot negotiates strong ties between their female clans. While other Clans annihilate and absorb smaller weaker clans, Urdnot unites those under their banner.

After the Krogan Rebellions ended Urdnot Jarrod, Clan Leader of Urdnot, sought to reignite the Krogan Rebellions under one banner, the banner of Clan Urdnot. Assimilating lesser tribes, he taught his son the art of warfare. His son was a sharp Krogan, and surprised everyone when he and his Krannt slayed a Thresher Maw during his Rite of Passage. This Krogan was Urdnot Wrex, the current Clan Leader of Urdnot.Wrex began to argue against his Father’s plan for a new Krogan Rebellion, instead advocating for a focus on breeding, for at least a generation. As this idea grew popular among Clan Urdnot, Urdnot Jarrod grew fearful of his son, and called for a Crush to settle their differences. Betrayal was the motive for Urdnot Jarrod’s request, many of Wrex’s loyal clansmen were killed, and Wrex himself wounded in the face. Wrex fled from Tuchanka, but not before burying his dagger deep into his Father’s chest. Leaving Clan Urdnot to fall into disorganization and civil war for a millenia. Urdnot Wreav, Wrex’s Brood Brother, assumed most direct leadership during his brother’s absence.

Wrex wondered the Galaxy for centuries, gathering experince and forging connections. In his absence from Tuchanka he began to seriously consider the Krogan’s place in the Galactic Community, and above all else, sought a cure for the Genophage.

Urdnot Wrex grew much in his time away from Tuchanka. When he returned, he strengthened Clan Urdnot through a series of cunning alliances and agreements. By the year 2285, he had made Clan Urdnot a powerful force. He enacted sweeping reforms, established a neutral zone for diplomacy, and accepted the Tank Bred Krogan, Grunt, into Clan Urdnot. This move angered some, but the prestige of Grunt’s successful slaying of a Thresher Maw quieted dissent and impressed Wrex himself.

In 2286 the Reaper War began. The Krogan defended Tuchanka valiantly, and Wrex successfully gained the Genophage Cure he had so desperately wanted. However, the Cure was incomplete, the lack of data and urgent nature of the Cure meant that it wasn’t perfect. The Genophage was gone from all Krogan present on Tuchanka, but it had left its’ mark; permanently. The Genophage has permanently reduced fertility rates of the Krogan, leaving them with a birth rate similar to that of Humans. Although most Krogan are too young to remember what it was like before, it still stains their society.

In the fifty years since the Respite. Clan Urdnot has grown to an almost unchallengeable force on the Krogan Homeworld. Urdnot has many allies and clans under its’ banner, and has rebuilt parts of the old Krogan cities. To say the Krogan have prospered would be an understatement. The Dual Leadership of Urdnot Wrex and Urdnot Bakara, has strengthened the Krogan as a whole, a few dissenters are left. The Krogan are rising to their place in Galactic Society.

Okay I lied it isn't formatted prettily since I went ahead and deleted my computer's copy of the finished draft and then proceeded to allow my internet to fail so I lost the post, but so I don't stall this any longer here is the list from before I entered in some pretty names:

Currently all planets are just a letter of the alphabet, with numbers noting satellites.

Garden World - G
Near-Garden World - N
Non-Hostile World - T
Hostile World - H
Barren World - B
Gas Giant - P
Garden Moon - M
Barren Moon - L

Cluster allegiance is nothing more than a suggestion for starting. Certain canon clusters have additions. Remember to hit up the wiki for those planets.

(As I have learned, maybe I did try to add a few too many all at once)

EDIT: I am sure I have missed a cluster, but it'll be saturday before I can properly check.

A bit WIP
Faction:Clan Tula
Leader: Chieftain Kul Nar
Citadel Council member Y/N or N/A: Y
Brief description of diplomatic relations: The Clan itself is the first Vorcha state to join the Council as an associate member. This allowed the Vorcha to be seeing in a more postive light and rose the Clan to greatness with the Chieftains being the face of a civilized Vorcha.

However, the galaxy still sees the Vorcha as vermin and scavengers, proclaiming that allowing the Clan an embassy and the same rights as other members. Tula Vorcha usually do clash with Citadel laws such as the extensive use of cybernetic surgery or allowing them to even have dreadnoughts.

Among the Council races that the Vorcha have good relations, it would be the Krogan and Asari. They share an embassy with the Krogan, believing that they can keep the Vorcha in line but also because the Vorcha respect the Krogan as they were among the first to help them change.

The Asari were also the first to help the Clan, through the charity Mind and Hand and brought other Asari companies to help set up the Vorcha as they are now. Because of this, Asari and Tula Clan Vorcha make bond-mates. This also has risen the amount of Asari newborn allergic to dairy products have risen in the past twenty years.

Turians and Humans are second most respected but the military like them better than even Krogans. The military has it's bases from Turian and Human trainers and mercs that gave the Clan warriors their sense of professionalism and zeal. They are commonly doing wargames to keep the Vorcha warriors sharp and deadly when they aren't doing incurrsions into the Terminus to fight Reapers.

The ones that don't like Clan Tula are other Vorcha Clans. The other clans believe the Vorcha of Korlus have sold out and forgotten their way. Clan Tula has seen this as a "old vs new" mentality but what they are doing is in the right.
Military state of readiness:
The Clan is perhaps the strongest Vorcha Clan in the galaxy. Their military forces are compared to Humans and Turians when it comes to professionalism and skill of their infantry. Vorcha still have compulsory service since the large population and high breeding allows for such structure to be used.

Outside of the main army, there is the Legion Pact. Named from the French Foreign Legion, and modeled after it, the Pact brings in anyone of any species to join. They take anyone from petty criminals to adventurers seeking glory as the Pact is known for its brutal training and expandable status to the Clan. They are known for their elite skills and zeal as they are sent into the Terminus Systems or other places in the galaxy where the Council needs support.

A tour of duty ranges between 5-7 years with no request of leaving unless injured. After they serve, their crimes are expunged and are able to start a new life on any world in Council Space should they choose.

They also have made an effective bulwark against the Indoctrinated fleets that attack them since the Fourth Generation. Because of this, they have gotten stronger and adapted to the increasing threat in hopes of go on the attack to get their homeworld back.
History: Clan Tula's came from Vorcha who either hid on planets ravaged by Reapers or those who fought them, such as the Blood Pack and the famous Void Devils. Some groups of Vorcha hid in Korlus and manage to survive by fighting each other and eating tbe corpses that weren't processed. Unlike other Clans, when the news of the destruction of Vorcha worlds and the occupation of Heshtok reached them, they all collectively threw down whatever they were doing. The shock was something similar, yet foreign as the Vorcha felt fear that wasn't from someone beating them.

The leaders of the clans came together for the first time as a means of trying to find peace and unity. Most talks only became shouting matches and small wars as the Vorcha's violent culture kept them from making any sort of lasting idea. It was then that Vorcha by the name of Carr who knew that they couldn't unify peacefully alone, but needed outside help.

The Clans were split with the idea but Carr told them to remember Heshtok and the true enemy and the Spirits of Eternal Fire that Vorcha fight for in the first place. This saying made the Vorcha cooperate with one another as they quickly made a freighter from scrap parts and went to the Citadel for help.

The Council didn't trust the Vorcha's pleas for help, one Turian Councillor noted as a "waste of our time" and were thrown out. The Vorcha left angry but small groups did contact them from Krogan clans and Vorcha merc outfits that believed in what they wanted to do. One of their largest supporters was the Asari charity Mind and Hand, which saw the Vorcha asking for help and support and wish to help them on their path to unity and becoming civilized.

The chieftains had started to learn on what would be the best course of making a nation and military. With the help of Mind and Hand, the chieftains had manage to sit down and peacefully talk with one another. The clans formed into one with the name Tula with the government being elective than ruled by might.

They found stiff opposition and civil war broke out but it was quickly dealt with Krogan support, allowing the Clan to be made. Things started to look up as the Clan started to grow within two deacades as Vorcha have started to get tempered and get media recognition and immigration from the free Vorcha.

Fights and opposition were always there, usually dealt with by Clan warriors, trained by Krogan, Turian, and Human mercs with up modern weapons and armor. Though support grew even larger with government subsidized cybernetic implants and the Vorcha Life Extension Serum that was administered to the rising third generation.

By the Third Generation, the leadership of the Clan came to the Council for acceptance and associate status. Vorcha from the Citadel and around Council Space petition for it and it was barely passed. Vorchs all over cheered or sneered as the Clan became the face of the Vorcha and the Clan's current chieftain at the time express unity and cooperation to the Council races.

The Fourth Generation was the largest population boom in the Clan's history and started to spread out across the system and larger cluster but they were also starting to show slower adaption to their new homes and longer lifespans without tbe Serum.

However these were temporary as they still had normal Vorcha breeding rates and manage to set up reform military structure and establish the Legion Pact.

This came with establish wargames with the Turians and Humans to polish the Clan's army and navy. The Vorcha at the time had made the first dreadnoughts, which came with some backlash with detractors saying that they were still savages no matter "civilized" as they thought. This wasn't meant with a rebuttal, but with news of an Indoctrinated fleet attacking Clan Tula. The battle raged on for years till the Chieftain, Rul, to sacrifice himself to make the Indoctrinated retreat for now, but their attacks grew bolder as the Vorcha established them one of the shields against the Reaper's slaves.

The Fifth Generation rose from to the challenges that are still going on after the Respite. While the Fifth Generation is known as the longest living of the Vorcha, but also among the slowest as the Serum's effects of long life had slowed down their rapid breeding a bit. This still hasn't stopped them from breeding fast or causing overpopulation, but it makes things more manageable. Under Chieftian Kul Nar, the Clan Tula Vorcha are at their height of their power as they seek to ready the glory of lifting the occupation of Heshtok and return the Shriek to its rightful owners.
