A strange immortal man broke into the Pentagon where the server containing a list of known metahumans was stored. He read the list and snuck out by pretending to be dead. CADMUS realized what was going on, so they started to mobilize teams to contain the metahumans John read off the list before he can get to them.

Currently, The Eternal, Somnus, Agent Hunter, and Prophet are having a Mexican standoff in Chicago.

Can Blur join the stand off?

Powers: He has the ability to cover himself in a very strong skintight force field that glows blue and absorbs all type shows of energy.

Bio: Terrance was born too wealthy parents who treated him and his sister very severely, though with love as well. He had a fairly normal, if regiment, early life without knowing of his powers, during which his family grew more powerful in the corporate world and began to sponsor CADMUS projects. At the age of 15, however, he fell out of a tree in the schoolyard and found himself to be completely unharmed by what should have been a severely damaging drop. For a few years, he remained fairly normal and practiced his powers only occasionally and only in secret, hiding fro his parents.

However, one day, he was out with his parents in a trip to a small museum, where another car crashed into them, killing everyone inside and fainting Terrance. When he woke up a few minutes later, he found himself lying under a car with the energy field protecting him. Scared that CADMUS would be after him, Terrance, who had now called himself Tutamen to protect his indentitity, moved to Alaska, where the force field could protect him from the biting cold.

Starting Location: Anchorage Alaska

Additional info: (optional) His weathy upbringing means that Tutamen is fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational lever control of Latin.

It's really just an all encompassing term for anything supernatural.

What it does depends on your character; it can't just be "can do wizard stuff" it needs to be clearly outlined in your app what magic or supernatural feats your character will be capable of(no one like Dr. Strange)
