Bio:
From the heart of Germany in Berlin, Tia was the 3rd daughter of a large, rich family and was the 7th child that the family had. Their riches however, were earned mainly from trade in the underworld with influence that they had over most gangs at the time. Their operations were disguised mainly as enterprises and regular corporate business. This allowed them to go under the radar for a while as they expanded their enterprises to cover America. Eventually, Germany proved too dangerous and the family soon immigrated over to the North West of America. From there they began starting their new criminal empire in the North West of America.
When she was 14, Tia had begun to under go training alongside some of her brothers and sisters under the mentor ship of the armed servant, Joanne Victoria. From there she showed great skill with the gun and had superior strength to even her brothers, which led to Joanne giving her extra lessons in secret. She was to master the revolver, pistol and musket under her official agenda. However, her extra training allowed her to have knowledge in almost every type of gun but she still followed Joanne and had decided to use some funds to acquire materials for a heavy weapon.
When the time came and CADMUS rose as a hunter of super humans, she had joined the moment it started to hunt them down and bring some connections to her family's disposal. At the same time, Joanne was officially dismissed of her duty as a servant to help hunt rivals down. As a final gift, Tia received her bazooka which had been custom built. After much modification, Tia had finally managed to modify it back to her own accommodations which included reduced weight as much as possible. Armed now with her bazooka 'Cruzada' and a wide array of weapons, she walks down the path of a ruthless agent as she seeks out and ends any potential superhuman.
Along her way she had also managed to use spare parts to build a booster, which allowed her to move at a faster rate when activated.

Accident involving some chemicals, mainly Hydrogen Peroxide, and a large amount of electricity creating an internal fuel cell that runs on water but also makes water as a by-product meaning unlimited usage.

Bio:
Brandon was born in South Bend, Indiana to a local businessman and his wife. He had a fairly normal childhood and was enjoying life until he moved to Houston, Texas at 14. After initially hating it he grew to love the town and his new friends whom he quickly made. One day in early January of 2036 he was in chemistry class and working with several chemicals when lightning struck nearby and a breaker in the school failed causing an electrical explosion from an outlet right next to Brandon. The large amount of electricity threw him into a table holding multiple chemicals on it.
Brandon woke up two minutes later and noticed something strange. His muscles seemed toned and his head felt... electric. Several days later Brandon finally accessed his powers. Over the next few weeks and months he started going out at night and acting as a local vigilante even being nicknamed the Blur by the media. He wanted to keep it a secret but one day two of his friends confronted him and he spilled the beans. Instead of saying anything they decided to help him and the pair even made him a suit made of friction resistant fiber.
Now with people like him being hunted he has decided it best to go out into the world and try and fork connections with others and to keep his family and friends safe from CADMUS.
