I'm not entirely opposed to the idea, but it makes the most sense for him to be sent to Honolulu, simply because that's where the bulk of the metahumans are right now.

Do you know who's in the car, because I had a kind of thought. May not be kosher though.

I left who was in the car open ended, so it was open to interpretation. So no, the current identity of the person driving is unknown. What's your idea?

I was thinking, it could be some sort of criminal/terroristic organization who either want revenge or to recruit CHRIS.
