Fowler is NOT on the dudley repeal, he is willing to back a measure but he has not finalized it with WIlson

My guess is that she’s not guilty of the murder of Reed’s dad but the other deaths will at least have her convicted of negligent homicide if not actual murder. Though the murder charges could stick.
