I had earlier written a response from Amaras to Breckenridge's legal actions, however, I will be holding that back until the completion of the vote. The initial post presumed a filibuster, and thus makes certain assumptions as to Amaras's mood which will likely be somewhat different depending on the outcome of a straight up-or-down vote.
