His father became abusive towards his son, often beating him for minor things like "making too much noise" or "talking back." This continued until Andre was killed in a hunting accident. 8 year old Jameson was sent to live with an uncle in Detroit who treated him like a son. When Jameson was 16 the uncle died and Jameson was sent to live with his cousin Pete who enrolled him in a military boarding school. Jameson graduated and enlisted in the air force at the age of 20 as an Airman 1st. Class. He was promoted up rapidly and saw combat for the first time in the 1983 invasion of Grenada as a Second Lieutenant. In 1990 he was deployed to the Middle East for the Gulf War.

He became a hero when he saved the transport aircraft he had been traveling on with 49 other men. The plane had been fired upon by Iraqi forces and was going down. The pilot had passed out from the stress of the situation and the plane was going to crash. Jameson made his way to the cockpit and landed the plane safely on the ground. American forces soon came to take the soldiers to safety. Jameson was redeployed for the Bosnian War where he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. As a result of heavy action he was diagnosed with PTSD. He was honorably discharged after the end of his tour.

After he left the army he took a defense contracting job in Seattle where he worked for three years. He took numerous other private sector jobs in the northwest before finally moving back to Boise. He ran for a city council seat and won. He served on the city council until 2001 when he unsuccessfully ran for mayor. He took a job with the DA's office and stayed there until 2004 when he won a seat in the State Legislature. After serving in the state legislature he ran for mayor of Boise again in 2011, winning this time in a landslide victory.

In 2016 he made a run for Congress and easily won over his Democratic rival. He ran on a socially liberal but fiscally and otherwise conservative platform. Critics capitalized on his PTSD, saying that it made him "unfit to serve in political office" but this only strengthened his local popularity.

One does not typically win election to the House of Representatives after a 'quiet' decade. Further experience, and, likely, age tend to be prerequisites.

His being pro-choice is a start, given that he is seeking election in a collar district, though depending on the level of his fervency, pro-gun views could be problematic. He is in the fortunate position of a 2016 wave election putting generally less competitive districts into play, and a moderate Republican would have something of a chance in such a district generally, so the primary concern is his age and experience, he can survive some deviances in ideology.

Her father was a high ranking member of a Mexican drug cartel until he was killed when she was 23. That background of hers can cause controversy on trust issues with her future/developing anti-drug policy and Mexican-American relations due to her father being in the drug cartel, which the media could affiliate her with. She also has past controversial comments on excessive border patrol, "The United States treats many immigrants like cattle, thinking it's easy to round them up and send them back to their lands, immigrants are not animals, they are people escaping injustice and economic turmoil wanting to chase and live the American dream."
Biography: Paola Valentina was born in Horizon City, Texas and later moved to El Paso due to her father and mothers divorce. Her father was a criminal running from the law due to his association with a Mexican drug cartel. He crossed the border to Juarez after his divorce and never had any further contact with Valentina after she turned 13. Her mother became a single parent, who had a tough time supporting her two children. Valentina began working at age 16 at a local market. After finishing high school, she struggled to attend a community college until she was 23. At age 23 she saved enough money to move to Longbeach California and attend a community college there. Her tuition was higher than usual, but she made it through the first four years and graduated with her Basics. She becomes a substitute to earn a better pay and chooses to further her education and attended UC Berkley where she graduated with her bachelors and masters. After graduation, she became a teacher and joined California's teacher union. Valentina became a member of a group of teachers that pushed the union to further ESL Programs for immigrant children. Valentia was an ESL teacher for 10 years. Valentina has put her education career and moved her interest to politics. In the summer of 2016, she enrolled into the Emerge training program for Democratic women that want to run for political office. She has also expressed to run for governor of California in 2018.
