With the Lithuanian army now part of different independent states within the ex-Lithuanian territory, they wouldn't be able to hold off the Belarusian army. With the states all leaving CESDOT, they would receive no Support, making fall to Belarus. This would give Access of the Baltic Sea to Belarus. The leftover soldiers, Vehicles, and Ships were transferred to the Belarusian armed forces. With this, the Belarusian Navy would be established in 2022. The Belarusian access to the Baltic would give more space for Cargo ships to bring imports from China and other CESDOT nations, and export items to the DPRK, China, and the Philippines. Corruption scandals happen all the time in Eastern Europe, and not once has it killed an entire country. Not to mention the actions Belarus takes (invading a CESDOT country, trying to get away from Russia) would be unanimously disliked by literally all your neighbors
