History - With the Civil War between the Kurdish Separatists and the Turkish Government lasting many years no progress could be made. As the war grew long and fearsome, so did the separatists. The Kurds increased in their separatist beliefs and pitted themselves into the bowels of extremism. With the war waging on families were torn apart, infrastructure damaged, and the economy sent into a crippling downward spiral. The citizens of Turkey looked to their government for some sort of answers but nothing was happening, nothing at all. Brothers and fathers came home in coffins and tears kept rolling down the faces of the ever-growing population of orphaned children. Unemployment rose, as conditions became hazardous in certain areas of the nation for business to thrive.

With all of this destruction, the citizens of Turkey looked to a new answer. The Nationalist Movement Party gained power and promised an end to the civil conflict as well as a massive rebuilding of the economy. The party had seen some success but thrived when Shafeeq Budak ran for the presidency. He promised to finally end the civil conflict, give back jobs, and make Turkey a local superpower. His followers speak rumors that Shafeeq may be the man who can bring the resting beast that was once known as the mighty Ottoman Empire to its feet again, but nothing public has been said.

At his election, after winning office by a landslide, Shafeeq stormed the capitol with a military demonstration to show the nation that their best interests had overthrown the corrupt and Anti-Turkish regime that held power. Crowds cheered as the guards entered the capital and it would seem that this may be a new age for Turkey.

Well first off there are three factions in the Turkish Civil War. The PKK, Erdogan's government, and the Free Turkish Army under General Akar. Erdogan hasn't been doing so hot lately in the Civil War, true, but with the way the factions have split the country I doubt elections can even be held at all. At least not a proper one. Also nationalists in Turkey would still be fractured between the Akar Free Turkish Army and the Erdogan government. Assuming you are apping as the Turkish government and not rebel factions, the Justice and Development Party would still remain in power. When I have more time or if someone else offers it in the meantime more information will be provided to you regarding the situation in Turkey. If you have the time I suggest doing a ctrl+f on the IC and look at posts relating to and about Turkey to give you an idea of what's going on there.

History - The Civil War rages on and the end seems to be getting even further away. President Erdoğa scrambles to find a solution to finish of the rebellion that rages on within his nation. As the days pass and his top administrative officials guide him they come up with a tangible plan. It is as though out of the air President Erdoğa has gained the motivation and drive to end the bloodbath within his borders.

Diplomacy is on his mind in dealing with the Free Turkish Army as his advisors hastily write documents to propose to the malicious General Akar. President Erdoğa has seen what the war has done for his country and plans to put an ending to it.

AS his days grow long and his hair grows grey he knows that soon he must step down as President. It is as if moral obligation that he will see to the end of this civil war, or he will not rest in peace. Every day he grows older and the war only heating up. Hopefully, his new found motivation will be enough to unify the homeland.

Eh, I agree with Helvegna on this one. It's a brief summary at best to tell him what he got wrong, versus reading several full-length posts peppered around the IC

History
The elections of July 2018 were a heavily contested one, with the government led by the Pakistan Muslim Leage (Nawaz), or PML-N, having been under fire for several corruption scandals. After having been dismissed from his position in 2017, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was officially accused of corruption and abuse of power, and was banned from running in the upcoming election, being replaced by Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.

The crisis of the PML-N, however, offered little chances for the main opposition parties either. The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) suffered from similar issues of corruption, cronyism and nepotism as well, and was often seen as a "family party" owned by the Bhutto clan. For a while, former cricket player Imran Khan and his Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party seemed to benefit the most of the political chaos, but in June 2018, Khan's possibility to run for office was severely restricted as well due to irregularities in his administration.

Led by the Punjabi Chief Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, the PML-N eventually succeeded in achieving a plurality of the vote in 2018, gaining only around 35% of the popular vote. Allying with a coalition of conservative and neoliberal parties, the PML-N continued to rule much like under Nawaz. However, in March of 2020, the Jammu and Kashmir Crisis with India shifted the Pakistani political landscape significantly.

When India militarised the border with Pakistan in response to Pakistani support for the Hizbul Mujahideen in Kashmir, the Shehbaz Sharif administration attempted to mend the situation as best they could, but to no avail. In fact, what was considered a weak and slow response by Islamabad actually angered many Pakistanis, who believed that the time had come for Pakistan to stand up for its Muslim brethren in occupied Kashmir, especially considering the military crackdowns against Islamic activists that had taken place there since 2016.

The Kashmir issue soon turned to protests, led by militant Barelvi religious organisations and demanding a stronger Pakistani response to India's aggressive moves. The situation could out of hand to such an extent that the Sharif government ordered the military to disperse the mass demonstrations. However, much like he had done during earlier Barelvi protests in 2017, General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Staff of the Pakistani Armed Forces, refused to heed his direct orders, and instead chose to mediate between the protesters and the government, much to the dismay of the Sharif administration.

Eventually, the government gave in to popular sentiment, and sent General Bajwa to militarise the border and fend off potential Indian attacks. While the conflict itself was avoided, the strong response Bajwa and the Barelvi movement had carried out, increased the already high popularity of the Chief of Staff. By 2021, Qamar Javed Bajwa resigned from his office as commander of the Armed Forces, and joined the Pakistan Muslim League in order to run for office.

The Muslim League, which always was prone to fracturing and infighting, soon formed a new fraction around the popular General, and in early 2022, the Pakistan Muslim League (Renewal), or PML-R was founded, which quickly attracted many supporters from the former PML-N. Running for office on a platform of Islamic values, Pakistani nationalism and social justice, General Qamar Javed Bajwa won the general election of 2022, and was officially sworn in as Prime Minister in July of that year.

Annexation of Arkatsh is a pretty risky thing to take on in your app. I suggest making that a goal of yours and work to achieving that annexation throughout the course of the RP. I also should let you know of the Turkish Civil War, which is still ongoing. You're mostly bordering Kurdish seccessionsists and a few Edogan military forces. The blockade Turkey has had on Armenia since the Artsakh war would largely be broken, seeing as the Turkish government is currently in a bit of a predicament with the civil war. I suggest focusing on the internal politics of your country regarding these events, and probably what the opposition thinks. Also I should note neighboring Georgia just annexed South Ossetia, which is likely to trigger a negative response from Russia. Furthermore, Russia is invading Northern Kazakhstan to help protect the Russian minorities there, so if you want to discuss Anti-Russianism becoming a thing in your nation you can mention that in your history section. I also suggest, as a side, note, to expand on your domestic issues a bit more.
If you make those changes I mentioned, then I'll accept your app.

With the recent elections came a charismatic and powerful speaker. A man who was calm and collected in debates yet passionate and powerful in his dogma. Kaikara Theron easily became elected with promises to build South Africa to the greatness it has never seen. Not only this but he promises to the people massive public works projects as well as a strong nation. He has spoken to the rest of Africa as he says he wants to help South Africa lead a new alliance in Africa that will focus on its members raising their populace in a strong and educated manner. His critics doubt that he can do much to save the wasteland but his followers praise his name.

History [MUST LINE UP WITH HISTORY IN "STATUS" SECTION, NOT SET IN STONE AND MUST BE APPROVED BY OPs, WRITE IT LIKE IT'S GOING IN THE "STATUS" SECTION - Afghanistan has been a troubled nation since the period of overthrows and governments changing hands of the 60s and 70s as a part of the Cold War. Since then, insurgency of the many warlords, followed by Taliban rule and then Taliban insurgency, the country hasn't been able to have been stablised. Following the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, Taliban insurgency has been one of the largest causes of problems in the country, followed by a corrupt government and subpar military. 18 years later, peace seemed to be at hand as the Afghan government and the Taliban held a ceasefire for futher peacetalks. Afghanistan's Stanekzai and Sayyaf met with the Doha Taliban and others willing to speak for peace. The virtues of the talks resulted in the more moderate Taliban commanders would come into the democratic system peacefully and help defend the country where conventional forces do not yet have the reach, acting as a paramilitary for the government.

History [MUST LINE UP WITH HISTORY IN "STATUS" SECTION, NOT SET IN STONE AND MUST BE APPROVED BY OPs, WRITE IT LIKE IT'S GOING IN THE "STATUS" SECTION - After the fall of the Empire of Japan, Korea was freed, but was soon to be split into two. The peninsula was split between an Soviet backed North and an American backed South. After the conflict from 50 to 53, South Korea's economy was in shambles. In this turbulent time, marked with dictators and little development. 1961, after a Second Republic of Korea was established, General Park Chung-hee took over the government in a coup d'etat. Under his 18 year reign, he saw the development of Korea's industries and rapid growth of its economy. Now one of the most developed countries in Asia, the government pushes for reunification with the north, to the disagreement of the Kim regime. With the north's nuclear capabilities, the people of the South have been wary of their Northern brothers and the trouble the conflict may cause. With the north starting to crack under pressure, reunification may be in arm's reach.
