I mean no one's making you, but that basically excludes you from 90% of the activity and some conferences. Some people will set them up on docs, but something like the Kuchang Peace Conference or organizational meetings like the EU Summits are done exclusively on the Discord.

Oh shoot, yeah Australia's taken again! Woops. And Pakistan too? Was that recent?

imo Chile's neat because they're one of the big success stories in South America. They're a really well developed nation and are starting to wield quite a bit of weight in local multilateral institutions - but they also don't have super good relations with all their neighbours.
