Hmm... looks good. But I do have a few questions:
1. With Capitalism, is 1BP=1CG=1$ or is there a ratio between them?
2. Also, 'converting consumer goods' means when we use it as food right?
3. Not nessisarrly a flaw, but if you use Gothic Architecture, there is no reason to 'convert' conquered bases.
4. The Exploit Planet says you can have unlimited Coal Plants, but there is no limit stated to begin with.
