I was about to warn Seno about having -10 Harmony once the buff runs out and sparking a revolution... then I remember the Luxury Pod doesn’t have to worry about Slum maluses. What a good outcome!

I might not get the bonuses of those that explored but hey the luxury pod is still pretty great.

Technically, you need armed followers in order to get the Terraforming rover. So you can only get it after you actually recruit and arm some followers. This shouldn't really be a problem, since you just need to move stuff around so that you only arm yourself after Seno finishes breaking into the armory.

I'll arrange a chapter 0 post tommorow. How should I approach choosing a spot? Is their a list of which spots are already taken?

I've made some significant changes to the tech tree, its no longer going to take centuries to research stuff, and a lot more buildings now need technology.

Oh, and for the secret projects, they will be unlocked with clandestine operations.

Each faction may then command their engineers and scientists (By which I mean telegram me) to design a secret project. The command may be no longer then 2 words, and each faction may only order a project once every 10 years (IC time). The engineers and scientists will then return with an idea, which can be either scrapped, sold to another faction or commenced construction on. Plans to secret projects can be stolen through spying, which can allow other factions to build a copy of your secret project.

Oh, and if you scrap an idea, you only have to wait 2 years for the next.

Hmm... looks good. But I do have a few questions:
1. With Capitalism, is 1BP=1CG=1$ or is there a ratio between them?
2. Also, 'converting consumer goods' means when we use it as food right?
3. Not nessisarrly a flaw, but if you use Gothic Architecture, there is no reason to 'convert' conquered bases.
4. The Exploit Planet says you can have unlimited Coal Plants, but there is no limit stated to begin with.

Hmm... looks good. But I do have a few questions:

Gothic architecture feels useless. Faith's negative is absolutely crippling in the late game, as is Feudal. Planned is objectively the best economy, since everyone goes in huge blocks anyway so it's basically +20% BP. I predict that Harmony is easily going to be the scarcest resource(G-Tech ended the game with like 100+ pop last time) so keep that in mind.
