I GOT IT! MOUNTAIN DWARVES

LOL ok, I had made them as Stonekin Dwarves, but it got transcribed into the OP's stuff as Stoneskin dwarves, not a huge difference tbh. Stonekin and Humans of the Stone.. for the Alliance of Stone. I have them living in the Deserts of Barak, there are about 400,000 Stonekin Dwarves living in mountains and beneath a vast inhospitable desert. Hence why it was odd for them to also be 5,000,000 strong raiding culture in forested islands.

I wanted mine to be Nordic Dwarves in a large warrior culture, like a viking culture. :/ Mountain-Blood will do.

You're a newbie? If so, go with the Nordics, then.

I meant experience as in the enjoyment of the RP. I am nowhere close to being a newbie, but on a perspective scale, I am nowhere close to being a master compared to some of our P2TM giants.

Sorry for taking me a bit longer to write.
Hallimas Islands: You can write something like my dudes get accompanied to their guest-quarters, and are asked to come to the palace the next day (where they arrive shortly after The Basilean Embassy), or something like that. Feel free to describe what you have them do in order to create a reasonable timeline, they will try their best to be good guests even though they are a bit unpolished in these things (As witnessed by my dude's unprofessional reaction to your gifts).

Edit: Also I hope, Ralnis's Iniki show up at the Dwarven get-together. I have a great idea, how my Cat-Folk Knight would react to them. :D

South Africa, would you be willing/able to trade direwolves for munitions? Because I kinda want to get my raider squads on them...

Unfortunately no. The direwolves are not items to be traded. They are animals inseparable with their riders, raised from pups, trained with a rider. Direwolves are unlike horses and cannot simply be ridden by most. Trust is built over years, and it took centuries if not millennia of close contact between forest goblins and the direwolves for that to be developed in the first place. The smaller size and weight of goblins also makes it easier for them to ride on the wolves, whereas a larger human, especially on in armour, may be too heavy for them and would instead require a horse.

An alliance, to fight with the Direwolf riders alongside you in your war in return for honouring the call to fight alongside them in their wars, will probably be the best option of wielding a sufficient number of them.

The only other option would be sending young goblins (usually selected around age of 13) from the nation to Wolf Forest, having them trained and then, if they are deemed worthy by the wolf keepers, having them select direwolf pups to feed, train and live with until the reach the size and trained level to be ridden effectively (usually around the age of 3 for a direwolf). Direwolves and riders are also only considered "war ready" by the time the wolf reaches 5 years old (with the rider usually 18 by this stage). This would require years of waiting to produce some riders (possibly). An alliance is the best choice to fielding them in significant numbers.

They have heard some rumours from the merchants that pass through their forests, but little more than that. They don't even know what name to call them or what languages they speak, hence why I just called them "cat-humans".

Well the Goblins would see Tribal Iniki who are closer to humans in size and have a tendancy to eat beastmen that they fight.

They'll fight to keep the Westernwoods the same as they have became their size and breeds because of it.

Don't worry about it, then. I'll just have to get off my mental arse and figure out how to stop my horses from exploding.

That does seem like a predicament. The goblins can trade poisons quite effectively, as that is one of their other specialties. That is what they originally came to trade anyway, and equipped on bows and spears they make for effective tools for infantry, archers, cavalry and cavalry archers alike. They are seeking a trade of that for munitions and more steel weapons.
