As he reached adulthood he established himself as a born leader. Around thirty years old, Isaac was put as the head of the public relations department of Scarlet Industries. He proved to be skilled diplomat, pinning the company to the public as a benevolent benefactor to the public good. What he could not acomplish by using his silver-tongue he would employ the skills of underground professions such as hit men to silence those who opposed the company. Although not innately charismatic, through his work as a sheriff and becoming the grand master of The Pale Legion, he has learned to speak passionately and fire up his subjects.
Flaws: Carver isn't very bright, he is a farm boy none the less with no formalized schooling. He is blinded by his hatred for other races, he would do anything to exterminate those who aren't human. Carver is getting old, although still has his brutish strength, his stamina has worn down. Carver also isn't the most physically appealing man.

After the drought hit its third year, the farmers of Astrosia grew furious. Carver's father organized a group to ride to the rival Elvish community and confront them. Riling his fellow farmers up, fifteen men rode out. Carver waited everyday for his father to return but for days he was met with silence. One week later the community was devastated, apparently the fifteen men had confronted the elves and in the confrontation weapons were pulled, the local elvish militia defended their community and all fifteen men were killed. All evidence points towards the farmers being the aggressors, yet the people of Astrosia didn't believe this, believing the elves had murdered their men in cold blood. Carver's hatred really began here, all his father's racism now flooded Carver's brain.
One of the other sons who lost their father organized a village meeting. This began the era of the Pale Legion who were formed out of this meeting. Carver became the left-hand man to the Grand master over the years, although he became a man of law, he was sadistic and enjoyed killing.
