It can be a real person or anime

Also yes teachers start with an adept wand, students with an apprentice wand. The reason why journeyman and above are so expensive is the idea that apprentices are meant to work and study rigorously in order to acquire more powerful wands.

I may have missed it but how do we do the skills section? Like is it out of 10 or is there a total amount of points we can spend as we please in each of the three categories?

Wands don't seem to go towards your initial inventory cost, they're starting items. Students start with an apprentice wand and teachers start with an adept wand. Also seems that mundane/nonlisted items like regular clothes don't go towards that either since they offer no possible benefit in RP

Clothes offer no possible benefit in RP? Well, they keep you warm, avoid potential shame and social stigma from waltzing around naked, etc... :p

Name: Brandon Kiser
Appearance:
Image
Species: Human
Age:(18 +) 18
Gender Male
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Backstory:(Miniumn of 2 paragraphs)
Brandon was born to a prominent member of the Ministry of Magic and his wife who formerly worked at the University. Both were graduates of the University and are still important alumni known for generous donations to the school.

Brandon’s father comes from a long line of wealth that allowed Brandon to grow up with everything a boy could want. When he was younger he loved the wealth he and his family possessed and was content on getting whatever he wanted. However as he matured he started to resent all of the wealth seeing it as necessary while others were needlessly starving. However this only lasted for so long before Brandon started to grow to love the money again as he became older but there is still that same feeling of pity for others that have nothing.

As a result of his upbringing in a well off family he learned how to be charismatic and manipulative in order to get what he wanted from people. Whether it was a date from a girl or an extension on an assignment, Brandon could usually get his way.

Now, with the university sending their offer to him, Brandon is ready to face the world and anything he comes across at the university. He just hopes is charisma, intelligence, and manipulative know how can get him through easily.
Major(s): Conjuration, Illusion
Inventory: Apprentice wand, broomstick, normal student clothes, 3 healing potion, 2 magicka potions.
100 coin.
Traits: Charismatic, Wealthy
RP Sample:
John Kiser
Walkerton City Municipal Building

Mayor Kiser was sitting at his desk reviewing papers when his phone buzzed. Looking down he swallowed a deep breath before getting up and walking to the door grabbing his coat. He went into the lobby and told his secretary, Nancy, that he would be back shortly. Getting in his car he leaned his head back before turning it on and driving towards the Cardno Plant Nursery, or at least that was what it was officially, unofficially it was just a well hidden front company owned by Saber Technologies which was in turned owned by John Kiser himself.

After a short five minute drive John had arrived. Soon the gate opened and he drove in parking just outside the main building. Getting out of his BMW 7 series he walked up and entered the office. Inside were two armed guards with SABER patches on their arms. The nodded and John and then led him to a closet in the back of the decently small office. All three getting inside was a little bit of a squeeze but they managed in. When they shut the door John said "Authorization Code Zulu Lima Hotel 2-1-4-7-2." In about a second an electronic female voice came on saying "Welcome Director Kiser. Which floor would you like to go to sir?" John quickly replied "Take me to floor ZERO." In under a second the elevator started to descend several floors below ground before dinging. The three exited the elevator and walked straight a slights started illuminating the large room. All over there were computer banks and monitors and in the center was a large glass tube standing well over ten feet tall and inside was filled with a withering black tar like substance. It was project X.

John approached the slime as the guards raised their guns ready to fire if needed. As he got close he went over to a computer an typed something in. Within a few seconds a light blue gas filled the tube and the tar thing stopped moving. Then John put on gloves and a full head gas mask before grabbing a syringe and going to a small port in the tube. Inserting the syringe he extracted a very small blob of tar about the size of a quarter. This would be its first test. Turning around he pressed a button and the small port gave a hissing sound as it sealed. Then he took the syringe and placed it in a cooler. Then he walked back to the elevator and went back up.

After arriving top side he went outside and got in his car setting the cooler in his passenger seat. Then he drove home. All the while very cautious of what was next to him. John new all to well what it was capable of. Which made what he had to do even harder. He did feel better about the fact he had the antidote to kill the tar in case it was needed. Arriving at home he quickly went inside and entered his office were he pulled a book and a door swung open revealing a small 5 by 5 by 7(Feet) safe. Walking in he placed the cooler inside a small refrigerator and then closed it before walking out and locking the safe and returning everything to how it was before. Then he went back outside and went back to his office in the town hall.

Name: Seregwen

Appearance:Image

Species: Unknown

Age:(18 +) 18

Gender Female

Sexual Orientation: Bisexual

Backstory:(Miniumn of 2 paragraphs)
Seregwen is a girl of unknown origin who was found in the forests outside Daria, shortly afterwards she was taken to the orphanage in town. The first caretaker to lay eyes on her was an elderly elven woman, who gave her a name "Seregwen", meaning "bloody maiden" in elven due to the fact the infant was covered in blood upon arrival. Of course, it wasn't known what her exact race was.....she looked like an elf....but she had a long black tail with a spade shaped end..evles don't have tails.

From the start, she was sickly and frail, being ill as often as she was well.
Over time, Seregwen began exploiting her natural beauty and frailty to cause mischief and manipulate others for her own benefit. She seemed to have an inherent knack for trickery, persuasion, and scheming. Learning magic, of course was an extension of her ambitions of self improvement, and often snuck out of the orphanage to search for any information on magic. Seregwen applied for the Academy when she turned 18.

What is the major difference between the attractive trait and charismatic? Can't you use both to get what you want easier?

I would think attractive would only be able to sway people of the opposite sex while charismatic would make anyone agree with you.

Attractive would probably work on straight and bi opposite sex, and gay and bi same sex.

Charismatic is general likeableness.
