Generally accepted to be the offspring of two vampires, not turned. It's not anywhere in the OP because I assumed people knew what a Pure Blood Vamp would be. If she was a pure blood then she'd age until she reached what could be referred to as her prime if she was a human. But if she was turned then the aging process would just stop.

Bio: Freya's family, having come in to the human world from the fairy world a long time ago, been on the island of Ascension ever since it was discovered by the Portuguese. They had been happening to catch a ride with a bunch of other fairy families, and when they were close enough, they flew off of the ship and onto the island, making it their own little home. They had done so to give themselves their own fairy paradise, some place untouched from humans, but still in the human world, as it was a fun place to be, and it seemed like they did a pretty good job, too. No one touched it for a long time, afterwards. Over a hundred years had passed before they came across anything involving other races rather than fairies.
A man had came up to the island in a boat unlike one he fairies had seen in a long time. The man had claimed he came from Scandinavia, a land the fairies hadn't heard of in a long time. He claimed to be a mythical creature of some kind, though he wouldn't specify what. He was either a jotun or an Einherjar, the fairies had determined after gathering their knowledge about Norse mythology. They still couldn't tell witch, though either way, the man had been pretty smitten with a fairy girl there, and it wasn't long before they were engaged, and had a kid. All that good stuff. The result was...interesting, to say the least.
Freya, the resulting child grew up differently from the other fairies. She was much more violent, so much louder than everyone else and didn't hold a mischievous soul like all the others. Even though she was physically a fairy, she was some different creature entirely. Her father had crafted her a weapon at a young age, at her request. He would then teach her how to use said weapon to defend herself. To fight for glory and honor. She would continue to grow up on Ascension Island until the British would finally land and do something with the island. She and her family had snuck onto the boat and took a trip to the Americas.
This was where Freya's magic would really shine. She would be taught how to master the elements of water, the life giver, the one that carries you from place to place, and steel, the one that builds a blade and can hold its own against mighty forces. After hundreds of years, she learned how to control both of the elements, and once she proved to be very skilled in these fields, her father began to teach her the creation arts of magic.
Her time in the americas wasn't just spent learning magic, however. She also was known to be quite the troublemaker in a different way than what you'd expect. She'd go to bars often, sometimes accompanied by her father, and then she'd get...pretty drunk. She somehow always ended up getting into a bar fight by the end of the night, and she often caused trouble with the police. It was only when she used her elemental powers to try and escape the police did she really get on the radar of IMOSA. She was contacted with an opportunity to go to school. Some place called...Petwora? She didn't know that much about it, but she had heard rumors, and she accepted the invitation.

Magic Art(s): She's been working elemental arts for several decades, so it's certainly her main magic set, but she's been working creation arts for the last few decades, so she's...making progress.
Magic Specifics: Freya is very skilled over the elements of water and steel, bough she seems to be more in tune with water than steel. She can manipulate them all the same, however. She can also apply minor magical enchantments to items given...lots and lots of time.
Other Abilities: I mean...she's a fairy so I'm assuming she can at least fly in her small form? Not sure about her human sized form. She's decently fast, and she's stronger than normal. She thanks her heritage.
Weapon(s): If she's in small mode her weapon is just a gavel, like what a judge would have. When human sized, it turns into an awesome warhammer. It looks a lot more Nordic than you'd expect

Just minor things, first Elves and Fae in this world are not the same thing. Second, her other abilities would be the same as Guenièvre Delacroix, so yes she'll be able to fly without wings.

Bio: Ah, family Unheimlich! An interesting name yet one whose former fame within the magical community had deteriorated rapidly since WW2. An certain Prof. Unheimlich had fought with the Axis back then, responsible for a plethora of war crimes as well as entangled in quite a few of the super soldier projects the nazis had running back then. He got captured near the end and spent the rest of his life atoning for his crimes in the Shadow Citadel Penitentiary where he died of natural causes.

But he was part of family, a rather old yet minor family of german mages from Saxony. And that family had received a gift from him before he had departed. It was a syringe filled with a strange liquid, a card on it saying: My greatest work. Now, for a pretty long time his son didn't care about that syringe, heck, was simply too young to do anything else than put it as far away from himself as possible because he feared needles. However, when his son had grown old and finally got a child of his own, he was curious though, to finally see what his infamous father's "greatest work" was supposed to be. Yeah, he was a bad father and injected his young daughter Antonia with that shit. Initially that shit didn't show any signs of working though and thus he forgot about it, just like he had decided to forget about the whole magic business. But his daughter would never forget.

His daughter seemed to mature quickly, developing a quiet and cold personality while also experimenting around with chemicals. She couldn't wait to finally enter 7th grade in Germany to start with Biology and Chemistry lessons. Let's say it like this, those lessons were very underwhelming to her when they finally started mainly because she already knew everything they were teaching. She had already found many things out through experimentation of her own, while instinctive hints at what chemicals to use or hot to use them or what to do came flying to her, making things even easier. With 13 years she found out about her magic potential in the creation arts, making the mixtures she had made so far even more potent then before. But nothing could just stay fine and go on like that forever, could it? With 14 years, she created a deadly potention that would rapidly eat away one's flesh, bone, skin and muscle...and then she accidentally got some of it onto her right arm. Well, let's just say it like this, her arm was lost that day but quick thinking, a high pain tolerance and the iron will to do what was necessary saved her back then.

This incident made her grow even colder, even more ruthless. Now her field of research concentrated itself on a new topic. Bionics. In an effort to regain her arm, she used magic, skill and expensive materials to create a new arm for herself, a robotic arm that should serve her from now on. After that though...well building that arm caught some attention and so she ended up with IMOSA. Because she had been stupid enough to create such a deadly potion and then harm herself with it, other schools didn't want her so she was put into Petwora.

Magic Specifics: She can, given a lot of time, create bionic limbs and are accessoires which are further strengthened by her creation arts, gaining additional abilities. However, her main playing field is Alchemy. She can create a wide plethora, of pills, powders, liquids and gases with all kinds of buffing or damaging effects.
Other Abilities: She got a bionic arm with highly above average strength and so far that thing is nearly indestructible.
Weapon(s): A scalpell, maybe a syringe as well? Does that count as weapons? Her loadout highly depends really. She often carries a couple of vials around with her, containing whatever stuff she made this time. And of course a gasmask.
